技术领域
本发明涉及废气处理技术领域,具体为一种废气过滤网。
背景技术
废气中含有污染物种类很多,其物理和化学性质非常复杂,毒性也不尽相同。燃料燃烧排出的废气中含有二氧化硫、氮氧化物、碳氢化合物等;因工业生产所用原料和工艺不同,而排放各种不同的有害气体和固体废物,含有各种组分如重金属、盐类、放射性物质;汽车排放的尾气含有铅、苯和酚等碳氢化合物。废气污染大气环境是世界最普遍最严重的环境问题之一。中国《环境保护法》已对各类厂矿的废气排放标准,作了明确的规定。某些废气回收后再加工又成为可利用产品。
目前,废气过滤器中安装的过滤网能够在一定程度上起到过滤作用,但是其结构固定,一旦出现损坏或使用时间过长,要将过滤网整体更换,使用寿命短,因此有必要对过滤网进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种废气过滤网,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种废气过滤网,包括框架本体、粗滤网、细滤网、玻璃纤维滤网、活性炭滤网和陶瓷板,所述框架本体为长方体结构,所述框架本体内腔两侧壁从上往下设置多个卡槽,所述框架本体前端面活动安装有端盖,所述粗滤网、细滤网、玻璃纤维滤网、活性炭滤网均固定在框体内,且所述框体两端与卡槽相匹配;所述框架本体内从上往下依次卡接有粗滤网、玻璃纤维滤网、陶瓷板、活性炭滤网和细滤网。
优选的,所述过滤板采用碳化硅陶瓷过滤板;所述过滤板由载体层、过渡层、膜层呈依次叠层构成。
优选的,所述框架本体的长度为20cm-30cm,宽度为15cm-25cm,厚度为5cm-8cm。
优选的,所述端盖内侧一圈设有密封橡胶圈。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明结构设计新颖,能够实现对废气的高效率过滤,有效的过滤废气中的大颗粒杂质颗粒、油污、甲醛、苯系化合物,同时还能够起到杀菌的作用;此外,本发明中框架本体内腔两侧壁从上往下设置多个卡槽,框架本体内从上往下依次卡接有粗滤网、玻璃纤维滤网、陶瓷板、活性炭滤网和细滤网;采用此结构,还便于更换、清洗、加装框架本体内的滤网,使用寿命长。
(2)本发明采用的过滤板采用三层结构强度高、孔隙率高,尤其是过滤孔不容易堵塞,有效提高了过滤效率,并延长了使用寿命。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种废气过滤网,包括框架本体1、粗滤网2、细滤网3、玻璃纤维滤网4、活性炭滤网5和陶瓷板6,所述框架本体1为长方体结构,框架本体1的长度为20cm-30cm,宽度为15cm-25cm,厚度为5cm-8cm;所述框架本体1内腔两侧壁从上往下设置多个卡槽7,所述框架本体1前端面活动安装有端盖8,端盖8内侧一圈设有密封橡胶圈,能够起到密封的作用;所述粗滤网2、细滤网3、玻璃纤维滤网4、活性炭滤网5均固定在框体9内,且所述框体9两端与卡槽7相匹配;所述框架本体1内从上往下依次卡接有粗滤网2、玻璃纤维滤网4、陶瓷板6、活性炭滤网5和细滤网3;其中,粗滤网能够过滤大颗粒杂质;细滤网过滤残留悬浮物;玻璃纤维滤网能够吸附空气中 3μm 以上的颗粒粉尘;活性炭滤网过滤空气中的甲醛、苯、工业废气和空气异味气体。
本发明中框架本体内腔两侧壁从上往下设置多个卡槽,框架本体内从上往下依次卡接有粗滤网、玻璃纤维滤网、陶瓷板、活性炭滤网和细滤网;采用此结构,还便于更换、清洗、加装框架本体内的滤网,使用寿命长;更换时,只需要将端盖打开,抽出对应的滤网,插入新的滤网即可,此外,还可以根据需求插入不同过滤功能的滤网。
本发明中,过滤板6采用碳化硅陶瓷过滤板;所述过滤板6由载体层10、过渡层11、膜层12呈依次叠层构成。所述载体层、过渡层均由碳化硅粉、无机粘结剂、塑化剂球土、有机粘结剂、造孔剂、水组成;所述膜层由碳化硅粉、无机粘结剂、有机粘结剂、水组成。本发明采用的过滤板采用三层结构强度高、孔隙率高,尤其是过滤孔不容易堵塞,有效提高了过滤效率,并延长了使用寿命。
综上所述,本发明结构设计新颖,能够实现对废气的高效率过滤,此外,还便于更换、清洗、加装框架本体内的滤网,使用寿命长。

1.一种废气过滤网,其特征在于:包括框架本体(1)、粗滤网(2)、细滤网(3)、玻璃纤维滤网(4)、活性炭滤网(5)和陶瓷板(6),所述框架本体(1)为长方体结构,所述框架本体(1)内腔两侧壁从上往下设置多个卡槽(7),所述框架本体(1)前端面活动安装有端盖(8),所述粗滤网(2)、细滤网(3)、玻璃纤维滤网(4)、活性炭滤网(5)均固定在框体(9)内,且所述框体(9)两端与卡槽(7)相匹配;所述框架本体(1)内从上往下依次卡接有粗滤网(2)、玻璃纤维滤网(4)、陶瓷板(6)、活性炭滤网(5)和细滤网(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种废气过滤网,其特征在于:所述过滤板(6)采用碳化硅陶瓷过滤板;所述过滤板(6)由载体层(10)、过渡层(11)、膜层(12)呈依次叠层构成。
