Detailed Description
The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings 1 to 13, which are only preferred expressions for the internal spirit of the invention, and which assist in describing the spirit of the technical solutions and should not be construed as limiting the scope of protection of the invention. The structural components in the illustrated embodiments may be added, subtracted, or combined as desired, and the illustrated structure is not limited.
The contents described in patent CN 2008880108740. X and patent CN201410159383.7 are helpful for understanding the technical solutions of the present invention.
See fig. 1 to 8. The auricle corrector of the present invention mainly comprises an ear support 1, a tractor 25 and an ear cover 36. The main frame A has an arc-shaped outline. The ear support 1 and the retractor 25 are used to correct and secure a malformed auricle, and the ear cap 36 is used to secure the malformed auricle within the ear support 1. The shape of the ear cap 36 preferably corresponds to the shape of the ear cup 1, and after the two are fixed relative to each other, there is a space between them for accommodating the malformed auricle.
The ear support 1, the retractor 25 and the ear cap 36 are all made of medical plastic, silica gel or other suitable materials with certain elasticity and hardness.
Example 1
Figure 1 shows a preferred embodiment of a middle ear support 1 according to the invention. The ear support 1 has a plurality of sections of frames which can be assembled and disassembled, and are respectively marked as a main frame A, an auxiliary frame B and an auxiliary frame C in the figure. The main frame A, the auxiliary frame B and the auxiliary frame C are connected end to end, and the two ends of each section of frame are provided with connecting structures which can be combined with or separated from the other two sections of frames, preferably a first snap fastener 2, a second snap fastener 3 and a third snap fastener 4 which are shown in the figure, namely a conventional 'protruding and sinking press-fit structure'.
At least one elongated counter bore (may also be an elongated protrusion) is formed on one side of the main frame a, the auxiliary frame B, and the auxiliary frame C facing the ear cover 36, such as a first slot 5, a second slot 6, a third slot 7, a fourth slot 8, a fifth slot 9, and a sixth slot 10. For the attachment of the ear cup 1 to the ear cap 36. Preferably, all the clamping grooves can be mutually connected after the frames of the ear support 1 are combined.
The main frame A, the auxiliary frame B and the auxiliary frame C are sequentially combined end to end through detachable connecting joints to form a hole suitable for accommodating auricles or root parts of ears. The inner side of the arc-shaped outline of the main frame A is provided with a lug rib 12, and the lug rib 12 extends from one end of the main frame A to the other end and has radian suitable for the rear side of the root part of the human ear. The ear-blocking rib 12 is attached to the rear side of the auricle, which is beneficial for a part of the auricle to be pulled towards the main frame A.
The length of the auxiliary frame B is adapted to the length of the arc-shaped opening of the main frame A, so that two ends of the auxiliary frame B can be connected with the main frame A; the main frame A and the auxiliary frame B are combined through detachable connection to form a hole suitable for accommodating auricles or root parts of ears.
As a preferred means, an inner adhesive material 13 is provided along the arc-shaped inner side of the main frame a, and functions such that when one end of the retractor 25 hooks the auricle, the other end can be stuck by the inner adhesive material 13.
In addition, in clinical use, a layer of adhesive material 14 is generally added to the side of the ear support 1 adjacent to the patient's skin to secure the ear support 1 to the ear of the patient. The bottom blocking material 14 is an additional aid in the use of the present invention and may not be included in the structure of the present invention. Of course, if the ear support 1 of the present invention is made of a material having an affinity for the skin, such as medical or health-care silica gel, plastic, etc., the bottom adhesive material 14 may not be used.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the main frame a, the auxiliary frame B, and the auxiliary frame C of the ear support 1 of the present invention may be assembled or disassembled by a detachable structure.
In clinical use, the auxiliary frame C can be removed to allow the ear support 1 to accommodate smaller ears, or both the auxiliary frame B and the auxiliary frame C can be removed (FIG. 13) to accommodate the reshaping of a particular portion of the pinna. Therefore, the ear support 1 of the present invention may include at least one section of the main frame a, or may include only the main frame a and the auxiliary frame B, or may include all three sections of frames.
When the ear support 1 only includes the main frame a, the two ends of the main frame a may not be provided with a detachable connection structure. Or when the ear support 1 only comprises the main frame a and the auxiliary frame B, the main frame a and the auxiliary frame B may have detachable connection structures at two ends respectively, or one ends of the main frame a and the auxiliary frame B are fixed to each other as a whole and only have detachable connection structures at one ends respectively. Or when the ear support 1 comprises a main frame A, an auxiliary frame B and an auxiliary frame C, both ends of the auxiliary frame C are respectively provided with a detachable connecting structure, and the main frame A and the auxiliary frame B can be respectively provided with a detachable connecting structure at both ends, or one ends of the main frame A and the auxiliary frame B are mutually fixed into a whole and are respectively provided with a detachable connecting structure at one end only.
Referring to fig. 4-6, the earcap 36 of the present invention has a plurality of sections of removable and attachable frames, which are designated as a main frame a, a sub-frame b, and a sub-frame c, respectively. The main frame a, the auxiliary frame b and the auxiliary frame c are connected end to end, and the two ends of each section of frame are provided with connecting structures which can be combined with and separated from the other two sections of frames, preferably a snap fastener IV 16, a snap fastener V17 and a snap fastener V18 as shown in fig. 4, namely a conventional 'convex and concave press-fit structure'.
The back of the ear cap 36, i.e. the side facing away from the ear support, is provided with a cover plate with ventilation holes 15. The cover plate is divided into two parts, wherein one part is connected to the arc-shaped inner side of the main frame a, and the other part is connected to the inner side (corresponding to the main frame a) of the auxiliary frame b. In clinical use, to accommodate an ear cup 1 having only a main rim a and a sub-rim b, the sub-rim c of the ear cup 36 may be removed, and the main rim a and the sub-rim b may be combined. The overlapping part of the cover plate can be reserved or sheared (after accurate scribing), and it can be clear that the overlapping part does not affect the use function and the use effect of the invention.
The side of the main frame a, the auxiliary frame b and the auxiliary frame c facing the ear support 1 are respectively provided with at least one strip-shaped bulge (or strip-shaped counter bore), such as a bulge one 19, a bulge two 20, a bulge three 21, a bulge four 22, a bulge five 23 and a bulge six 24. For coupling the ear cap 36 with the ear cup 1.
The length of the auxiliary frame b is adapted to the length of the arc-shaped opening of the main frame a, so that two ends of the auxiliary frame b can be detachably connected with two ends of the main frame a.
The ear cover 36 in the present invention is an auxiliary component used in cooperation with the ear support 1, and therefore, the shape and detachable structure of the ear cover 36 are adapted to the shape and detachable structure of the ear support 1. For example, the main frame a can be used independently, and two ends of the main frame a are not provided with a detachable connecting structure or at least one end of the main frame a is provided with a detachable connecting structure; if the main frame a and the auxiliary frame b are matched, the two ends of the main frame a and the auxiliary frame b can be respectively provided with a detachable connecting structure, or one ends of the main frame a and the auxiliary frame b are mutually fixed into a whole and only one ends of the main frame a and the auxiliary frame b are respectively provided with a detachable connecting structure; and when the main frame a, the auxiliary frame b and the auxiliary frame c are matched for use, the two ends of the auxiliary frame c are provided with detachable connecting structures, and the main frame a and the auxiliary frame b can be respectively provided with detachable connecting structures at the two ends, or one ends of the main frame a and the auxiliary frame b are mutually fixed into a whole, and only one ends of the main frame a and the auxiliary frame b are respectively provided with detachable connecting structures.
Fig. 7 illustrates a retractor 25 of the present invention for use with an ear cup 1, and although the drawing angle of fig. 7 does not reflect the general view of the retractor 25, reference to the prior art will aid in understanding the principles and construction of the retractor of the present invention.
The retractor 25 is flat, has a curvature adapted to the main frame a in a plane, and has a detachable structure. On the same surface of the tractor 25, a traction pin 29, a first fixing pin 30 and a second fixing pin 31 are arranged, wherein the first fixing pin 30 and the second fixing pin 31 are arranged on the outer side of the arc-shaped surface of the tractor 25 at intervals, and the traction pin 29 is arranged on the inner side of the arc-shaped surface of the tractor 25 and opposite to the first fixing pin 30 and the second fixing pin 31. The traction pin 29 is used for hooking the auricle part to be pulled, and the first fixing pin 30 and the second fixing pin 31 fix the tractor 25 on the main frame A of the ear support 1 through the inner adhesion material 13.
Referring to fig. 8, the retractor 25 is divided into two parts along the radius of the circle in which the curvature is located, each having a retractor pin portion and a fixed pin portion. The two parts are connected by a combinable, detachable structure, such as snap seven 26, snap eight 27 shown in fig. 7. When the auricle part to be pulled is suitable for a small tractor or a plurality of parts are required to be pulled but the accommodating space of the ear support 1 is limited, the two parts can be detached for separate use. In order to provide sufficient strength to the assembled retractor 25, it is preferable to provide the two parts with a slit 28 capable of communicating after the assembly, in which a sheet of metal one (or wire) having a certain elasticity and plasticity is removably placed, and at the same time, when it is necessary to adjust the drawing angle of the retractor 25, the sheet of metal can be bent appropriately as required.
Example two
See fig. 9 and 10.
Compared with the first embodiment, in the ear support 1 shown in fig. 9, a slot is formed in the upper surface of the ear blocking rib 12 facing the inner accommodating space of the ear support 1, and the foot making device 11 is installed in the slot. The foot maker 11 is adapted for shaping malformed antihelix feet. The foot maker 11 is, as shown in fig. 10, of a cylindrical shape, has at least one foot maker mounting foot 11a of a vertical axis on one side in the axial direction, and the foot maker 11 is detachably fixed to the ear rib 12 by the foot maker mounting foot 11a and is adjustable in position and/or angle along the slit.
The mounting feet 11a of the foot making device are at least one bulge, preferably two bulges, and can be pressed into slots on the lug ribs 12 to fix the foot making device 11 on the lug ribs 12 and can be pulled out from the slots to separate the foot making device 1 from the lug ribs 12. If shaping of the "antitragus foot" is not required, the foot maker 11 may not be necessary to install.
The back of the ostomy appliance 11 (the side opposite to the appliance mounting foot 11 a) is preferably provided with an elongated opening in which a second sheet of metal (or wire) having a certain elasticity and plasticity is placed, facilitating the adjustment of the shape of the ostomy appliance 11. Of course, the second metal sheet (or wire) may be directly embedded in the foot maker 11.
The rib 12 in this embodiment may be wider than the rib in the first embodiment to facilitate the formation of the slot and installation of the foot maker.
The ear cap and the retractor in this embodiment have the same structure as in the first embodiment.
Example III
See fig. 10 and 11.
As shown in fig. 10, the foot maker 11 of the present embodiment has the same structure as that of the second embodiment.
In fig. 11, the ear-blocking rib 12 is made into a continuous sheet shape connected to the arc inner side of the main frame a, a plurality of or a large number of foot-making device mounting holes 12a are uniformly distributed on the ear-blocking rib 12, the size of the foot-making device mounting holes 12a is adapted to the protruding foot-making device mounting feet 11a, and the distance between two adjacent foot-making device mounting holes 12a is the same as the distance between two foot-making device mounting feet 11 a. When the foot maker 11 has only one foot maker mounting foot 11a, there is no requirement for the distance between the adjacent two foot maker mounting holes 12 a.
In this embodiment, the foot maker 11 may be mounted at any angle on any position of the ear-blocking rib 12, so as to facilitate the shaping correction of any position of the deformed auricle.
Further, more than one foot making device 11 can be simultaneously arranged on the ear blocking rib 12 in the embodiment, so that the simultaneous correction of a plurality of auricles can be realized.
The ear cap and the retractor in this embodiment are the same as those in the first embodiment.
Fig. 13 shows a state of use of the present invention in shaping or correcting the crura of the helix in clinical applications. The using process is as follows: the ear support 1 in the third embodiment is preferable, the sub-frame B and the sub-frame C are removed, and only the main frame a is left. The main frame A is arranged in the direction that the auricle is pulled, and the auricle rib 12 is tightly clung to the auricle. The foot maker 11 is fixed to the rib 12 in a proper direction (through the foot maker mounting foot 11a and the foot maker mounting hole 12 a). The foot maker 11 is placed on the antihelix foot portion to be corrected, and the auricle is pulled and positioned in the ear support 1 using the retractor 25. The ear caps 36 from which the sub-frames b and c are removed are covered. In this application, the ear support 1 having only the main frame a may be manufactured separately, and the two ends of the main frame a may not be provided with a detachable connection structure, and the ear cover 36 used in cooperation with the ear support 1 may also have a similar frame structure. In this example, the position and angle of the arrangement of the ear support 1 are not limited at all, and can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the needs of the orthopaedics.
Any of the foregoing embodiments may further include an earplug 32. The earplug 32 is used for concha contraction, deformed auricle use of the cartilaginous transverse process. The earplug 32 has a void in it to allow for sufficient flexibility to expand the concha cavity of the patient to promote comfort.
In any of the foregoing embodiments, it is preferable to provide a layer of the bottom adhesive material 14 on the back side of the ear support 1 (the side that contacts the skin at the root of the ear, i.e., the side that faces away from the receiving space) to secure the ear support 1 to the skin.
In the prior art, if the ear support is larger than the ear of a patient, the auricle is possibly fixed infirm, the treatment effect is affected, doctors often cut off the ear support frame, and the frame is jointed by other means after the extra length is removed. Compared with the prior art, the detachable structure of the ear support has the advantages of simple manufacture of parts, convenience in detachment and packaging, flexible use and adjustment, no limitation on the correction of all parts of the auricle and the like.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof. The present embodiments are, therefore, to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein.
