Abstract
本发明有关于一种CT检查床,其包括床板、床腿和床垫,还包括铅橡胶防护垫,其中床板边缘凸出,床垫铺在床板上,且与床板底部之间有间隙;所述铅橡胶防护垫整体呈长条形,有一个或多个,其穿过床板和床垫之间的间隙一部分铺设在床板上,且该铅橡胶防护垫上在与床板边缘接触处设有滑块,该滑块固定在床板边缘设的滑轨上;所述铅橡胶防护垫的两端伸出床板,且设有互相匹配的搭接件,通过该搭接件固定为一体。本发明CT检查床在患者受检时,由于非受检部位被铅橡胶防护垫由下向上360°包围,因此能有效防护CT螺旋扫描时360°射线的照射;因该保护床采用X线可透视材质,因此非铅橡胶防护垫防护区域,不影响患者受检部位的CT检查。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体的说是一种能保护CT检查患者,非受检部位免受CT射线损害的CT检查床。
背景技术
近年来CT的广泛应用,给疾病的临床诊断带来了较大的利益,然而我们也不应忽视射线给人们带来的危害。X射线能够穿透细胞破坏DNA,对遗传分子产生难以修复的终身性破坏,甚至诱发细胞癌变。检查区域受到照射是为诊断疾病所必须付出的代价,而非检查区域受到照射是没有价值和有害的。
目前,医院在给患者进行CT扫描检查过程中,一般都对患者的非受检部位(如性腺、甲状腺)采用铅橡胶性腺防护围裙(方巾)、铅橡胶颈套、铅橡胶帽子进行防护性遮蔽,在一定程度上保护了受检患者的非受检部位,但仍存在不足。
其缺点在于,现有的放射防护手段,只重视了患者接受单方向X射线照射的情况。而CT扫描一般均为螺旋式扫描,CT管球围绕患者进行360°不间断射线输出,现有CT患者防护手段,无法做到360°无死角防护。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型结构的CT检查床,使其具有铅橡胶防护配件,在患者受检过程当中,可以通过移动检查床上铅橡胶防护配件的位置,做到患者在检查过程当中敏感部位360°无死角防护。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。依据本发明提出的一种CT检查床,其包括床板、床腿和床垫,还包括铅橡胶防护垫,其中床板边缘凸出,床垫铺在床板上,且与床板底部之间有间隙;所述铅橡胶防护垫整体呈长条形,有一个或多个,其穿过床板和床垫之间的间隙一部分铺设在床板上,且该铅橡胶防护垫在与床板边缘接触处设有滑块,该滑块固定在床板边缘设的滑轨上;所述铅橡胶防护垫的两端伸出床板,且设有互相匹配的搭接件,通过该搭接件固定为一体。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题还可采用以下技术措施进一步实现。
前述的CT检查床,其中所述的床腿为伸缩床腿。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果。借由上述技术方案,本发明CT检查床可达到相当的技术进步性及实用性,并具有产业上的广泛利用价值,其至少具有下列优点:在患者受检时,由于非受检部位被铅橡胶防护垫由下向上360°包围,因此能有效防护CT螺旋扫描时360°射线的照射;因该保护床采用X线可透视材质,因此非铅橡胶防护垫防护区域,不影响患者受检部位的CT检查。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对依据本发明提出的CT检查床其具体实施方式、结构、特征及其功效,详细说明如后。
请参阅图1,其为本发明CT检查床的结构示意图,该检查床包括床板1、床腿2、床垫3和铅橡胶防护垫5,其中所述床板1边缘凸出,床垫3铺在床板1上,且与床板1底部之间有间隙。所述铅橡胶防护垫5整体呈长条形,有一个或多个,其穿过床板1和床垫3之间的间隙,部分铺设在床板1上,且该铅橡胶防护垫5上与床板1边缘接触处设有滑块6,该滑块6可在床板1边缘设置的滑轨上滑动,从而移动铅橡胶防护垫5的位置。该铅橡胶防护垫5的两端设有互相匹配的搭接件,通过该搭接件固定为一体,实现全面防护。
较佳的,所述床腿2为伸缩床腿,可以随意调整床的高度,但并不限定于此。
上述床板1、床垫3均采用X射线可透视材质。
本发明CT检查床在使用时,患者躺在该防护床上,移动铅橡胶防护垫5,使其位于非受检部位,如性腺、甲状腺,下方,然后将其自由端向上翻起覆盖患者受保护部位,并通过搭接件搭接。在患者受检时,由于非受检部位被铅橡胶防护垫由下向上360°包围,因此能有效防护CT螺旋扫描时360°射线的照射;因该保护床采用X线可透视材质,因此非铅橡胶防护垫防护区域,不影响患者受检部位的CT检查。

1.一种CT检查床,其包括床板、床腿和床垫,其特征在于,还包括铅橡胶防护垫,其中床板边缘凸出,床垫铺在床板上,且与床板底部之间有间隙;
所述铅橡胶防护垫整体呈长条形,有一个或多个,其穿过床板和床垫之间的间隙一部分铺设在床板上,且该铅橡胶防护垫上在与床板边缘接触处设有滑块,该滑块固定在床板边缘设的滑轨上;
所述铅橡胶防护垫的两端伸出床板,且设有互相匹配的搭接件,通过该搭接件固定为一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的CT检查床,其特征在于:其中所述的床腿为伸缩床腿。
