Description

Diabetes foot nursing device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical auxiliary instruments, in particular to a diabetic foot nursing device.
Background
Diabetes is a systemic disease caused by endocrine dyscrasia, and diabetic foot is one of the most serious chronic complications, and if the control of the disease is not ideal, the patient faces the possibility of amputation. Therefore, attention is paid to the treatment of diabetic foot.
There is now an increasing number of diabetic feet that can cause foot lesions, allowing cells of the foot to necrose, and potentially leading to amputation and even life risk if the diabetic foot is not effectively treated and controlled. The main pathogenesis of the diabetes mellitus is that blood sugar and blood fat metabolic disorder of a diabetic patient for a long time leads to damage of vascular endothelial cells and basement membrane, and diabetic vascular complications are formed. Patients develop lower limb infection, ulcer formation and deep tissue damage caused by combined neuropathy and angiopathy of different degrees.
The traditional method for treating diabetes has two methods, namely, firstly, the drug is used for regulating the sensitivity of residual islet cells to blood sugar and promoting the secretion of insulin; and exogenous insulin supplementation. No matter which treatment is carried out, the blood sugar is temporarily controlled, the cost is high, the phenomena of drug tolerance, insulin dependence and the like exist all the time, and the radical treatment is difficult to be carried out completely. Increasing the mental burden of the patient. Even more, the blood sugar of the patients is suddenly high or low, and the patients are more likely to cause various serious complications. In the past, the working difficulty of medical staff and the pain degree of patients are greatly increased.
The foot care for the diabetic is carried out by scientifically washing the feet with warm water at the temperature lower than 40 ℃ without soaking for too long time, testing the water temperature with hands before washing the feet, and if the feet are not sensitive to the temperature, asking family members to take a substitute test; avoid the contact of bare feet on hard objects, and lightly wipe the space between toes with a towel after cleaning to prevent the skin of feet from being injured. However, most of the prior arts are common footbath basins, but the footbath basins are dangerous for diabetics, because the conventional footbath basins are mainly made of ABS engineering plastics, common plastics and other devices, and the footbath basins are not sensitive to nerves of the diabetics, so that the feet are easily damaged due to the fact that the foot is contacted by firm materials.
