2. The multi-link adjustable sofa bed according to claim 1, wherein the adjusting groove (2-1-2) is composed of a plurality of semicircular grooves (2-1-2-1) arranged in sequence and two linear grooves (2-1-2-2) distributed on both sides of the semicircular grooves (2-1-2-1).
