By adopting the above scheme, in the embodiment, when the terminal device performs the switching operation, at least part of the redundant information stored in the source base station can be sent to the target base station, so that the target base station can directly perform communication interaction with the terminal device by using the redundant information, and the target base station can perform interaction with the terminal device in a scenario supporting uplink compression. Therefore, the efficiency of switching operation of the terminal equipment in the mobile communication process is ensured, and the processing of uplink compression is ensured to be applicable to the switching operation scene.

It should be understood that, when the terminal device performs handover, the source base station and the terminal device are first required to cooperate with each other to select the target base station.

Step three: and in the switching process, the transmission of the buffer data and the sequence number of the corresponding PDCP PDU is carried out between the source base station and the target base station.

Step four: if the UM mode at handover or the target base station does not support uplink compression, the UE performs normal transmission (non-compression mode). And if the AM mode is switched and the target base station supports uplink compression, starting uplink compression transmission between the UE and the target base station.
By adopting the above scheme, in the embodiment, when the terminal device performs the switching operation, at least part of the redundant information stored in the source base station can be sent to the target base station, so that the target base station can directly perform communication interaction with the terminal device by using the redundant information, and the target base station can perform interaction with the terminal device in a scenario supporting uplink compression. Therefore, the efficiency of switching operation of the terminal equipment in the mobile communication process is ensured, and the processing of uplink compression is ensured to be applicable to the switching operation scene.

The interactive processing of the compressed uplink information based on the at least part of redundant information and the terminal device includes:
the information receiving unit is configured to acquire compression capability information sent by the terminal device, where the compression capability information at least includes whether the terminal device supports uplink compression processing;
correspondingly, the communication unit is configured to perform, when the compression capability information indicates that the terminal device supports uplink compression processing and the target base station indicates uplink compression processing, interactive processing of uplink information compressed with the terminal device based on the at least part of redundant information.
That is, the UE reports its uplink compression capability to the target base station, and the target base station replies a signaling indicating whether the UE starts uplink compression.
In addition, it is necessary to determine a working mode corresponding to the switching operation, which is specifically as follows: and if the capability information of the target base station indicates that the target base station does not support uplink compression or if the working mode corresponding to the switching operation is not the confirmed mode, directly performing uplink and downlink information interaction with the terminal equipment.
Correspondingly, if the working mode of the switching operation is the non-confirmation mode, the interaction processing between the terminal equipment and the source base station and between the terminal equipment and the target base station is directly carried out in a normal interaction mode.

if the capability information of the target base station represents that the target base station supports uplink compression, at least part of redundant information in the redundant information corresponding to the terminal equipment stored by the terminal equipment is sent to the target base station in the process that the terminal equipment executes switching; the redundant information is redundant information related to uplink compression.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining a target base station to which the terminal device performs handover, and acquiring capability information of the target base station comprises:
and judging a working mode corresponding to the switching operation, if the working mode of the switching operation is a confirmation mode, acquiring the capability information of the target base station, and sending the capability information to the terminal equipment.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the capability information of the target base station comprises:
sending a capability inquiry signaling to the target base station, and receiving feedback information of the target base station aiming at the capability inquiry signaling;
and acquiring the capability information of the target base station from the feedback information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein sending at least part of redundant information corresponding to the terminal device, which is stored by the target base station, to the target base station comprises:
selecting part of redundant information with the use frequency higher than a preset threshold value based on the use frequency of the stored redundant information;
and sending the selected part of redundant information and the sequence number of the protocol data unit corresponding to the part of redundant information to the target base station.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein sending at least part of redundant information corresponding to the terminal device, which is stored by the target base station, to the target base station comprises:
and sending all the redundant information corresponding to the terminal equipment stored by the target base station and the serial number of the protocol data unit corresponding to each redundant information to the target base station.
6. A compression processing method applied to a target base station is characterized by comprising the following steps:
after determining a target base station used as a terminal device for switching operation, providing capability information for a source base station corresponding to the terminal device; wherein, the capability information at least includes whether the target base station supports uplink compression processing;
if the capability information of the target base station represents that the target base station supports uplink compression, acquiring at least part of redundant information in the redundant information which is sent by the source base station and is stored and corresponds to the terminal equipment in the process of executing switching by the terminal equipment;
and after the terminal equipment completes the switching operation, performing interactive processing on compressed uplink information with the terminal equipment based on the at least part of redundant information.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the providing capability information for the source base station corresponding to the terminal device comprises:
receiving a capability inquiry signaling sent by a source base station, and sending feedback information aiming at the capability inquiry signaling to the source base station; the feedback information at least carries the capability information of the target base station.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein if the capability information of the target base station indicates that the target base station supports uplink compression, the method further comprises:
and if the capability information of the target base station indicates that the target base station does not support uplink compression or if the working mode corresponding to the switching operation is not the confirmed mode, directly performing uplink and downlink information interaction with the terminal equipment.
9. A compression processing method applied to a target base station is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining a target base station serving as a terminal device for switching operation, and acquiring at least part of redundant information in redundant information corresponding to the terminal device, which is transmitted by a source base station and stored by the source base station, in the process of executing switching by the terminal device; the redundant information is redundant information related to uplink compression;
and after the terminal equipment completes the switching operation, performing interactive processing on compressed uplink information with the terminal equipment based on the at least part of redundant information.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein before obtaining at least part of redundant information corresponding to the terminal device and stored by the source base station, the method further comprises:
acquiring compression capacity information of the terminal equipment through a source base station corresponding to the terminal equipment; wherein, the compression capability information at least includes whether the terminal device supports uplink compression processing;
correspondingly, before the interactive processing of the compressed uplink information based on the at least part of redundant information and the terminal device, the method further includes:
and when the compression capability information of the terminal equipment represents that the terminal equipment supports uplink compression processing and the target base station supports the uplink compression processing, sending an instruction for controlling the start of uplink compression to the terminal equipment.
11. The method according to claim 9, wherein the interactive processing of the uplink information compressed by the terminal device based on the at least part of redundant information comprises:
acquiring compression capacity information sent by the terminal equipment, wherein the compression capacity information at least comprises whether the terminal equipment supports uplink compression processing or not;
and when the compression capability information represents that the terminal equipment supports uplink compression processing and the target base station indicates the uplink compression processing, performing interactive processing on compressed uplink information with the terminal equipment based on at least part of redundant information.
12. The method of claim 9, wherein obtaining at least part of redundant information corresponding to the terminal device and stored in the redundant information sent by the source base station comprises:
receiving at least partial redundant information sent by the source base station and a sequence number of a protocol data unit corresponding to each redundant information.
13. A base station, comprising:
the information acquisition unit is used for determining a target base station for switching operation of the terminal equipment and acquiring the capability information of the target base station; wherein, the capability information at least includes whether the target base station supports uplink compression processing;
an information sending unit, configured to send at least part of redundant information, which is stored by the terminal device and corresponds to the terminal device, to the target base station in a process in which the terminal device performs handover if the capability information of the target base station indicates that the target base station supports uplink compression; the redundant information is redundant information after uplink compression processing.

The base station according to claim 13, wherein the information obtaining unit is configured to determine a working mode corresponding to a handover operation, and if the working mode of the handover operation is an acknowledgement mode, obtain the capability information of the target base station, and send the capability information to the terminal device.
15. The base station of claim 13,
the information sending unit is used for sending a capability inquiry signaling to the target base station;
correspondingly, the information obtaining unit is configured to receive feedback information of the target base station for the capability query signaling; and acquiring the capability information of the target base station from the feedback information.

The base station of claim 13, wherein the information sending unit is configured to select, based on a usage frequency of the stored redundant information, a part of the redundant information whose usage frequency is higher than a preset threshold; sending the selected part of redundant information and the serial number of the protocol data unit corresponding to the part of redundant information to the target base station;
or, the information sending unit is configured to send all redundant information corresponding to the terminal device that is stored by the information sending unit and a sequence number of a protocol data unit corresponding to each piece of redundant information to the target base station.
17. A base station, comprising:
the information sending unit is used for providing capability information for a source base station corresponding to the terminal equipment after determining a target base station which is used as the terminal equipment for switching operation; wherein, the capability information at least includes whether the target base station supports uplink compression processing;
an information receiving unit, configured to, if the capability information of the target base station indicates that the target base station supports uplink compression, acquire at least part of redundant information in redundant information corresponding to the terminal device and stored by the source base station, where the redundant information is sent from the source base station in a process in which the terminal device performs handover; the redundant information is redundant information after uplink compression processing;
and the communication unit is used for performing interactive processing on compressed uplink information with the terminal equipment based on the at least part of redundant information after the terminal equipment completes switching operation.

The base station of claim 17, wherein the information sending unit is configured to receive a capability query signaling sent by a source base station, and send feedback information for the capability query signaling to the source base station; the feedback information at least carries the capability information of the target base station.

The base station of claim 17, wherein the communication unit is configured to directly perform uplink and downlink information interaction with the terminal device if the capability information of the target base station indicates that the target base station does not support uplink compression or if a working mode corresponding to a handover operation is not an acknowledged mode.

an information receiving unit, configured to determine a target base station serving as a terminal device for performing a handover operation, and acquire at least part of redundant information in redundant information corresponding to the terminal device, which is sent by a source base station and stored in the source base station, in a handover process of the terminal device; the redundant information is redundant information after uplink compression processing;
and the communication unit is used for performing interactive processing on compressed uplink information with the terminal equipment based on the at least part of redundant information after the terminal equipment completes switching operation.
