in step 101, live audio during a live process is monitored.
Here, multimedia information during live broadcasting is displayed, the multimedia information including live video and live audio. The live broadcast process is a process of anchor in promoting the displayed goods. The live screenshot information comprises live channel information and playing progress information when corresponding screenshot keywords occur.
In step 102, when screenshot keyword information preset by the anchor is monitored in live audio, live screenshot information corresponding to the live audio is acquired.
Here, the screenshot keyword information is information entered or input by the host, and may be text or voice, for example, such as "big screenshot and" big screenshot is issued for customer service "which represents voice or text that can be screenshot. The server can identify live broadcast audio as characters, match the identified characters with screenshot keyword information, and if the characters are matched with the screenshot keyword information, obtain live broadcast screenshot information corresponding to the live broadcast audio.
The live screenshot information of this embodiment is information for a user to search and memorize the goods promoted by the anchor, such as the anchor number, the anchor channel, the current date, and the time when the goods appear, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In step 103, a screen capture instruction carrying live screen capture information is sent to the user side.
Here, the screen capture instruction is for capturing a live video showing a live process.

In step 202, the live video is subjected to screen capture according to the screen capture instruction and the live screen capture information.
In the embodiment, as long as the screenshot keyword information is monitored in the live audio, the user side automatically performs screenshot on the live video, so that the user is prevented from missing the screenshot, ordering is performed according to the screenshot picture, and ordering experience is improved.
In one embodiment, step 202 may comprise:
according to the screen capture instruction, capturing a live video to obtain a captured picture; and marking screenshot keyword information on the screenshot picture according to the live screenshot information.
The action of screenshot in this embodiment may be to screenshot the whole screen, or to simply capture a live video.
Here, the position of the mark may be a corner on the screenshot picture, which does not affect the user's view of the item and its price.
In one embodiment, the screenshot keyword information word includes at least one of:
the current date; playing time of live video during screen capture; a live channel;
accordingly, after step 202, the method further comprises:
naming the screenshot picture according to the played time length and/or the current date; and storing the screenshot pictures in a folder named by a live channel.
It is worth to be noted that the folders and the screen capture pictures in the folders are deleted when the preset conditions are met. The preset condition may include at least one of that the folder exists for more than a preset time; closing the live broadcast application; and switching to other live channels.
