Abstract

The tool consists of a guide clamping fixture, three positioning pins, a guide pin and a cross chisel, wherein the guide clamping fixture is annular, positioning holes are distributed along the circumferential direction, and the number of the positioning holes is the same as that of the rollers; the positioning pins are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the guide clamping fixture. The guide pins strike the rivet to lower the rivet into the rivet hole of the retainer. The cross chisel creates a "cross" between the rivet and the cage, causing the rivet to expand and thereby interference fit with the cage. The tool provided by the invention is adopted for assembly, the assembly efficiency is improved, and the problems of partial riveting, unfitness in riveting and falling of rivets in the working operation of the bearing are solved.
