本发明涉及隔音棉复合板的制备，具体涉及隔音棉复合板的制备。
背景技术
随着社会经济的高速发展，现代化的住宅生活水平，却给人们带来了新的烦心事一一“噪音”,它已成为现代生活中的一大公害，多少年来“噪音”给人们的日常生活、工作、学习以及精神上都带来了极大的痛苦和严重危害，尤其是对儿童、老年人、病人以及心脏病患者更是危害极大。“噪音”这一顽症已成为现代社会生活中的一大公害，极大的危害着人们的身心健康。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供隔音棉复合板的制备，隔音效果好，外观美观。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明所采取的技术方案如下：隔音棉复合板的制备，包括防火板、吸音板、防潮层、隔音棉层、实木板、填充空腔和石膏板，所述防火板上设置有实木板，所述实木板上方设置有隔音棉层，所述隔音棉层上方设置有防潮层，防潮层上方设置有吸音板，所述防火板下方和吸音板上方均设置有石膏板，防潮层内部设置有填充空腔，所述填充空腔内填充有防潮丸，所述隔音棉层设置有两层，隔音棉层内部设置有夹层加固板。
作为优选，所述石膏板外表面设有防指纹。
作为优选，所述吸音板内部设置有蜂窝孔。
本发明通过防火板、吸音板、防潮层、隔音棉层、实木板、填充空腔和石膏板相互配合设置，实现了高效吸音隔音效果，而且可以防火防潮，更重要是质量轻巧而且坚实；可广泛应用于家用电器、车辆、船舶、建筑、冷库等行业，隔音效果好，外观美观。

参照图1-2,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案：隔音棉复合板的制备，包括防火板1、吸音板2、防潮层3、隔音棉层4、实木板5、填充空腔6和石膏板7,所述防火板1上设置有实木板5,所述实木板5上方设置有隔音棉层4,所述隔音棉层4上方设置有防潮层3,防潮层3上方设置有吸音板2,所述防火板1下方和吸音板2上方均设置有石膏板7,防潮层3内部设置有填充空腔6,所述填充空腔6内填充有防潮丸，所述隔音棉层4设置有两层，隔音棉层4内部设置有夹层加固板41。
值得注意的是，所述石膏板7外表面设有防指纹。
