弹性管道抗冻解冻耐蚀太阳热水器系统
本发明涉及一种抗冻和自动解冻的太阳热水器系统。
金属管板吸收体太阳集热器制造方便、换热能力强,但搞冻性差、内壁易受腐蚀和产生污染。
本发明的目的之一是要提供一种抗冻耐蚀的太阳热水器系统。
本发明的此目的这样实现:用集热器、蓄热水箱及连集热器与蓄热水箱和水源的输水管组成一个太阳热水器系统,在集热器吸收体的翅板或管板换热元件通道内加工一层弹性内层复合管壁譬如在吹胀管板换热器内灌入一种硅胶粘接剂并使其流遍管腔均匀附着内壁而成或者采用弹性管如硅胶管穿过翅板或管板换热元件的方法来制造抗冻集热器。
本发明的目的之二是要提供一种自动解冻的太阳热水器系统。
本发明的此目的这样实现:采用弹性输水管和一个其蒸汽输送管与弹性输水管紧贴的蒸汽发生器譬如电热蒸汽发生器来对输水管解冻或采用在弹性输水管内内置或外绕线状导体或/电热丝直接用电来对输水管解冻。
弹性管道管板换热器抗冻、耐蚀、清洁;适用于各种产品,结冰或其它原因产生的变形有助于清除管内水垢。
以下通过实施例和附图进一步说明。
图1给出本发明的一个实施例,这是一种平板式弹性管道管板吸收体的正视。
图1中,在铝板上冲压出许多相互间隔的上下半槽(1)、(2)制成翅板(3)并在半槽槽孔中插入管件(4),管件(4)中穿以弹性管(5)。管件(4)可用铜片卷成。它有助于增加刚性和传热。省去管件(4)集热效率会下降。采用两条或两条以上平行的流体通道并联可减少水流阻力。这种平板式弹性管道管板吸收体与同尺寸连续锡焊的铜质管板吸收体相比集热效率下降很少。
图2给出本发明的另一个实施例,这是一种用于管状集热元件的弹性管道管板吸收体的截面示意图。
图2中翅板或管板挤压型材(6)中的槽道内可置入弹性管(5)。
图3给出本发明的另一个实施例,这是一个利用太阳能自动对输水管解冻的平板——真空直流式太阳热水器的系统框图。
图4是一段旁接有一个带受热打开的双金属阀片的单向阀的传热管道的半剖。
图3中,由带一个其温控精度误差≥9℃的模糊温控阀(7)的直流平板集热器(8)和直流真空集热器(9)串接成一个接力加热的直流系统。在如箭头和虚线所示的来自进水通向蓄热水箱的水路中串有一个自动太阳能蒸汽输水管解冻器(10),解冻器(10)由一段置于真空隔热元件(11)内带较大蓄水腔(12)的管板集热元件(13)连接文丘里管(14)的工作流体入口而成。文丘里管元件(14)的负压端通过一个单向阀(15)或直接与一根紧贴输水管的蒸汽输送管道连接。其工作原理是:一旦阳光较强而输水管仍冻住,则解冻器(10)会产生蒸汽从文丘里管元件(14)的负压端进入蒸汽输送管加热输水管直至水路贯通集热系统正常工作。文丘里管元件的设计安装应满足平时不溢水和不影响系统正常工作,还要求系统的输出水管先解冻并且输出水不倒流入蒸汽输送管,为此可将解冻器(10)适当高置。解冻器(10)常与真空集热元件一体制造并装于能有效接收上午阳光之处;需要时可增加解冻器数量。
另外,还可用图4所示一段旁接有一个带受热打开的双金属阀片的单向阀(16)的传热管道(17)来代替图3中的文丘里管元件(14)制造同样功效的解冻器。这里,单向阀(16)的另一端接通紧贴输水管的蒸汽输送管;传热管道(17)的一端与一个置于真空隔热元件(11)内带有较大蓄水腔(12)的管板集热元件(13)相连。也可将两者结合即在图3文丘里管元件(14)的负压端串联一个受热打开的双金属片单向阀。
本发明的平板——真空直流太阳热水器系统在满足各种需求和快速收回投资方面达到了空前的水平。

Claims (3)

1,一种太阳热水器系统,由集热器、蓄热水箱及连接集热器与蓄热水箱和水源的输水管组成,其特征在于集热器的吸收体含有置于翅板或管板换热元件通道内的弹性内层复合管壁或含有穿过其翅板或管板换热元件的弹性管。
2,如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于集热器的吸收体含有置入或粘接有弹性管5的翅板或管板挤压型材6。
3,如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于弹性输水管内置或外绕有线状导体或/电热丝。
