Raw materials used in a polyester film production line are filtered by a metal fiber filter disc (a round flat disc (hereinafter referred to as a disc) with the diameter of 12' and the thickness of 7.5 mm) in a high-temperature melting state to filter impurities in the raw materials and ensure that the quality of the polyester film meets the requirements of the industry and customers, the disc is recycled after being cleaned, so the cleaning quality of the disc must be ensured, the residual polyester material in the disc and the impurities in the raw materials are difficult to clean up in the conventional disc cleaning process, manual knocking is adopted to improve the cleaning effect, but the impurities in the disc and carbide of the PET polyester material in the high-temperature stroke are difficult to effectively knock up and clean up, large foreign matters are easy to accumulate in the disc, and because the disc is not cleaned up, the friction resistance is increased when the raw materials pass through the disc in the production process, the pressure at the front end of a filter is increased, the damage to production equipment is, and under the action of high temperature, residual impurities can be brought out by the raw materials in a molten state and enter the optical film product, so that the defects of apparent black spots, magazine spots and the like are caused, and the product quality cannot reach the qualified standard. Detailed Description
The disc knocking apparatus according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and the operation flow.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the disc knocking device of the present invention includes a frame 1, a slide rail assembly 2, a horizontal cylinder 3, a lifting cylinder 4, a knocking head 5, a pressing cylinder 6, a touch screen 7, a weight block 8, a linear bearing 9, a pressing head 10, a platform 12, a start button 13, a cushion pad 14, a buffer spring 15, a dust removal fan 16, etc.
A position sensor is arranged on the lifting cylinder 4, and the PLC controls the five-position three-way electromagnetic valve to change direction so as to control the expansion of the cylinder;
the horizontal stretching of the horizontal cylinder 3 and the vertical stretching of the lifting cylinder 4 are circularly controlled through a PLC program, so that the knocking head 5 regularly knocks on the disc 11;
the compressing cylinder 6 compresses the disc 11 on the bearing platform 12 through the compressing head, and controls the compressing cylinder 6 to stretch and contract through the reversing of the electromagnetic valve according to the PLC operation program;
the knocking head moves smoothly on the round rod track through the linear bearing, and the knocking head is guaranteed to knock at an appointed position. After the disc 11 is knocked by the knocking head 5, the disc 11 moves vertically and downwards, and the disc 11 stably moves in the vertical direction under the buffering action of the buffer spring 15 so as to protect the disc 11 from being damaged;
the touch screen 7 is provided with a PLC input end for controlling the knocking times of the knocking head 5, and the knocking times of the knocking head 5 on the disc 11 in each knocking period is set according to requirements.
The operation flow of the device is as follows:
1. according to production requirements, if the knocking action period of the disc 11 in the touch screen 7 is set to be 25 times, the input air pressure of the pressing air cylinder 6 is 0.3MPa, and the input air pressure of the horizontal air cylinder 3 and the lifting air cylinder 4 is 0.6MPa through air supply air pressure;
2. the device transmits power; firstly, the PLC outputs a signal to an electromagnetic valve, so that compressed air enters the end with a rod cavity of the lifting cylinder 4, and when the lifting cylinder 4 moves downwards to a set position of the position sensor, the position sensor feeds back the signal to the PLC; secondly, the PLC outputs a signal to the electromagnetic valve to enable compressed air to enter the end, with the rod cavity, of the horizontal cylinder 3, and when the horizontal cylinder 3 contracts to the set position of the position sensor, the position sensor feeds back the signal to the PLC; and thirdly, the PLC outputs signals to the electromagnetic valve, compressed air enters the rod cavity end of the compressing cylinder, the compressing cylinder contracts to the set position of the position sensor and feeds the signals back to the PLC, and the resetting action is finished.
3. The disc 11 is placed on the platform 12 and the dust removing fan 16 is turned on.
4. Clicking a button: firstly, the PLC outputs signals to the electromagnetic valve, compressed air enters the rodless cavity end of the horizontal cylinder 3, and when the horizontal cylinder 3 extends out of the set position of the position sensor, the position sensor feeds back signals to the PLC; secondly, the PLC outputs signals to the electromagnetic valve, compressed air enters the rodless cavity end of the lifting cylinder 4, and when the lifting cylinder 4 extends out of the set position of the position sensor, the position sensor feeds back signals to the PLC; and thirdly, the PLC outputs signals to the electromagnetic valve, compressed air enters the rodless cavity end of the pressing cylinder 6, the pressing head 10 presses the disc 11 on the bearing platform 12 when the pressing cylinder 6 extends to the set position of the position sensor, and the position sensor feeds back signals to the PLC to finish the 'automatic' action.
5. Pressing the "start button" 13, the tapping device starts a periodic action: firstly, a PLC outputs a signal to control an electromagnetic valve to act, compressed air enters the end of the horizontal cylinder 3 with a rod cavity, when the horizontal cylinder 3 contracts to a set position of a position sensor, the position sensor feeds back the signal to the PLC, and at the moment, a knocking head 5 makes a free fall to knock a disc 11; secondly, the PLC outputs signals to the electromagnetic valve, compressed air enters the rod cavity end of the lifting cylinder 4, and when the lifting cylinder 3 contracts to a set position of the position sensor, the position sensor feeds back signals to the PLC; thirdly, the PLC outputs signals to the electromagnetic valve, compressed air enters the rodless cavity end of the horizontal cylinder 3, and when the horizontal cylinder 3 extends out of the set position of the position sensor, the position sensor feeds back signals to the PLC; the PLC outputs signals to the electromagnetic valve, compressed air enters the rodless cavity end of the lifting cylinder 4, when the lifting cylinder 4 extends out of the set position of the position sensor, the position sensor feeds back signals to the PLC, and the knocking head 5 ascends to the set height to complete a cycle of action; controlling the solenoid valve and the cylinder to circularly act by the PLC; when the set operation period number is finished through the touch screen, the PLC outputs a signal to the electromagnetic valve, compressed air enters the rod cavity end of the compaction air cylinder 6, and when the compaction air cylinder contracts to the set position of the position sensor, the position sensor feeds back a signal to the PLC;
6. turning over the disc 11 to enable each part of the disc to be knocked by the knocking head 5 and repeating the step 5;
7. the disc is replaced and step 5 is repeated.
The cylinders used in the invention have similar structures and different sizes; the head part of the cylinder is provided with a rod cavity, the tail part of the cylinder is a rodless cavity, and the lifting and descending of the knocking head are controlled by the regular stretching of the cylinder; the cylinders are provided with position sensor mounting rails, and the ascending height of the knocking head is adjusted through the change of the position of the sensor fixed on the cylinder; the gas circuit of the invention adopts a five-position three-way electromagnetic valve to control the on-off, a control coil of the five-position three-way electromagnetic valve is connected with a PLC system, an output end of the five-position three-way electromagnetic valve is respectively connected with a rod cavity and a rodless cavity of the cylinder, and the extension, contraction or stop of the actuating cylinder at a set position is controlled by the valve position of the electromagnetic valve.
After the disc is tightly pressed on the bearing platform, the bearing platform stably offsets the impact force of the knocking head through the damping spring; the air pipe at the bottom of the bearing platform is connected with a fan, and the exhaust fan is used for timely pumping out the shattered carbide and impurities.
