In terms of use, although the single-component crack sealer is convenient to glue (the single-component crack sealer can be used after being contained in a glue bottle and the glue bottle is connected with a glue gun), if the single-component crack sealer is not used up directly after being opened, the single-component crack sealer can be cured after a long time. The two-component joint beautifying agent adopts imported raw materials at present, and the two kinds of colloids are cured and molded and then cover the surfaces of gaps such as ceramic tiles, kitchens and bathrooms to form a smooth clean surface like porcelain, so that the two-component joint beautifying agent has the advantages of high hardness, lasting gloss and brightness, no shrinkage, no mildew, washability, bubble resistance, oil stain resistance, acid and alkali resistance, ageing resistance and the like, and can effectively beautify living space and improve living quality. Furthermore, the two-component joint sealing agent can be widely used for joint sealing and beautifying of gaps and corners of materials such as ceramic tiles, kitchens and bathrooms, sanitary wares, mosaics, stones, glass, aluminum-plastic panels and the like (the corners of hard materials can be subjected to joint sealing and beautifying). When the two-component seam beautifying agent is used, two components of the two-component seam beautifying agent are usually respectively filled into two glue bottles in the prior art, in the construction process, the glue of the two components needs to be mixed according to a certain proportion and uniformly stirred, then the glue is filled into a glue gun and then construction is carried out, in the construction process, glue is firstly applied and then a steel ball component is used for pressing seams, and therefore the whole gluing and pressing seams efficiency is low. In addition, the existing construction process of gluing and caulking is easy to cause the problems that glue is mixed at glue outlets of two glue bottles containing two different kinds of glue, the glue bottles are unstable to be fixed with a glue gun, the glue is not easy to store after use, and the like.

According to the main idea of the invention, the gluing device comprises: the rubber outlet pipe comprises a rubber outlet end; the seam pressing head is used for pressing seams when glue is discharged, the seam pressing head is arranged at the glue discharging end and comprises a glue discharging port, and glue in the glue discharging pipe passes through the glue discharging port of the seam pressing head to flow out.
The technical contents of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4 together, fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view illustrating a glue applying device according to an embodiment of the invention. Fig. 2 is a schematic view showing an internal structure of a glue outlet pipe of the gluing device according to the embodiment of the invention. Fig. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along line a-a in fig. 2. Fig. 4 is a schematic sectional structure view of the glue inlet end of the glue outlet pipe in fig. 2. As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the gluing device mainly includes a glue outlet pipe 1 and a caulking head 2.
Specifically, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 3, the glue outlet tube 1 comprises a glue outlet end 11 and a glue inlet end 12. Wherein, the glue outlet end 11 is used for discharging glue (i.e. a seam beautifying agent), and the glue inlet end 12 is used for supplementing glue.
In order to solve the problem of low efficiency caused by the fact that glue discharging and seam pressing need to be performed respectively in the prior art, in the embodiment of the invention, the seam pressing head 2 is arranged at the glue discharging end 11 and is used for pressing seams while discharging glue. Specifically, the caulking head 2 comprises a glue outlet 21, and the glue in the glue outlet pipe 1 flows out through the glue outlet 21 of the caulking head 2. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the caulking head 2 is detachably connected to the glue outlet end 11 of the glue outlet tube 1, for example, in one embodiment of the invention, the caulking head 2 can be connected between the glue outlet ends 11 of the glue outlet tubes 1 by a screw thread. Further, in some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the caulking head 2 is spherical (refer to the embodiment shown in fig. 9), and the caulking head 2 is made of a metal material so as to better perform the caulking effect. It should be noted that the shape of the stitching head 2 is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments of the present invention, the stitching head 2 may also have a shape shown in fig. 1 to 4 or other shapes that can facilitate stitching, which is not described herein again. Further, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 3, the glue outlet direction of the glue outlet 21 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the glue outlet pipe 1 (i.e. along the direction from the glue outlet end 11 to the glue inlet end 12), so as to further facilitate the glue applying device to perform caulking while glue is being discharged.
Further, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 3, the glue applying device further includes a first interface portion 3. The first connecting part 3 is arranged in the glue inlet end 12 and is convexly arranged at the glue inlet end 12 of the glue outlet pipe 1. Specifically, the first interface portion 3 at least includes a first insertion port 31 and a second insertion port 32 protruding from the glue inlet end 12. The first interface 31 and the second interface 32 are respectively used for introducing two different colloids into the rubber outlet pipe 1. It should be noted that, although two insertion ports, namely, the first insertion port 31 and the second insertion port 32, are taken as an example for illustration in fig. 1 to fig. 3, but not limited thereto, in other embodiments of the present invention, the first connector 3 may be provided with an insertion port through which three or more kinds of glue can flow into the glue outlet pipe 1, and details are not repeated herein.
Further, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 3, the glue outlet pipe 1 includes a hollow outer pipe 13 and a mixing core 14 disposed inside the outer pipe 13 for mixing different glues. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the mixing core 14 is a stirring screw which facilitates the better mixing of two different glue bodies flowing into the glue outlet pipe 1 to form a mixed glue body (i.e. the final glue outlet 21 for the glue beautifying seam). It should be noted that, in other embodiments of the present invention, the mixing core 14 is not limited to the structure shown in fig. 2 and 3, but may be other structures that are available to facilitate mixing of different colloids or liquids, and will not be described herein.
Further, in another embodiment of the present invention, the gluing device may further include a cover (not shown). The cover body is rotatably disposed at the glue outlet end 11 of the glue outlet tube 1 (for example, by means of screw connection or the like), and is sleeved outside the caulking head 2. The cover body is provided with an opening, the size of the opening is matched with that of the glue outlet 21, and then when the cover body rotates to the position of the opening and the position of the glue outlet 21 are overlapped (including complete overlapping or partial overlapping), glue in the glue outlet pipe 1 can flow out through the glue outlet 21 of the seam pressing head 2; when the cover body rotates to the position where the opening and the glue outlet 21 are not overlapped (that is, completely not overlapped), the cover body is sleeved outside the pressure joint head 2, so that the cover body can prevent the glue in the glue outlet pipe 1 from flowing out. In this embodiment, the cover body not only can play a role of temporarily covering in the working process, but also can increase the strength of the seam pressing head 2 by being sleeved outside the seam pressing head 2, so as to play a role of protecting the seam pressing head 2 and more effectively enable the seam pressing head 2 to play a role of pressing seams.
Furthermore, the invention also provides a rubber bottle matched with the rubber outlet pipe. Please refer to fig. 5-10 together. Fig. 5 is a front view of a glue bottle of the glue dispensing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 6 shows a top view of a glue bottle of the glue applicator of one embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 7 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along line B-B in fig. 6. Fig. 8 shows a schematic cross-sectional structure of the glue dispensing device according to an embodiment of the present invention after the glue dispensing tube is connected to the glue bottle. Fig. 9 and fig. 10 respectively show schematic cross-sectional structures of two different using states in a using process after a glue outlet pipe of the gluing device and a glue bottle are linked according to an embodiment of the invention. Specifically, the glue applying device provided by the embodiment of the invention further comprises a glue bottle. Wherein the glue bottle is detachably connected to the glue inlet end 12 of the glue outlet tube 1. As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the glue bottle mainly includes a first accommodating portion 51 and a second accommodating portion 52, wherein the first accommodating portion 51 and the second accommodating portion 52 can be two bottle bodies separated from each other.
The first accommodating portion 51 is used for accommodating a first colloid. When the glue bottle is connected to the glue inlet end 12 of the glue outlet tube 1, the first accommodating portion communicates with the first insertion port 31 of the first connecting portion 3. Similarly, the second containing portion 52 is used for containing a second colloid, wherein the first colloid and the second colloid may be two colloids with different components to form the seam beautifying agent. When the glue bottle is connected to the glue inlet end 12 of the glue outlet tube 1, the second receiving portion 52 communicates with the second socket 32 of the first connector portion 3. More specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the glue bottle further includes a second interface portion 53. The second interface portion 53 includes a first through hole 531 and a second through hole 532. The first through holes 531 communicate with the first accommodating portion 51, and the second through holes 532 communicate with the second accommodating portion 52, that is, the first colloid in the first accommodating portion 51 can flow out through the first through holes 531, and the second colloid in the second accommodating portion 52 can flow out through the second through holes 532. As shown in fig. 8, when the glue bottle is connected to the glue inlet end 12 of the glue outlet pipe 1, the first inserting port 31 and the second inserting port 32 are protruded from the glue inlet end 12 of the glue outlet pipe 1, so that the first inserting port 31 is inserted into the first through hole 531, the second inserting port 32 is inserted into the second through hole 532, and further, the first glue in the first accommodating portion 51 can flow into the glue outlet pipe 1 through the first inserting port 31, and the second glue in the second accommodating portion 52 can flow into the glue outlet pipe 1 through the second inserting port 32. It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 8, since the first inserting port 31 and the second inserting port 32 are separated from each other, the first inserting port 31 is inserted into the first through hole 531, and the second inserting port 32 is inserted into the second through hole 532, so that the problem of blocking caused by solidification of mixed colloid (joint sealing agent) due to mixing of the first colloid in the first accommodating portion 51 and the second colloid in the second accommodating portion 52 at the first interface portion 3 of the glue outlet pipe 1 or mixing of the first colloid and the second colloid at the second interface portion 53 can be avoided.
Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the shape and size of the first insertion port 31 correspond to those of the first through hole 531, and the first insertion port 31 may be inserted into the first through hole 531 in an interference fit manner; similarly, the second interface 32 corresponds to the second through hole 532 in shape and size, and the second interface 32 can be inserted into the second through hole 532 by interference fit. Wherein the first interface 31 is different from the second interface 32 in shape or size. For example, the cross section (the section perpendicular to the extending direction of the rubber outlet pipe 1) of the first insertion port 31 is rhombic, and the cross section (the section perpendicular to the extending direction of the rubber outlet pipe 1) of the second insertion port 32 is circular; or when the cross sections (the cross section perpendicular to the extending direction of the rubber outlet pipe 1) of the first insertion port 31 and the second insertion port 32 are both circular, the outer diameter of the first insertion port 31 is larger than that of the second insertion port 32. In these embodiments, correspondingly, the shape or size of the first through hole is different from that of the second through hole, by the above manner, the first socket 31 always corresponds to the first through hole 531, and the second socket 32 always corresponds to the second through hole 532, so that the first colloid in the first accommodating portion 51 is prevented from flowing to the first socket 31 from the second colloid in the second socket 32 or the second accommodating portion 52, and further, the first socket 31 or the second socket 32 is prevented from being blocked due to the early mixing of the first colloid and the second colloid.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the gluing device further includes a fastening mechanism. As shown in fig. 8, the fastening mechanism is disposed between the glue outlet pipe 1 and the glue bottle. The snap mechanism comprises a first protrusion 61 and a first catch 62. The first protrusion 61 is disposed on an outer wall of the glue inlet end 12 of the glue outlet pipe 1, and the first hook 62 is disposed on the second connecting portion 53 and extends toward the glue inlet end 12. When the glue bottle is connected with the glue inlet end 12 of the glue outlet pipe 1, the first clamping hook 62 is clamped with the first bulge 61 to realize the connection of the glue bottle and the glue outlet pipe 1.
Further, in the embodiment shown in fig. 9 and 10, the glue bottle further comprises a first push block 54 and a second push block 55. The first pushing block 54 is disposed in the first accommodating portion 51 and can move in the first accommodating portion 51 to push the first colloid in the first accommodating portion 51; the second pushing block 55 is disposed in the second accommodating portion 52 and can move in the second accommodating portion 52 to push the second colloid in the second accommodating portion 52. The first pushing block 54 and the second pushing block 55 may be connected to two pushing rods, respectively, and the pushing rods extend out of the first accommodating portion 51 and the second accommodating portion 52 to allow a user to drive the first pushing block 54 and the second pushing block 55.
Further, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the first pushing block 54 and the second pushing block 55 are both grid-shaped pushing blocks. The first push block 54 and the second push block 55 are surrounded by an elastic material. In the embodiment shown in fig. 9 and 10, the inner diameters of the first accommodating portion 51 and the second accommodating portion 52 are gradually increased in the first accommodating portion 51 and the second accommodating portion 52 in the direction approaching the second connecting portion 53. When the first pushing block 54 and the second pushing block 55 move to the positions shown in fig. 9, that is, the positions closest to the second interface portion 53, the elastic materials of the first pushing block 54 and the second pushing block 55 are in a relaxed state, and when the first pushing block 54 and the second pushing block 55 move to the positions shown in fig. 10, that is, the positions between the first accommodating portion 51 and the second accommodating portion 52, the elastic materials of the first pushing block 54 and the second pushing block 55 are in a compressed state. By the design, the elastic materials of the first pushing block 54 and the second pushing block 55 are in a compressed state in the gluing or glue filling process of the first pushing block 54 and the second pushing block 55 so as to play a role in sealing and leakage prevention, and meanwhile, after the gluing is finished, the elastic materials on the first pushing block 54 and the second pushing block 55 are in a relaxed state, so that the elastic materials on the first pushing block 54 and the second pushing block 55 cannot be subjected to long-time compression to cause elasticity loss so as to cause glue leakage in repeated use.
Furthermore, the invention also provides a sealing cover matched with the rubber bottle. Please refer to fig. 11 to 15. Fig. 11 is a schematic perspective view illustrating a sealing cover of a gluing device according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 12 shows a front view of a sealing cover of a gluing device according to an embodiment of the invention. Fig. 13 is a schematic cross-sectional view at C-C in fig. 12. Fig. 14 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken at D-D in fig. 12. Fig. 15 is a schematic cross-sectional view illustrating a sealing cover of a gluing device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the glue bottle further includes a sealing cover. The sealing cover is used for detachably covering the second connecting part 53 of the rubber bottle after the rubber outlet pipe 1 is detached from the rubber bottle, so as to seal the first accommodating part 51 and the second accommodating part 52. More specifically, the sealing cover mainly comprises: a main body 71, a first seal 72, and a second seal 73. The first seal portion 72 is provided to protrude from one surface (one surface shown in fig. 12) of the body portion 71, and the second seal portion 73 is provided to protrude from the surface of the body portion 71 on the same side as the first seal portion 72. As shown in fig. 15, when the sealing cover covers the second connecting portion 53 of the glue bottle, the first sealing portion 72 is inserted into the first through hole 531 to seal the first through hole 531; the second sealing portion 73 is inserted into the second through hole 532, and seals the second through hole 532. By sealing the first and second through holes 531 and 532 by the first and second sealing portions 72 and 73, respectively, the first and second accommodating portions 51 and 52 can be sealed when the first and second gels in the gel bottle are not used up, so that the first and second gels can be used again.
Further, the glue bottle also includes a snap mechanism similar to the snap mechanism between the glue outlet tube and the glue bottle described above. As shown in fig. 15, the snap mechanism is disposed between the sealing cover and the glue bottle. The latch mechanism includes a second protrusion 81 and a second hook 82 (the structure is the same as the first latch 62 shown in fig. 8). The second protrusion 81 is protruded from a surface (i.e., a surface on one side as shown in fig. 12) of the main body 71 on the same side as the first sealing portion 72 and the second sealing portion 73, and the second hook 82 is disposed on the second connecting portion 53 and extends toward the glue inlet end 12. When the sealing cover covers the second connecting portion 53, the second hook 82 is engaged with the second protrusion 81 to connect the sealing cover and the plastic bottle.
Further, as shown in fig. 11 to 14, the sealing cover further includes a first protrusion 74 protruding from the surface of the main body portion 71 on the same side as the first sealing portion 72 and the second sealing portion 73, and the first protrusion 74 can achieve the fool-proof function. Further, as shown in fig. 12 to 15, different from the embodiment shown in fig. 11, the sealing cover further includes a second convex pillar 75 (the same side surface as the first convex pillar 74 in fig. 12) protruding on the surface of the main body portion 71 on the same side as the first sealing portion 72 and the second sealing portion 73, in the embodiment shown in fig. 12 to 15, the first convex pillar 74 and the second convex pillar 75 are designed in different shapes, and corresponding concave pillars are also provided at corresponding positions of the top of the glue bottle, so that the fool-proof effect can be achieved together.
In summary, according to the glue applying device provided by the embodiment of the invention, after the glue outlet is formed in the seam pressing head, the seam pressing head can apply glue and press glue, so that the glue applying and seam pressing are synchronous, and the cost of a seam pressing tool and the construction time of glue applying and seam pressing are saved. In addition, because the first interface part of the glue inlet end of the glue outlet pipe is provided with the first inserting part and the second inserting part which are separated from each other, the first inserting part and the second inserting part can be inserted into the first through hole and the second through hole of the second interface part of the corresponding glue bottle, so that the problems of glue stringing and the like are reduced or avoided. The glue applying device has the advantages of firm connection between the glue outlet pipe and the glue bottle, simple structure, simple glue applying operation, good sealing performance of the glue bottle, safety, practicability and the like.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it is not intended to be limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention is subject to the scope defined by the claims.
