本发明为解决现有药物治疗阴血不足、血行不畅之顽固性失眠的副作用大的问题，发明一种利用中药治疗阴血不足、血行不畅之顽固性失眠的配制方法。本发明的技术方案是，一种治疗阴血不足、血行不畅之顽固性失眠的药物，包括：组分为：当归，柴胡，生地黄，川芎，赤芍，枳壳，桔梗，川牛膝，桃仁，红花，黄连，法半夏，甘草。组分重量比：当归12克，柴胡10克，生地黄10克，川芎10克，赤芍10克，枳壳10克，桔梗10克，川牛膝10克，桃仁10克，红花10克，黄连5克，法半夏30克，甘草6克。制作服用：水煎服，日服一剂，每日两次。7天为一疗程。
