Background
The electronic cigarette is mainly used for stopping smoking and replacing cigarettes, has similar appearance as cigarettes, can suck out cigarettes and taste and feel like cigarettes, and is gradually becoming a substitute product of the cigarettes because the electronic cigarette does not generate harmful components in the cigarettes.
The shape of the existing electronic cigarette generally imitates the shape of a paper cigarette and is made into a cylindrical suction nozzle; this conventional design, while conforming to the traditional awareness of people about cigarettes, is not optimal in terms of human comfort.
As disclosed in patent document CN 104939324A, an oil leakage-proof large-capacity disposable electronic cigarette cartridge comprises a circular tubular shell, an axial smoke tube arranged in the center of the interior of the shell, a cigarette holder cover covered on the top of the shell and provided with a vent hole, an oil separation rubber ring arranged at the middle upper part of the interior of the shell and sleeved on the smoke tube, and an atomizer assembly arranged at the lower end of the smoke tube; the oil-separating rubber ring separates the inner cavity of the shell into an upper annular cavity for placing filtering or perfuming materials and a lower tobacco-storing oil cup for storing tobacco tar.

Some existing electronic cigarette cartridges on the market are of the pre-oiling type, namely, after oiling, the cartridge oiling cover cannot be opened, the whole cartridge is discarded after use, and the discarding cost is high; some cigarettes are capable of being repeatedly refueled, but the structural design is complex, and the tightness is usually insufficient, so that oil can flow out from the refueled hole, and further, the cigarettes can be sucked by children, and potential safety hazards exist.
Accordingly, the prior art is still in need of improvement and development.

The invention solves the technical problems as follows: an electronic cigarette cartridge, comprising: the inside of the cigarette holder is provided with an axial smoke pipe which extends to the top opening of the cigarette holder to form an air suction hole; the side wall of the flue gas pipe is provided with at least one air inlet; the atomization bin is formed by matching an atomization bin upper cover and an oil bin base, and the atomization bin upper cover is sleeved with the flue gas pipe; the oil bin base is hollow and used for storing tobacco tar, and the bottom of the oil bin base is provided with at least one oil filling hole which is sealed by an oil filling cover; an air inlet hole is also formed in the oil bin base; a heating wire and oil guide cotton are arranged in the atomization bin, and the oil guide cotton passes through the heating wire; and the cartridge electrode column is fixed below the oil bin base.
The heating wire and the oil guiding cotton are positioned in the atomization bin, the smoke oil sucked in the oil guiding cotton is atomized through the heating wire, the atomized smoke oil enters the smoke pipe through the upper cover of the atomization bin to directly reach the air suction hole, the path is simple, and the smoke loss is reduced.
Further, the cigarette holder is a flat duckbill cigarette holder so as to improve the comfort level of a human body.
As a further improvement of the scheme, a silica gel pad is further arranged in the oil bin base corresponding to the oil filling hole, so that the tightness of the oil bin is improved, and when oil filling is finished, the silica gel pad is automatically sealed when the oil filling tank is pulled out, and smoke oil leakage is avoided.
Further, the oil bin base is in a convex shape, and the oil guiding cotton and the heating wire are positioned on the upper portion of the convex shape, so that most of the time is when the oil guiding cotton and the heating wire are positioned on the liquid surface of the tobacco tar, and particularly the heating wire, the atomization can be guaranteed to be full, and the utilization rate is improved.

Further, the USB connector, the pneumatic switch and the power electrode column are fixed on a PCBA assembly, the frame is sleeved on the periphery of the battery, and the frame is arranged in the power bottom cover.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. according to the invention, through optimizing the electronic cigarette bullet structure, the path from atomized tobacco tar to the suction nozzle is shortened, the tobacco tar loss is reduced, and the utilization rate is improved.
2. By improving the modeling of the cigarette holder, the comfort level of the human body is improved.
3. Through increasing the silica gel gasket, improve the leakproofness in oil storehouse, avoided children to pull out the filler cap in addition, the condition of tobacco tar can be inhaled to the possibility, effectively solved oil storehouse children lock problem.

Referring to fig. 1, an electronic cigarette includes an electronic cigarette cartridge 18 and a host 19, where the host 19 is sleeved with the electronic cigarette cartridge 18.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, wherein the electronic cigarette cartridge 18 comprises: the cigarette holder 1, the inside of the cigarette holder 1 is provided with an axial smoke pipe 21, and the smoke pipe 21 extends to the top opening of the cigarette holder 1 to form an air suction hole 20; the atomization bin is formed by matching an atomization bin upper cover 2 and an oil bin base 6, and the atomization bin upper cover 2 is sleeved on a flue gas pipe 21; the oil bin base 6 is hollow and is used for storing tobacco tar, the bottom of the oil bin base 6 is provided with an oil filling hole, and the oil bin base is sealed by an oil filling cover 7; the atomizing bin is internally provided with a heating wire 3 and oil guide cotton 23, and the oil guide cotton 23 passes through the spiral heating wire 3; the oil bin base 6 is also provided with an air inlet hole 22; and the cartridge electrode column 9 is fixed below the oil bin base 6.
The heating wire 3 and the oil guiding cotton 23 are positioned in the atomization bin, the tobacco tar sucked in the oil guiding cotton 23 is atomized through the heating wire 3, the atomized tobacco tar directly reaches the air suction hole 20 through the smoke pipe 21 through the upper cover 2 of the atomization bin, the path is simple, and the smoke loss is reduced.
The structure of the cartridge 18 of the present invention will be described in further detail below in connection with fig. 1 and 2.
The cigarette holder 1 is a flat duckbill-shaped cigarette holder so as to improve the comfort level of a human body.
The inside silica gel pad 5 that corresponds to oil filler point position of oil storehouse base 6 still is equipped with, fixes through pin 4 to improve the leakproofness in oil storehouse, like this at the oiling end, when extracting the oil filling tank, silica gel pad 5 self-sealing avoids the tobacco tar to spill. The following describes the structure of the host according to the present invention in detail with reference to fig. 2 and 4. The host 19 of an electronic cigarette of the present invention comprises: a shell 10, a microphone air cover 11, a power electrode column 12, a pneumatic switch 15, a battery 16 and a power bottom cover 17; the battery 16 is located in the power bottom cover 17, the pneumatic switch 15 and the power electrode column 12 are located at the upper part of the battery 16, the pneumatic switch and the power electrode column are sealed and fixed in the power bottom cover 17 by the microphone air sealing cover 11, the shell 10 is sleeved outside the power bottom cover 17, and the shell 10 is usually an aluminum alloy shell.
The host 19 further comprises a USB connector 14, the pneumatic switch 15 and the power electrode column 12 are fixed on a PCBA assembly 13, the battery 16 is sleeved with the frame, and the frame is arranged in the power bottom cover 17, so that the structure design is reasonable, and the space utilization is more sufficient.
According to the electronic cigarette, the cigarette bullet 18 and the main machine 19 are assembled to form an integrated electronic cigarette, the electronic cigarette can be plugged and unplugged, when the electronic cigarette is used, the cigarette bullet 18 is inserted into the main machine 19, so that the cigarette bullet electrode column 9 contacts with the power electrode column 12, then when a user needs to smoke, the user inhales the cigarette holder 1 by using the mouth, the pneumatic switch 15 is started, the heating wire 3 in the atomization bin is electrified to work, atomized tobacco tar enters from the air inlet hole 22, flows through the heating wire 3, and then the atomized tobacco tar flows out from the air suction hole 20 of the cigarette holder 1 through the smoke channel 21; when the air suction is finished, the pneumatic switch 15 stops outputting, namely the heating wire 3 stops working, and atomization is finished.
When oiling is needed, the cigarette bullet 18 is pulled out from the main machine 19, then the oiling cover 7 is pulled out to be oiled, and after oiling is finished, the silica gel pad 5 is automatically sealed under the action of hydraulic pressure, so that the leakage of the cigarette oil is avoided.
The electronic cigarette has reasonable structural design, smooth air flow and shorter path, and the cigarette holder 1 adopts a flat duckbill shape, so that the comfort level of the human body is greatly improved; the arrangement of the oil filling hole silica gel pad 5 improves the tightness of the oil bin, greatly improves the safety of products, and effectively solves the problem of child lock of the oil bin due to the fact that smoke oil can be sucked when a child pulls out the oil filling cover 7 by mistake. Meanwhile, the oil bin base 6 of the electronic cigarette cartridge 18 is optimized in structure, the positions of the heating wire 3 and the oil guide cotton 23 are reasonably distributed, and atomization is complete.
