本发明公开了一种环保晒谷器,其特征是:用铁板加工成扁形的长方体盒子,再安上两个支脚;扁形的长方体盒子上部敞开口,稻谷可以从上面倒入;底板加工有通气小孔;底板的边上加工有一个推拉活动出口,便于需要的时候稻谷流出来了;扁形的长方体盒子面积大的两面都用机床冲出若干个向内翻的出气横排;扁形的长方体盒子面积大的一面的顶部的右边加工有一个活动拉环,其左面加工有一个活动挂钩,便于几个环保晒谷器联接起来,稳定不倒地使用。本发明整体喷上黑色环保涂层,吸热效率高。本发明的有益效果是,造价低廉,使用简单,利用太阳能,环保晒谷。

背景技术
传统的稻谷干燥是利用晒谷场翻晒,因占地面积大,导致许多农民侵占公路晒谷。近年来也出现了一些稻谷烘干机,但是使用复杂,需要消耗电或消耗油,不适合普通农民使用。

为了克服上述不足, 本发明提供了一种环保晒谷器。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种环保晒谷器,其特征是:用铁板加工成扁形的长方体盒子,再安上两个支脚;扁形的长方体盒子上部敞开口,稻谷可以从上面倒入;底板加工有通气小孔;底板的边上加工有一个推拉活动出口,便于需要的时候稻谷流出来了;扁形的长方体盒子面积大的两面都用机床冲出若干个向内翻的出气横排;扁形的长方体盒子面积大的一面的顶部的右边加工有一个活动拉环,其左面加工有一个活动挂钩,便于几个环保晒谷器联接起来,稳定不倒地使用。本发明整体喷上黑色环保涂层,吸热效率高。

进一步地,图2中,向内翻的出气横排2既能透气,又阻止稻谷出来。底板的通气小孔4便于通气。
进一步地,图3中,3个本发明的上部通过各自的拉环和挂钩联接起来,支脚用绳子或铁丝8彼此联接起来,最终形成稳定不倒的铁三角。
