Abstract
本发明提供一种缓释型杀虫组合物,其特征在于,包括以下按重量份数配比的主要组分:拟除虫菊酯25‑35份、纳米SAPO‑31分子筛15‑25份、紫花苜蓿抗菌肽10‑16份、葡萄糖酸聚六亚甲基胍3‑7份、羧基甜菜碱6‑13份、食用酒精40‑65份。本发明可实现拟除虫菊酯在常温条件下的平稳释放,结合植物成分,安全性进一步提高,用于空间驱杀害虫,特别是飞行性害虫的防治,有很好的杀虫效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种缓释型杀虫组合物,可实现拟除虫菊酯在常温条件下的平稳释放,用于空间驱杀害虫,特别是飞行性害虫的防治。
背景技术
家用卫生杀虫剂具有悠久的历史,中国在数千年前即有了用各种天然植物、矿物烟熏火燎驱杀蚊虫的记载。经过数千年的演变,现在被广泛用于防治蚊虫方面的主要有蚊香、电驱蚊香、液体蚊香、气雾剂、喷雾剂等。这些杀虫剂的用药结构也几经变迁,随着拟除虫菊酯类药的开发成功及广泛应用,这一类高效、低毒、安全的卫生用药渐代替了对人畜与环境有严重危害的巴沙等药。然而,目前使用的杀虫剂存在毒性大、有异味、对环境有污染、防杀面积小、时效短、毒性残留量大等缺点。 随着人们对环境保护和自身健康的日益关注,全球杀虫剂生产正开始从数量型向质量与安全型转变,大力开发高效、低毒、安全的新型杀虫剂已成为世界杀虫剂工业的发展方向。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种缓释型杀虫组合物,本发明可实现拟除虫菊酯在常温条件下的平稳释放,结合植物成分,安全性进一步提高,用于空间驱杀害虫,特别是飞行性害虫的防治,有很好的杀虫效果。
本发明提供的技术方案为:一种缓释型杀虫组合物,其特征在于,包括以下按重量份数配比的主要组分:拟除虫菊酯25-35份、纳米SAPO-31分子筛15-25份、紫花苜蓿抗菌肽10-16份、葡萄糖酸聚六亚甲基胍3-7份、羧基甜菜碱6-13份、食用酒精40-65份。
进一步的,所述拟除虫菊酯所占重量份数为 28-33份。
进一步的,所述纳米SAPO-31分子筛所占重量份数为 18-23份。
进一步的,所述紫花苜蓿抗菌肽所占重量份数为12-14份。
进一步的,所述葡萄糖酸聚六亚甲基胍所占重量份数为5-6份。
进一步的,所述羧基甜菜碱所占重量份数为8-11份。
一种缓释型杀虫组合物的制备方法,包括以下具体步骤:
S1. 本发明各组分的配比将拟除虫菊酯、纳米SAPO-31分子筛、紫花苜蓿抗菌肽、葡萄糖酸聚六亚甲基胍混入羧基甜菜碱和食用酒精中,在0-40℃下混合搅拌均匀得到混合液 ;
S2. 将该混合液置于高压釜中,向高压釜中加入通过高压隔膜泵升压后的氮气,升温并搅拌形成悬浮液 ;
S3. 将该悬浮液通过同轴相对放置的至少一对喷嘴喷射撞击,析出的包覆微胶囊粒子和氮气通过气固分离器分离即得缓释型杀虫组合物。
本发明中,以拟除虫菊酯提取物、葡萄糖酸聚六亚甲基胍、紫花苜蓿抗菌肽作为除虫组合物的主要成分,安全无毒,不会引起人体的任何不适,更加不会影响人体健康。本发明中的拟除虫菊酯提取物和紫花苜蓿抗菌肽相互作用,能够作用于害虫皮肤表面,直接而迅速破坏依赖于膜结构完整性的能量代谢和细胞及细胞器赖以生存的对物质的选择性透性,使营养物质以及代谢产物无法正常穿过细胞膜,使其失去营养而致其生长衰亡。纳米SAPO-31分子筛和葡萄糖酸聚六亚甲基胍间相互作用,使得葡萄糖酸聚六亚甲基胍达到缓释的效果,并通过破坏其细胞膜,使小分子的成分进入到细胞膜中与细胞内的极性物质结合,使蛋白质无法合成,抑制害虫体内酶或功能性蛋白的活性,杀灭害虫。
本发明中的羧基甜菜碱和食用酒精,利用羧基甜菜碱的强粘合性,助溶解性和缓释作用,使杀虫的有效成分与羧基甜菜碱形成高度互溶的缓释体系,高分子缓释体系相当于形成了挥发阻滞剂,降低其挥发效果,达到缓释的目的,且上述物质生物相溶性好,毒性较低,安全性高。
优选的,本发明的除虫组合物对于飞翔性害虫是家蝇、丝光绿蝇、淡色库蚊,三带喙库蚊,致倦库蚊、白纹伊蚊、埃及伊蚊或中华按蚊的杀灭效果更优。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点及有益效果 :
本发明提供的缓释型杀虫组合物制备简单,通过采用特定比例的成分配比,合成得到的缓释型杀虫组合物流动性好,可用于喷雾形式的组合液,使用方便,除虫效果好,且释放持久,稳定性较好,并且,本发明提供的缓释型杀虫组合物中主要成分为植物源成分,对人体无刺激,安全性强。
具体实施方式
为使本领域技术人员详细了解本发明的生产工艺和技术效果,下面以具体的生产实例来进一步介绍本发明的应用和技术效果。
实施例1-5操作步骤 :按照各组分重量份数配比,按以下步骤制备缓释型杀虫组合物:S1. 本发明各组分的配比将拟除虫菊酯、纳米SAPO-31分子筛、紫花苜蓿抗菌肽、葡萄糖酸聚六亚甲基胍混入羧基甜菜碱和食用酒精中,在0-40℃下混合搅拌均匀得到混合液 ;
S2. 将该混合液置于高压釜中,向高压釜中加入通过高压隔膜泵升压后的氮气,升温并搅拌形成悬浮液 ;
S3. 将该悬浮液通过同轴相对放置的至少一对喷嘴喷射撞击,析出的包覆微胶囊粒子和氮气通过气固分离器分离即得缓释型杀虫组合物。
实施例 1-5 和对比例1-2各原料组分配比如表1所示。

产品性能测试
将按实施例1-5和对比例1-2组分配比制得的杀虫组合物喷雾,将 30 只活家蝇、20 只活按蚊分别放入各密闭的试验箱内,使用喷雾器以喷雾方法分别向箱壁上喷入,喷药量为6ml。 开始计时并定时观察记录 24 小时后的击倒只数,清除箱内的蚊蝇,试验箱放置 72小时后再分别放入相同数目的蚊蝇,开始计时并定时观察记录 24 小时后的击倒只数。结果如表2所示。

1.一种缓释型杀虫组合物,其特征在于,包括以下按重量份数配比的主要组分:拟除虫菊酯25-35份、纳米SAPO-31分子筛15-25份、紫花苜蓿抗菌肽10-16份、葡萄糖酸聚六亚甲基胍3-7份、羧基甜菜碱6-13份、食用酒精40-65份。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的缓释型杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述拟除虫菊酯所占重量份数为 28-33份。
3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的缓释型杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述纳米SAPO-31分子筛所占重量份数为 18-23份。
4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的缓释型杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述紫花苜蓿抗菌肽所占重量份数为12-14份。
5. 根据权利要求 1 所述的缓释型杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述葡萄糖酸聚六亚甲基胍所占重量份数为5-6份。
6. 根据权利要求 1 所述的缓释型杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述羧基甜菜碱所占重量份数为8-11份。
