The housing 21 is provided with a manual switch 20, and a protection signal is sent out by pressing the manual switch under the condition that the steel wire rope is not pulled.
The working principle is as follows: when the pull ring is used, the pull ring 1 on one side is pulled through the steel wire rope, and the corresponding rotating piece 6 can rotate along with the pull ring under the driving of the pull rod 2. When pulled to a certain position, the hooks in front of the rotary piece 6 will cross together and hold the supporting column on the middle slide block 9. When the steel wire rope continues to be pulled, the middle sliding block 9 can move towards one side pulled by the steel wire rope under the driving of the rotating piece 6, and meanwhile, the sliding block 9 can be separated from the rotating piece 6 on the other side and is not influenced by the pulling mechanism on the other side any more. When the belt conveyor comprehensive protection system reaches a specified position, the sliding block 9 triggers the micro switch 12 to be closed to send a protection signal to the belt conveyor comprehensive protection system, meanwhile, the reset rod 14 moves downwards under the action of the spring, and the sliding block 9 is locked by the thin shaft at the front end of the reset rod 14.
When the problem of the device is solved, the reset rod 14 is lifted upwards, and the slide block 9 is unlocked and is restored to the original position simultaneously with the microswitch 12. If the locking function is to be cancelled, the reset rod 14 is lifted upwards to the top end, then the locking bolt 22 on the reset rod guide sleeve 18 is screwed, the reset rod 14 is locked, the lower slide block 9 mechanism can realize the action during pulling, and the automatic reset can be realized when the pulling is stopped, and the structure greatly expands the application range of the wired control mechanism.
The wire drawing rods 2 on the two sides prop against the sliding block 9 under the action of the spring 4, so that the sliding block cannot move left and right. The fixed plate 10 is provided with two rotating shafts 11, the upper part of each rotating shaft 11 is provided with a step, and a shaft sleeve is sleeved below the step to ensure that the sliding block 9 cannot move up and down and incline to the side after being assembled with the step.

When the steel wire rope on one side is pulled, the rotating piece 6 on the side moves along with the steel wire rope and drives the sliding block 9 to move towards the same direction, and the rotating piece 6 on the other side keeps static and is completely separated from the sliding block 9, so that mutual interference of left and right pulling mechanisms is avoided.
