本发明涉及电缆材料领域,具体是一种耐火电缆用云母绕包复合带,包括云母带,所述的云母带的上下面均贴有聚酯薄膜,所述的云母带上层的聚酯薄膜上贴有陶瓷化硅橡胶层,所述的所述的云母带下层的聚酯薄膜上贴有软金属薄片,所述的软金属薄片与陶瓷化硅橡胶层上均粘合有阻燃玻璃纤维带,相对于普通耐火云母,本发明利用双层的阻燃玻璃纤维带阻燃效果更好;并且在对着护套面加设软金属薄片,耐火心梗大大提高,在对着电缆芯面加设陶瓷化硅橡胶层,减少对电缆芯的损害。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆材料领域,具体是一种耐火电缆用云母绕包复合带。
背景技术
在电缆使用中,为了防止发生火灾,会在电缆的内部绕包一层云母作为耐火层,虽然云母的耐火性能较好,但是过薄绝缘性能不强且容易对电缆芯造成损害,因此需要对云母进行设置。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出一种耐火电缆用云母绕包复合带。
一种耐火电缆用云母绕包复合带,包括云母带,所述的云母带的上下面均贴有聚酯薄膜,所述的云母带上层的聚酯薄膜上贴有陶瓷化硅橡胶层,所述的所述的云母带下层的聚酯薄膜上贴有软金属薄片,所述的软金属薄片与陶瓷化硅橡胶层上均粘合有阻燃玻璃纤维带。
所述的云母带上的聚酯薄膜、陶瓷化硅橡胶层、软金属薄片、阻燃玻璃纤维带均为热压成型。
所述的云母带上的聚酯薄膜、陶瓷化硅橡胶层、软金属薄片、阻燃玻璃纤维带均为专用胶水粘合,所述的胶水可为树脂粘胶。
所述的软金属薄片对着电缆护套,所述的陶瓷化硅橡胶层对着电缆芯。
本发明的有益效果是:相对于普通耐火云母,本发明利用双层的阻燃玻璃纤维带阻燃效果更好;并且在对着护套面加设软金属薄片,耐火心梗大大提高,在对着电缆芯面加设陶瓷化硅橡胶层,减少对电缆芯的损害。

如图1所示,一种耐火电缆用云母绕包复合带,包括云母带3,所述的云母带3的上下面均贴有聚酯薄膜5,所述的云母带3上层的聚酯薄膜5上贴有陶瓷化硅橡胶层4,所述的所述的云母带3下层的聚酯薄膜5上贴有软金属薄片2,所述的软金属薄片2与陶瓷化硅橡胶层4上均粘合有阻燃玻璃纤维带1。
所述的云母带3上的聚酯薄膜5、陶瓷化硅橡胶层4、软金属薄片2、阻燃玻璃纤维带1均为热压成型。
所述的云母带3上的聚酯薄膜5、陶瓷化硅橡胶层4、软金属薄片2、阻燃玻璃纤维带1均为专用胶水粘合,所述的胶水可为树脂粘胶。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐火电缆用云母绕包复合带,其特征在于:所述的云母带(3)上的聚酯薄膜(5)、陶瓷化硅橡胶层(4)、软金属薄片(2)、阻燃玻璃纤维带(1)均为热压成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐火电缆用云母绕包复合带,其特征在于:所述的云母带(3)上的聚酯薄膜(5)、陶瓷化硅橡胶层(4)、软金属薄片(2)、阻燃玻璃纤维带(1)均为专用胶水粘合,所述的胶水可为树脂粘胶。
