技术领域
本发明涉及电力电缆领域,特别是涉及一种防腐阻水架空绝缘电线。
背景技术
架空绝缘电缆的跨度的选择直接影响到送电线路的工程造价和运行安全,工程造价和运行安全目前处于相互制约的问题,架空绝缘电缆电缆虽已广泛应用,但跨度距离短、安全性不高、工程造价等问题近期才日益突出,并引起电力部门高度重视。
国内已经有架空绝缘电缆国家标准,该标准中只是规定了纯铝芯架空绝缘电缆的结构形式和技术要求,纯铝芯架空绝缘电缆远远满足不了大跨越、柔韧性、抗腐蚀的敷设要求,遇到江河阻隔或不易短距离设置跨越点、弯曲半径小、环境恶劣的情况时,该电缆敷设还有外设钢绞线以支撑起电缆的强度要求,采用该形式,工程造价将会明显提高,并且线夹和架空绝缘电缆会有一定摩擦,直接影响到电缆的使用寿命和线路的安全运行。采用高柔韧抗拉抗腐蚀铝合金架空绝缘电缆必然会成为其替代产品,高柔韧抗拉抗腐蚀铝合金架空绝缘电缆在常规工程中也可以加大跨越点,降低工程造价。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种防腐阻水架空绝缘电线。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种防腐阻水架空绝缘电线,包括铝导体,所述铝导体由多根外表面涂一层油的铝丝绞合而成,铝导体外包覆双面阻水带,双面阻水带外挤包绝缘层,在绝缘层外套设四氟树脂稳绳滑套。
进一步改进,所述的绝缘层为XLPE绝缘层。
进一步改进,所述的绝缘层上的任何一点的最薄点厚度不小于1.6mm。
与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:
1、具有极高的耐冲击性:四氟树脂滑套会在冲击下变形,吸收颗粒的动能,然后以反弹的形式将大部分能量回传颗粒,降低冲击力,极大的提高了使用寿命; 2、具有耐磨性能优良:四氟树脂滑套可根据耐磨的需要进行选择,适用于磨耗大的环境;3、防腐性能好:四氟树脂滑套可根据防腐的需要进行配方,适用于腐蚀性高的环境,四氟树脂衬里可耐受各种酸、碱、盐、有机物、海水及污水等的腐蚀,可在复杂苛刻的化学腐蚀环境中使用; 4.温度适应范围广:四氟树脂可以在-40度——+140度。
