Optionally, before the second determining unit 407 determines whether the downloading time required for downloading the target application is less than the preset time, the second determining unit 407 may further determine whether the network environment is a WiFi network environment; if yes, the second determining unit 407 is triggered to determine whether the downloading time required for downloading the target application is less than the preset time.
Through the embodiment of the invention, the user equipment can download the target application program when the network environment is the WiFi network environment, and because the downloading of the application program in the WiFi network environment is generally free, the use of user flow can be reduced.
The prohibiting unit 405 is further configured to prohibit downloading the target application program when the second determining unit 407 determines that the downloading time required for downloading the target application program is not less than the preset time.
As an optional implementation manner, after a preset time, the obtaining unit 403 obtains and checks whether the application downloading speed of the network environment where the user equipment is located is increased; if the download time is increased, the trigger calculation unit 406 recalculates the download time required for downloading the target application program according to the increased application download speed and the occupied memory of the target application program; and triggers the second determining unit 407 to determine whether the downloading time required for downloading the target application is less than the preset time, and if so, triggers the downloading unit 409 to download the target application.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the user equipment may further include:
a second determining unit 408, configured to determine, according to the tag of the target application program, a display position of an application icon of the target application program on a display interface of the user equipment when the second determining unit 407 determines that the download time required for downloading the target application program is less than the preset time.
A downloading unit 409, configured to download the target application, install the target application, and trigger the start display unit 410.
The display unit 410 is configured to display an application icon of the target application according to the display position determined by the second determination unit 408 after the target application is installed in the download unit 409.
It can be seen that, with the user equipment described in fig. 5, when the management and control level of the target application program is determined to be the target management and control level, the target application program is prohibited from being downloaded, so that effective management and control on the application program to be downloaded are achieved; furthermore, slow running of other programs on the user equipment caused by long-time downloading of the target application program can be avoided; furthermore, the downloaded application programs can be classified and displayed, the user does not need to set the classification of the application programs in person, and the user experience is improved.

the method comprises the steps that user equipment detects a downloading instruction triggered by a user aiming at a target application program;
the user equipment determines a label of the target application program according to the downloading instruction, wherein the label of the target application program is used for determining the category of the target application program;
the user equipment acquires the control level of the target application program according to the category of the target application program;
the user equipment judges whether the control level of the target application program is a target control level, and if so, the target application program is prohibited from being downloaded;
the step of determining the label of the target application program by the user equipment according to the downloading instruction comprises the following steps:
the user equipment acquires the identity of the target application program carried by the downloading instruction, and acquires the text description information of the target application program according to the identity;
the user equipment filters the text description information to obtain a keyword with the highest occurrence frequency in the text description information;
the user equipment determines a label of the target application program according to the keyword with the highest occurrence frequency;
the user equipment receives a recommendation request sent by third-party equipment, wherein the recommendation request comprises an application program to be recommended and an equipment identifier of the third-party equipment;
the user equipment judges whether the equipment identification of the third-party equipment is matched with a legal equipment identification prestored in the user equipment, and if the equipment identification of the third-party equipment is matched with the legal equipment identification prestored in the user equipment, the label of the application program to be recommended is determined according to the application program to be recommended;
the user equipment acquires the control level of the application program to be recommended according to the label of the application program to be recommended;
and the user equipment judges whether the control level of the application program to be recommended is the target control level, and if so, the user equipment prohibits downloading the application program to be recommended.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the control level of the target application program is not the target control level, the user equipment acquires the occupied memory of the target application program and the application downloading speed of the network environment where the user equipment is located;
the user equipment calculates the downloading time required for downloading the target application program according to the occupied memory of the target application program and the application downloading speed;
and the user equipment judges whether the downloading time required for downloading the target application program is less than preset time, and if the downloading time required for downloading the target application program is not less than the preset time, the target application program is forbidden to be downloaded.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
if the downloading time required for downloading the target application program is less than the preset time, the user equipment determines the display position of the application icon of the target application program on the display interface of the user equipment according to the label of the target application program;
the user equipment downloads the target application program and installs the target application program;
and if the target application program is installed, the user equipment displays an application icon of the target application program at the display position.
4. A user device, comprising:
the detection unit is used for detecting a downloading instruction triggered by a user aiming at a target application program;
a first determining unit, configured to determine, according to the download instruction, a tag of the target application program, where the tag of the target application program is used to determine a category to which the target application program belongs;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the management and control level of the target application program according to the category of the target application program;
the first judgment unit is used for judging whether the management and control level of the target application program is a target management and control level;
a prohibiting unit, configured to prohibit downloading of the target application program when the first determining unit determines that the control level of the target application program is the target control level;
the first determination unit includes:
the obtaining subunit is configured to obtain an identity of the target application program carried by the download instruction, and obtain text description information of the target application program according to the identity;
the filtering subunit is configured to filter the text description information to obtain a keyword with a highest occurrence frequency in the text description information;
the determining subunit is used for determining the label of the target application program according to the keyword with the highest occurrence frequency;

the third judging unit is further configured to judge whether the management and control level of the application program to be recommended is the target management and control level;
the prohibiting unit is further configured to prohibit downloading of the application program to be recommended when the third determining unit determines that the control level of the application program to be recommended is the target control level.

The UE of claim 4, wherein the obtaining unit is further configured to obtain an occupied memory of the target application and an application download speed of a network environment where the UE is located when the first determining unit determines that the management and control level of the target application is not the target management and control level;
the user equipment further comprises:
the computing unit is used for computing the downloading time required for downloading the target application program according to the occupied memory of the target application program and the application downloading speed;
the second judgment unit is used for judging whether the downloading time required for downloading the target application program is less than the preset time or not;
the prohibiting unit is further configured to prohibit downloading of the target application program when the second determining unit determines that the downloading time required for downloading the target application program is not less than the preset time.
6. The UE of claim 5, further comprising:
a second determining unit, configured to determine, when the second determining unit determines that the download time required for downloading the target application is less than the preset time, a display position of an application icon of the target application on the display interface of the user equipment according to the tag of the target application;
the downloading unit is used for downloading the target application program and installing the target application program;
and the display unit is used for displaying the application icon of the target application program at the display position after the target application program is installed.
7. A user device, comprising:
a memory storing executable program code;
a processor coupled with the memory;
the processor calls the executable program codes stored in the memory to execute the management and control method of the application program according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
8. A computer-readable storage medium characterized by storing a computer program that causes a computer to execute the method of managing and controlling an application program according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
