本发明涉及电子信息技术领域,尤其是一种基于物联网技术的易维护LED灯具,包括灯板架和灯板,所述灯板安装于灯板架内,所述灯板架的前后两端均设有矩形开口,所述灯板架的前端矩形开口处安装有透明遮罩板,所述灯板架的后端矩形开口处设有翻折承载架,所述翻折承载架的上端与灯板架之间采用铰链连接,所述翻折承载架的中部与灯板架之间采用分段式弯折连杆连接,翻折承载架上还安装有透明盖板。本发明结构设计合理,在使用时,一方面采用灯板架,极大的提高散热性能,另一方面采用翻折承载架、分段式弯折连杆的连接方式,极大的方便了在维护时的拆卸和安装。

本发明涉及电子信息技术领域,尤其是一种基于物联网技术的易维护LED灯具。
背景技术
物联网LED灯具作为一种新型的使用方式,一般安装在室外,在使用时,会产生一定的热量,并且现有的LED灯具采用整体式框架,需要维护时,只能拆卸掉面板,容易造成面板的损伤,影响使用效果。因此,设计一种结构简单、维护方便的物联网LED灯具是本领域技术人员所研究的方向之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述技术缺点提供一种基于物联网技术的易维护LED灯具。
本发明解决技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种基于物联网技术的易维护LED灯具,包括灯板架和灯板,所述灯板安装于灯板架内,所述灯板架的前后两端均设有矩形开口,所述灯板架的前端矩形开口处安装有透明遮罩板,所述灯板架的后端矩形开口处设有翻折承载架,所述翻折承载架的上端与灯板架之间采用铰链连接,所述翻折承载架的中部与灯板架之间采用分段式弯折连杆连接,翻折承载架上还安装有透明盖板。
进一步地,所述灯板架的后端矩形开口下侧还安装有第一磁铁,所述翻折承载架的下端安装有磁铁框架,所述磁铁框架上设有磁铁腔,所述磁铁腔内安装有第一磁铁相对应的第二磁铁,所述第二磁铁的周围设有多个凸起。
进一步地,所述灯板架的上端和下端均设有空心腔。
本发明所具有的有益效果是:在使用时,一方面采用灯板架,极大的提高散热性能,另一方面采用翻折承载架、分段式弯折连杆的连接方式,极大的方便了在维护时的拆卸和安装。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1、附图2对本发明做以下详细说明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明包括灯板架1和灯板2,所述灯板2安装于灯板架1内,所述灯板架1的前后两端均设有矩形开口3,所述灯板架1的前端矩形开口3处安装有透明遮罩板4,所述灯板架1的后端矩形开口3处设有翻折承载架5,所述翻折承载架5的上端与灯板架1之间采用铰链连接,所述翻折承载架5的中部与灯板架1之间采用分段式弯折连杆7连接,翻折承载架5上还安装有透明盖板6。
本发明采用灯板架1,可以实现LED灯具的自散热,同时分段式弯折连杆7来将翻折承载架5翻起或盖上,在安装、拆卸灯板2或内部维护时,无需拆卸透明遮罩板4,避免对透明遮罩板4造成损坏。
为了便于固定,所述灯板架1的后端矩形开口3下侧还安装有第一磁铁8,所述翻折承载架5的下端安装有磁铁框架9,所述磁铁框架9上设有磁铁腔10,所述磁铁腔10内安装有第一磁铁8相对应的第二磁铁12,所述第二磁铁12的周围设有多个凸起11。在使用时,当翻折承载架5与灯板架1折叠时,第一磁铁8和第二磁铁12相吸合即可,当需要维护或拆卸灯板2时,将分段式弯折连杆7撑起,翻折承载架5即可在灯板架1上翻起,该结构简单、使用非常方便。
所述灯板架1的上端和下端均设有空心腔,可以更进一步的提高散热性能。
本发明在使用时,一方面采用灯板架,极大的提高散热性能,可实现自动散热功能,另一方面采用翻折承载架、分段式弯折连杆的连接方式,极大的方便了在维护时的拆卸和安装。

1.一种基于物联网技术的易维护LED灯具,包括灯板架和灯板,其特征在于:所述灯板安装于灯板架内,所述灯板架的前后两端均设有矩形开口,所述灯板架的前端矩形开口处安装有透明遮罩板,所述灯板架的后端矩形开口处设有翻折承载架,所述翻折承载架的上端与灯板架之间采用铰链连接,所述翻折承载架的中部与灯板架之间采用分段式弯折连杆连接,所述翻折承载架上还安装有透明盖板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于物联网技术的易维护LED灯具,其特征在于:铝框架的后端方形开口下侧还安装有第一磁铁,所述翻盖框架的下端安装有磁铁框架,所述磁铁框架上设有磁铁腔,所述磁铁腔内安装有第一磁铁相对应的第二磁铁,所述第二磁铁的周围设有多个凸起,所述灯板架的上端和下端均设有空心腔。
