Abstract
The invention discloses a negative pressure valve, which comprises a valve body axially provided with a water inlet end, a valve cavity and a water outlet end, wherein a valve core is arranged in the valve cavity, a piston rod is movably arranged in the valve core, an opening communicated with the water outlet end is axially arranged on the valve core, the piston rod is a hollow pipe, one end of the piston rod is provided with a water inlet communicated with the water inlet end, the other end of the piston rod is provided with a water outlet, and the piston rod is axially elastically arranged in the valve core in a sliding manner. The invention also discloses a water dispenser comprising the negative pressure valve. When the negative pressure valve generates negative pressure at the water outlet end, the piston rod of the negative pressure valve is movably opened, so that water supply of the water dispenser is realized, the opening amplitude of the piston rod is determined by the negative pressure, the use of adjustable water outlet flow is satisfied, when the negative pressure disappears, the water outlet end of the negative pressure valve returns to normal pressure, the piston rod is movably closed, the water supply to the water dispenser is stopped, and the function of interception is realized.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of water dispensers, in particular to a negative pressure valve used on a water dispenser and the water dispenser with the negative pressure valve.
Background
The water dispenser generally comprises a water tank and a water-free tank, and a water source with the water tank is generally pressureless, so that water needs to be supplied through a booster pump, the service life of the booster pump is short, and the water dispenser is difficult to be used in commercial occasions; the water source without a water tank usually has pressure, and can be supplied by a common water pump, but because the flow needs to be regulated, an additional flow regulating valve and a one-way valve are needed to be arranged, the structure is complex, and the cost is high.
The water dispenser with the two forms cannot be used in common water supply parts, so that enterprises have high development difficulty and high development cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a negative pressure valve and a water dispenser with the negative pressure valve, which can be generally used for water dispensers with water tanks and without water tanks, have long service life, are suitable for domestic and commercial occasions, and reduce the development cost of enterprises.

The water outlet is formed in the side wall of the piston rod, and water sealing glue for sealing the water outlet is arranged at the position, corresponding to the position of the water outlet when the piston rod resets, of the inner wall of the valve core.
And the two ends of the water sealing glue are provided with first guide sealing rings which are abutted against the piston rods.

The negative pressure valve is matched with a common pump (a water pump or an air pump) to form a standard water supply part, can be suitable for a water tank and a water tank-free box-type water dispenser, can adjust the negative pressure by adjusting the pulse of the pump so as to adjust the water outlet flow, does not need to additionally set a flow adjusting valve or set a one-way valve, has long service life, is suitable for household and commercial occasions, has low manufacturing cost, and reduces the development difficulty and development cost of enterprises.

The invention is further described below with reference to the drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 2-3, the negative pressure valve comprises a valve body axially provided with a water inlet end 10, a valve cavity 11 and a water outlet end 12, and is characterized in that a valve core 2 is arranged in the valve cavity 11, a piston rod 3 is movably arranged in the valve core 2, an opening 21 communicated with the water outlet end 12 is axially arranged on the valve core 2, the piston rod 3 is a hollow pipe, one end of the piston rod 3 is provided with a water inlet 31 communicated with the water inlet end 10, the other end of the piston rod is provided with a water outlet 32, and the piston rod 3 is axially elastically slidably arranged in the valve core 2; as shown in the water supply state of the negative pressure valve in fig. 3, when the water outlet end 12 generates negative pressure, the piston rod 3 slides axially towards the water outlet end 12, the water outlet 32 is communicated with the opening 21, and the opening amplitude of the piston rod 3 can be controlled by adjusting the magnitude of the negative pressure, so that the opening amplitude of the water outlet 32 and the opening 21 is adjusted, and finally, the function of adjusting the magnitude of the water outlet flow is realized; as shown in the reset state of the negative pressure valve in fig. 2, when the water outlet end 12 returns to normal pressure, the piston rod 3 elastically resets and slides axially to the water inlet end 10, and the water outlet 32 is disconnected from the opening 21.
The water outlet 32 is formed in the side wall of the piston rod 3, and the water sealing glue 22 for sealing the water outlet 32 is arranged on the inner wall of the valve core 2 corresponding to the position of the water outlet 32 when the piston rod 3 is reset. When the negative pressure valve is in a reset state, the water sealing glue 22 seals the water outlet 32, so that the water supply of the negative pressure valve is closed.
The two ends of the water sealing glue 22 are provided with first guiding sealing rings 23 which are abutted against the piston rod 3. The first guiding sealing ring 23 plays a role in sealing the piston rod 3, further prevents leakage, guides the movement of the piston rod 3, prevents the piston rod 3 from swinging during movement, reduces resistance, and prevents influence on the regulation of the water outlet flow.
The opening 21 is loudspeaker form, and the opening diameter that the opening 21 is close to water outlet 12 one end is greater than the opening diameter that the opening 21 kept away from water outlet 12 one end, and the opening 21 is loudspeaker form and can produce bigger torsion when piston rod 3 opens, promotes the opening of piston rod 3 more easily to loudspeaker form opening 21 is more favorable to the regulation to the water flow.
The valve core 2 is provided with a valve core stepped part 24, the rod body of the piston rod 3 is provided with a piston rod stepped part 33, and a return spring 41 is arranged between the valve core stepped part 24 and the piston rod stepped part 33. The return spring 41 effects a return of the piston rod 3.
A reset valve plate 42 is also connected between the piston rod step part 33 and the valve body in a sealing way, a reset cavity 43 communicated with the outside atmosphere is formed between the reset valve plate 42 and the valve body, the valve core 2 and the piston rod 3, and the reset of the piston rod 3 can be realized by the action of the atmospheric pressure on the reset valve plate 42.
The second guiding sealing ring 25 which is abutted against the piston rod 3 is arranged at one end of the valve body corresponding to the water inlet 31 of the piston rod 3, the second guiding sealing ring 25 also plays a role in sealing the piston rod 3, further leakage prevention is achieved, the movement of the piston rod 3 can be guided, the piston rod 3 is prevented from swinging during movement, resistance is reduced, and the influence on the regulation of the water outlet flow is prevented.
The valve core 2 can be integrally formed in the valve body or can be detachably mounted in the valve body, and the valve core 2 and the valve body are more convenient to process in a detachable mounting mode.
The valve body comprises a first shell 100 and a second shell 101, the water inlet end 10 is integrally formed on the first shell 100, the water outlet end 12 is integrally formed on the second shell 101, the first shell 100 and the second shell 101 are fixedly connected through welding, a cap screwing nut 102, a screw and a buckle, and the embodiment adopts a fixing mode of the cap screwing nut 102, so that the person skilled in the art can understand the fixing mode.
Referring to fig. 1, a water dispenser comprises the negative pressure valve, wherein a water inlet end 10 of the negative pressure valve is connected with a water source, and a water outlet end 12 of the negative pressure valve is sequentially connected with a pump, a heating body and a water outlet device. The pump can adopt a common water pump or an air pump, the water outlet end 12 of the negative pressure valve can generate negative pressure, and the power of the pump is regulated by controlling the pulse, so that the magnitude of the negative pressure generated by the water outlet end 12 of the negative pressure valve is regulated, and the water outlet flow of the negative pressure pump is regulated. Because the negative pressure valve is adopted, the negative pressure valve can be suitable for water supply of a water tank (pressureless water source) or water supply of a water tank (pressureless water source).
