Abstract

本发明公开一种陶瓷复合纤维刹车片,包括将酚醛树脂、丁腈橡胶、硅藻土、陶瓷纤维、石墨纤维、玻璃纤维、钢纤维、明胶、松香、硬脂酸锌、苯乙烯丙烯腈压克力橡胶共聚物、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、硼酸以及纳米单质钨混合,混炼;将混炼得到的物质放入模具中,压制成型,然后将成型的物质进行硫化。本发明主要通过先在原有材料的基础上加入硅藻土、陶瓷纤维、石墨纤维、玻璃纤维、钢纤维、明胶、松香、苯乙烯丙烯腈压克力橡胶共聚物、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、硼酸以及纳米单质钨,从而提高陶瓷砖的耐磨性能和耐高温性能。

本发明涉及机械配件技术领域,尤其是一种陶瓷复合纤维刹车片。
背景技术
陶瓷复合纤维刹车片是刹车片的一种,目前主要是由陶瓷纤维、不含铁的填料物质、胶粘剂和少量金属等原料制成。其相对于传统的刹车片,陶瓷复合纤维刹车片更清洁安静,并且在提供卓越刹车性能的同时,不磨耗对偶件。
然而,尽管陶瓷复合纤维刹车片具备上述功能,但是其也存在着一些缺点,例如,其耐磨性能和耐高温较差,使用时损耗大,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明提供一种陶瓷复合纤维刹车片,它可以解决现有陶瓷复合纤维刹车片存在耐磨性能和耐高温较差的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
它采用以下重量份数的原料:
酚醛树脂45份~50份、丁腈橡胶15份~20份、硅藻土15份~20份、陶瓷纤维15份~20份、石墨纤维10份~15份、玻璃纤维1份~5份、钢纤维5份~10份、明胶5份~10份、松香5份~10份、硬脂酸锌5份~10份、苯乙烯-丙烯腈-压克力橡胶共聚物5份~10份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯5份~10份、硼酸5份~10份以及纳米单质钨1份~5份;
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明得到的有益效果是:
本发明主要通过先在原有材料的基础上加入硅藻土、陶瓷纤维、石墨纤维、玻璃纤维、钢纤维、明胶、松香、苯乙烯-丙烯腈-压克力橡胶共聚物、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、硼酸以及纳米单质钨,从而提高陶瓷砖的耐磨性能和耐高温性能。

实施例1
它采用以下质量的原料:
酚醛树脂45kg、丁腈橡胶15kg、硅藻土15kg、陶瓷纤维15kg、石墨纤维10kg、玻璃纤维1kg、钢纤维5kg、明胶5kg、松香5kg、硬脂酸锌5kg、苯乙烯-丙烯腈-压克力橡胶共聚物5kg、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯5kg、硼酸5kg以及纳米单质钨1kg。
经检测,本实施例陶瓷复合纤维刹车片可耐高达800℃的高温,且其行程10万公里的磨损率仅为0.08mm。
实施例2
它采用以下质量的原料:
酚醛树脂50kg、丁腈橡胶20kg、硅藻土20kg、陶瓷纤维20kg、石墨纤维15kg、玻璃纤维5kg、钢纤维10kg、明胶10kg、松香10kg、硬脂酸锌10kg、苯乙烯-丙烯腈-压克力橡胶共聚物10kg、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯10kg、硼酸10kg以及纳米单质钨5kg。
实施例3
它采用以下质量的原料:
酚醛树脂47kg、丁腈橡胶18kg、硅藻土19kg、陶瓷纤维16kg、石墨纤维14kg、玻璃纤维3kg、钢纤维7kg、明胶9kg、松香7、硬脂酸锌8kg、苯乙烯-丙烯腈-压克力橡胶共聚物9kg、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯6kg、硼酸7kg以及纳米单质钨4kg。

酚醛树脂45份~50份、丁腈橡胶15份~20份、硅藻土15份~20份、陶瓷纤维15份~20份、石墨纤维10份~15份、玻璃纤维1份~5份、钢纤维5份~10份、明胶5份~10份、松香5份~10份、硬脂酸锌5份~10份、苯乙烯-丙烯腈-压克力橡胶共聚物5份~10份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯5份~10份、硼酸5份~10份以及纳米单质钨1份~5份。
