Abstract
The invention discloses a damping type hydraulic cylinder action signal supercharging device which comprises an oil cylinder barrel, wherein a piston rod is movably arranged in the oil cylinder barrel, the front end of the oil cylinder barrel is provided with an opening through which the piston rod extends, the side walls, close to two end parts, of the oil cylinder barrel are respectively provided with an oil port, and the rear end of the oil cylinder barrel is connected with the signal supercharging device. The invention provides a damping type hydraulic oil cylinder action signal supercharging device, which is characterized in that the rear end of an oil cylinder is connected with the signal supercharging device, so that the hydraulic pressure of the oil cylinder during resetting is enhanced, the state change of an opener is driven by hydraulic energy during the resetting of the oil cylinder, and a hydraulic control system can be smoothly used.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of hydraulic control, in particular to a damping type hydraulic cylinder action signal supercharging device.
Background
In the existing industrial production, the hydraulic system is generally used as a driving system of medium-large equipment, and has the advantages of sufficient pressure, high stability, simple loop, easy maintenance and the like, but the conventional hydraulic system cannot be used as a control system of the industrial production because related action signals are difficult to collect and feedback is difficult to carry out. The common control system in industrial production adopts electric control or microcomputer control, and the control system has the advantages of quick response, high precision, high cost, complex circuit, high failure rate and the like.
The applicant has developed a hydraulic control system applicable to industrial production, in which an oil passage of the hydraulic system is provided with an opener (chinese patent No. CN 201310413986.0) for transmitting hydraulic signals and a hydraulic passage extending and retracting device (chinese patent No. CN 201510263128.1) which is operated prior to the oil cylinder, the former makes the opener change state by hydraulic pressure generated when the oil cylinder is operated, the latter is arranged in the oil passage between the oil cylinder and the control valve, and the oil cylinder must be operated by driving the extending and retracting device. The use of openers and telescopic devices has the following problems: in the actual working process, the hydraulic pressure provided by the oil cylinder is large enough to drive the state change of the opener and the telescopic device when working on a load, and the hydraulic pressure provided by the oil cylinder is small enough to drive the state change of the opener and the telescopic device when resetting. On the basis, the applicant develops a signal supercharging device for increasing hydraulic pressure when the oil cylinder is reset, so that the state change of the hydraulic energy driven opener and the telescopic device when the oil cylinder is reset is ensured.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention aims to provide a damping type hydraulic oil cylinder action signal supercharging device, which ensures that the state of a hydraulic energy driven opener and a telescopic device is changed when the oil cylinder is reset.

The hydraulic cylinder comprises an oil cylinder barrel, a piston rod is movably arranged in the oil cylinder barrel, an opening extending out of the piston rod is formed in the front end of the oil cylinder barrel, oil ports are respectively formed in the side walls, close to the two end parts, of the oil cylinder barrel, and the rear end of the oil cylinder barrel is connected with the signal supercharging device.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the signal supercharging device comprises a supercharging cylinder communicated with the inner cavity of the oil cylinder barrel and a supercharging plunger movably arranged in the supercharging cylinder, and the supercharging plunger is connected to the tail of the piston rod.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the inner cavity of the pressurizing cylinder is provided with two-stage widths, and the narrower end of the inner cavity of the pressurizing cylinder is connected with the oil cylinder barrel.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the rear end of the oil cylinder barrel is provided with a connecting hole, and the front end of the pressurizing cylinder is opened and stretches into the connecting hole of the oil cylinder barrel.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the outer side wall of the pressurizing cylinder is provided with a connecting flange fixedly connected with the oil cylinder barrel, and a sealing ring is arranged between the connecting flange and the oil cylinder barrel.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, an oil port at the rear end of the oil cylinder barrel is connected with an opener and/or an oil passage borrowing telescopic device.

Detailed Description
The damping hydraulic ram actuation signal booster device of the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and the preferred embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the invention provides a preferred embodiment of a damping hydraulic cylinder action signal supercharging device, the hydraulic cylinder comprises an oil cylinder barrel 1, a piston rod 2 is movably arranged in the oil cylinder barrel 1, the front end of the oil cylinder barrel 1 is provided with an opening from which the piston rod 2 extends, side walls of the oil cylinder barrel 1, which are close to two end parts, are respectively provided with oil ports 3 and 4, and the oil port 4, which is close to the rear end of the oil cylinder barrel 1, is connected with an opener 6 and an oil passage borrowing telescopic device 7. When the piston rod 2 acts, hydraulic oil is pushed out from the front end oil port 3, and when the piston rod 2 resets, hydraulic oil is pushed out from the rear end oil port 4, so that the opener 6 and the oil passage are driven to act by the passage expansion device 7. The rear end of the oil cylinder barrel 1 is provided with a connecting hole, and the oil cylinder barrel 1 is connected with a signal supercharging device 5 through the connecting hole. The signal supercharging device comprises a supercharging cylinder 51 communicated with the inner cavity of the oil cylinder barrel 1 from a connecting hole and a supercharging plunger 52 movably arranged in the supercharging cylinder 51, the front end of the supercharging cylinder 51 is opened and stretches into the connecting hole of the oil cylinder barrel 1, and the supercharging plunger 52 penetrates through the supercharging cylinder 51 to be connected to the tail of the piston rod 2. The outer side wall of the booster cylinder 51 is provided with a connecting flange 53 fixedly connected with the oil cylinder barrel 1, and a sealing ring is arranged between the connecting flange 53 and the oil cylinder barrel 1. Further, the inner cavity of the booster cylinder 51 is provided with two-stage widths, and the narrower end of the inner cavity of the booster cylinder 51 is connected with the oil cylinder barrel 1. The invention provides a damping type hydraulic cylinder action signal supercharging device, when a hydraulic cylinder is reset, part of hydraulic oil is firstly supercharged cylinder 51, and damping type pressure is formed when supercharged plunger 52 enters into supercharged cylinder 51, so that the liquid pressure output from oil port 4 is increased, the hydraulic pressure of the cylinder in the resetting process is enhanced, the state change of opener 6 and oil passage borrowing and retracting device 7 is ensured by the hydraulic energy in the resetting process of the cylinder, and the hydraulic control system can be smoothly used.

when the hydraulic oil cylinder is reset, part of hydraulic oil firstly enters the booster cylinder (51), and damping pressure is formed when the booster plunger (52) enters the booster cylinder (51), so that the hydraulic pressure output from the oil port (4) is increased, the hydraulic pressure of the oil cylinder during reset is enhanced, and the state change of the hydraulic energy driving opener (6) and the oil passage borrowing telescopic device (7) during the oil cylinder reset is ensured.
