Abstract
The invention relates to a method for rapidly inspecting the appearance quality of a roving yarn, which comprises the following specific steps: (a) spinning a small package roving wool shaft by using a carding machine roving small package wool shaft device; (b) spinning the small-package coarse yarn shafts into spun yarns on a spinning machine; (c) spinning and twisting into double-strand yarn; (d) weaving the sample piece by using double-ply yarns; (e) and (5) inspecting the appearance quality of the sample after washing and shrinking. The invention can be used for spinning the rough spinning yarn into the wool shaft with only a few rough yarn strips at the head of a batch for producing a new yarn batch in large scale so as to be capable of spinning the yarn on a spinning frame quickly, and the apparent quality such as color, color matching uniformity degree, defects and the like of the batch of yarn is tested after weaving so as to reduce the loss caused by unqualified batch.

Background
In the cashmere textile industry, customers have high requirements on the quality of products, particularly for outsourcing customers, the color difference between batches of products with the same color needs to be controlled within a certain range, the uniform surface color of the products is required for the color matching products with the rice wave color and the blended products, the phenomenon of uneven color matching is not allowed to occur, the raw material cost of cashmere products is high, and the economic loss caused by the quality problem is not allowed. In order to strictly control the product quality, a roving factory firstly spins a roving spindle with 12 rods when producing a new yarn batch, selects a spinning frame on the roving spindle to spin single yarns, then spins the single yarns and twists out double yarns with 50-100 g, the double yarns are woven into sample sheets with the length of about (20-40) × (30-50) cm and are felted and finished, whether the yarns of the batch are qualified or not is determined by checking the color and appearance quality of the sample sheets, if the yarns are not qualified, the yarns cannot be produced, and only if the yarns are qualified, the yarns can be normally produced. The process is long, the time is generally the shortest time which is more than 8 hours per shift, sometimes more than 2 shifts are needed, the carding machine must be stopped for waiting, the production is seriously delayed, and the amount of waste yarn is large.

(a1) putting the new yarn batch on a carding machine, raising the head first, and completely winding all the roving strips on respective hair shafts;
