技术领域
本发明涉及一种天线罩防雨蚀弹性保护涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
天线一般放置于户外,极其容易受到自然环境侵蚀,造成其精度降低或破坏,影响天线的使用寿命及使用可靠性。天线罩主要用于保护天线系统,避免其受到外部环境的影响,提高天线系统工作安全可靠性,降低天线系统的磨损、腐蚀和老化,延长其使用寿命。
天线罩容易受到雨滴、冰雹等冲刷,长时间冲刷会对天线罩造成损伤,进而影响天线罩的结构安全及电气性能。因此,天线罩表面需涂装防雨蚀弹性保护涂料对其进行保护。此涂层在不影响天线罩正常工作的情况下可对天线罩起到良好的保护作用。要求此涂层应具有良好的施工性能、力学性能、耐高低温性、耐环境特性和耐化学性能等。
天线罩一般为复合材料,如环氧玻璃钢等。天线罩在使用过程中经常受到风沙吹蚀和雨水的冲蚀。因此该涂料应具有相对较好的弹性,避免液体或固体颗粒物对天线罩表面碰撞造成的冲击腐蚀伤害。此外,天线罩表面的保护涂层应具有优异的耐磨性能及防护性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的为:制备一种天线罩防雨蚀弹性保护涂料,通过树脂分子结构设计,使得涂膜具有相对较好的耐磨性能及弹性,可以提升天线罩的使用寿命及其安全。
本发明的目的在于制备一种天线罩防雨蚀弹性保护涂料,该涂料为双组份涂料,主要由甲组份和乙组分组成。其中甲组份由聚天门冬氨酸酯树脂、气相二氧化硅、助剂、钛酸酯偶联剂、溶剂等组成,乙组分由羟基聚酯色浆、多元醇、脂肪族异氰酸酯、溶剂等合成了一种弹性预聚物,通过分子结构设计,调整涂膜的抗张强度及断裂伸长率。

将聚醚多元醇、聚碳酸酯二醇、溶剂加入拉缸中,搅拌均匀后加入颜料和耐磨填料,通过研磨分散设备研磨至细度≤30μm后过滤出料,即得到羟基树脂色浆。
本发明涉及的是一种天线罩防雨蚀弹性保护涂料,此涂层在不影响天线罩正常工作的情况下可对天线罩起到良好的保护作用。该方法具有如下有益效果:
(1)由于聚天门冬氨酸酯树脂分子量小,粘度低等特性,使用该树脂制备的色浆储存稳定性非常差,在很短的时间内就会出现沉底、絮凝等问题使用该树脂制备的色浆体系储存稳定性差,防沉降困难,通常在储存一段时间后会出现结块、硬沉底的现象。本发明采用通过制备弹性预聚物色浆的方法有效解决了色浆防沉降的问题。
(2)由于预聚物含有-NCO官能团,该官能团反应活性高,常温下会与空气中的水份发生反应,造成预聚物粘度增大或胶化,通常无法用预聚物研磨色浆组分。本发明通过先研磨羟基树脂色浆,再通过合成反应制备成预聚物的技术路线,有效解决了传统预聚物无法研磨色浆的难题。
(3)本发明乙组分中的羟基树脂,可以保证弹性涂料的断裂伸长率及回弹性能,通过调节多元醇的含量,可以提高涂料的断裂伸长率。
(4)本发明中的碳化硅或氮化硼,可有效提高涂膜的耐磨性能。
(5)本发明中使用的聚天门冬氨酸酯、脂肪族异氰酸酯、聚碳酸酯二醇、聚醚多元醇、紫外线吸收剂,提升了涂层的耐老化性能。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
(1)将50gNH-1420、20g乙酸正丁酯、0.5g分散剂、0.1g流平剂、0.3g消泡剂、0.5g紫外线吸收剂、1.2g钛酸酯偶联剂加入拉缸中,搅匀均匀后分两批次加入1gTS-100,搅拌分散均匀后过滤出料,即得天线罩防雨蚀弹性保护涂料的甲组分。
(2)将72gN-210、55gT5650J、60g二甲苯加入拉缸中,搅拌均匀后加入38g钛白粉和20g碳化硅,通过研磨分散设备研磨至细度≤30μm后过滤出料,即得到天线罩防雨蚀弹性保护涂料乙组分用羟基树脂色浆。
(3)将170g羟基树脂色浆、5.4g三羟甲基丙烷、22g二甲苯投入反应瓶中,在惰性气体保护下升温至130℃~135℃,回流脱水反应2小时,然后降温至40℃,加入22g异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,升温至70℃保温反应2小时,然后升温至95℃保温反应6小时,保温反应结束后降温至室温,过滤出料,得到天线罩防雨蚀弹性保护涂料乙组份。
实施例二:
(1)将44gNH-1520、26g甲基异丁基酮、0.8g分散剂、0.05g流变助剂、0.5g消泡剂、0.8g紫外线吸收剂、1.4g钛酸酯偶联剂加入拉缸中,搅匀均匀后分三批次加入1.2gED-30,搅拌分散均匀后过滤出料,即得天线罩防雨蚀弹性保护涂料的甲组分。
(2)将80gN-204、48gT5651、72g乙酸正丁酯加入拉缸中,搅拌均匀后加入17g有机黄和24g氮化硼,通过研磨分散设备研磨至细度≤30μm后过滤出料,即得到天线罩防雨蚀弹性保护涂料乙组分用羟基树脂色浆。
(3)将200g羟基树脂色浆、2.5g季戊四醇、36g二甲苯投入反应瓶中,在惰性气体保护下升温至130℃~135℃,回流脱水反应2小时,然后降温至40℃,加入26g己二异氰酸酯,升温至70℃保温反应2小时,然后升温至95℃保温反应8小时,保温反应结束后降温至室温,过滤出料,得到天线罩防雨蚀弹性保护涂料乙组份。
实施例三:
(1)将26gNH-1220、28gNH-1521、17g乙酸正丁酯、6g乙酸正戊酯、0.7g分散剂、0.2g流平剂、0.5g消泡剂、0.7g紫外线吸收剂、1.5g钛酸酯偶联剂加入拉缸中,搅匀均匀后分两批次加入1.4gED-30,搅拌分散均匀后过滤出料,即得天线罩防雨蚀弹性保护涂料的甲组分。
(2)将66gN-204、18gT5650E、40gT5651、30g二甲苯、30g甲基异丁基酮加入拉缸中,搅拌均匀后加入8g炭黑和23g碳化硅,通过研磨分散设备研磨至细度≤30μm后过滤出料,即得到天线罩防雨蚀弹性保护涂料乙组分用羟基树脂色浆。
(3)将167g羟基树脂色浆、4.4g丙三醇、29g二甲苯投入反应瓶中,在惰性气体保护下升温至130℃~135℃,回流脱水反应2小时,然后降温至40℃,加入27g异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,升温至70℃保温反应2小时,然后升温至95℃保温反应6小时,保温反应结束后降温至室温,过滤出料,得到天线罩防雨蚀弹性保护涂料乙组份。
将实施例1-3的产品配漆并制备漆膜,干燥7天后进行性能测试。测试结果如下:

6.根据权利要求1所述的天线罩防雨蚀弹性保护涂料,其特征在于,所述聚天门冬氨酸酯包括NH-1220、NH-1420、NH-1520、NH-1521中的一种或两种混合物组成;所述助剂包括分散剂、流平剂、消泡剂、流变助剂、紫外线吸收剂中的两种及两种以上混合物;所述气相二氧化硅包括TS-100、ED-30中的至少一种;所述溶剂包含二甲苯、甲基异丁基酮、乙酸正丁酯、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、环己酮中至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的天线罩防雨蚀弹性保护涂料,其特征在于,所述多元醇包括三羟甲基丙烷、丙三醇、季戊四醇中的至少一种;所述脂肪族异氰酸酯为己二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯中的一种。
8.根据权利要求2所述的天线罩防雨蚀弹性保护涂料,其特征在于,所述聚醚多元醇包含N-204、N-210中的至少一种;所述聚碳酸酯二醇包含T5650E、T5650J、T5651中的至少一种;所述颜料包括钛白、碳黑、有机黄、有机红、有机蓝中的至少一种;所述耐磨填料包括碳化硅、氮化硼中的至少一种;所述溶剂包含二甲苯、甲基异丁基酮、乙酸正丁酯、乙酸正戊酯中的至少一种。
