The invention provides a continuous belt conveyor sliding shoe type extension device which comprises a rear matched trailer, an extension supporting device and a sliding shoe device, wherein the extension supporting device comprises a supporting frame, a supporting roller set and a connecting frame, the sliding shoe device comprises the supporting roller set and a groove-shaped sliding shoe, the rear matched trailer is connected with the supporting frame, the supporting frame is connected with the connecting frame, the connecting frame is connected with the groove-shaped sliding shoe, the supporting roller set is arranged on the supporting frame and the groove-shaped sliding shoe, the groove-shaped sliding shoe is matched with an upper roller set, the upper roller set is arranged on the upper part of a middle frame, and the lower roller set and an inclined support are arranged on the lower part of the middle frame.
