Abstract
The invention discloses a radial fixing and loading device for a frequency matcher. The frequency matcher radial fixing and loading device comprises a radial fixing component, a stepped threaded rod and a radial loading and mounting component; the stepped threaded rod is connected with the frequency matcher through a radial loading mounting assembly, the stepped threaded rod is inserted into the frequency matcher from a hole part on the frequency matcher, and a stepped convex part with the same size as a bearing outer ring which can be arranged in the frequency matcher is arranged on the part of the stepped threaded rod inserted into the frequency matcher; the radial loading installation component is provided with a handle end central line, and the handle end central line is superposed with a bearing radial central line in the frequency matcher; the radial fixing component is provided with a handle end central line which is superposed with a bearing radial central line in the frequency matcher. The radial fixed loading device of the frequency matcher can ensure that shear deformation is generated along the radial direction of the bearing during loading.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of frequency matcher detection, in particular to a radial fixing and loading device for a frequency matcher.
Background
The frequency matcher selected by the main hub of the helicopter is a block viscoelastic damper, two blocks of viscoelastic silicon rubber are arranged on the upper part and the lower part of the main hub of the helicopter respectively, the shimmy damping is provided through shear deformation, the shimmy damper is played as a shimmy damper, and meanwhile, elastic restraint is provided for a blade root so as to adjust the shimmy natural frequency of the blade. The frequency matcher is arranged at the end part of the star-shaped flexible arm by adopting a proper pairing principle according to the rigidity parameter of the frequency matcher in the using process.
Therefore, the rigidity of the frequency matcher needs to be detected through a certain detection technology, and the matching is carried out according to the rigidity detection result and by adopting a proper matching principle so as to meet the requirement of the installation.
In the prior art, a special radial fixed loading device for a frequency matcher is not used for testing parts with irregular structures, such as the frequency matcher.
Accordingly, a technical solution is desired to overcome or at least alleviate at least one of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present invention to provide a frequency matcher radial fixation loading apparatus that overcomes or at least alleviates at least one of the above-mentioned deficiencies of the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a radial fixing and loading device for a frequency matcher, wherein the frequency matcher is provided with a hole communicated with the interior of the frequency matcher; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the radial fixing component is connected with one surface of the frequency matcher;
the stepped threaded rod is connected with the frequency matcher through the radial loading mounting assembly, the stepped threaded rod is inserted into the frequency matcher from a hole part on the frequency matcher, and a stepped boss with the size same as that of a bearing outer ring which can be arranged in the frequency matcher is arranged on the part of the stepped threaded rod inserted into the frequency matcher;
the radial loading mounting assembly has a shank end centerline, the shank end centerline coinciding with a bearing radial centerline in the frequency matcher;
the radial fixing component is provided with a handle end central line which is superposed with a bearing radial central line in the frequency matcher.
Preferably, the radial fixing assembly comprises a double fork and a bolt set, and the double fork is connected with the frequency matcher through the bolt set;
the central line of the handle end of the radial fixing component is the central line of the handle of the double-fork ear.
Preferably, the portion of the stepped threaded rod disposed at the frequency adapter further includes a hanging section having a gap therebetween.
Preferably, the radial loading mounting assembly comprises an anti-dislocation assembly, a lock nut assembly and a single fork lug; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the anti-dislocation component is arranged in the frequency matcher and is arranged on a suspended section of the stepped threaded rod;
the locking nut assembly connects the single fork lug with the stepped threaded rod, so that the stepped threaded rod and the frequency matcher are relatively fixed;
the handle end centerline of the radial load mount assembly is the centerline of the handle of the single-pronged ear.
Preferably, the stepped raised portion is a portion of the stepped threaded rod having a largest size extending into the frequency matcher.

the radial loading installation component is provided with a handle end central line, and the handle end central line is superposed with a bearing radial central line in the frequency matcher;
the radial fixing component is provided with a handle end central line which is superposed with a bearing radial central line in the frequency matcher.
The radial fixed loading device of the frequency matcher is provided with the radial loading installation assembly and the radial fixing assembly respectively, and the handle end center line of the radial loading installation assembly, the bearing radial center line in the frequency matcher and the handle end center line of the radial fixing assembly are overlapped mutually, so that shear deformation is generated in the radial direction of the bearing during loading. Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the radial fixing assembly includes a double-fork ear 2 and a bolt set 1, the double-fork ear 2 is connected to a frequency matcher 4 through the bolt set 1; the centerline of the handle end of the radial fixation assembly is the centerline of the handle of the double-pronged ear 2.
In this embodiment, the inner surfaces of the two sides of the fork 2 contact the outer surfaces of the two side plates of the frequency matching box 4 at an angle.
Referring to fig. 1, the portion of the stepped threaded rod 10 disposed at the frequency adaptor 4 further includes a hanging section having a gap therebetween.
Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the radial load mounting assembly includes an anti-misalignment assembly, a lock nut assembly, and a single prong 3; wherein, the error-proof component is arranged in the frequency matcher and is arranged on a suspended section of the stepped threaded rod; the locking nut component connects the single fork lug 3 with the stepped threaded rod 10, so that the stepped threaded rod and the frequency matcher are relatively fixed; the centerline of the handle end of the radial load mount assembly is the centerline of the handle of the single-pronged ear.
Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the stepped boss is a portion of the stepped threaded rod that has the largest dimension as the portion that protrudes into the frequency matcher.
Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the lock nut assembly includes a lock nut 9 and a lock washer 8; the part of the stepped threaded rod, which is arranged outside the frequency matcher, is provided with threads.
Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the anti-misalignment assembly includes a fixing bushing 5, a circular cover plate 6 and a locking screw assembly 7, one end of the fixing bushing abuts against the stepped threaded rod, and the other end is locked and fixed by the circular cover plate and the locking screw assembly.

the radial loading mounting assembly has a shank end centerline, the shank end centerline coinciding with a bearing radial centerline in the frequency matcher;
the radial fixing component is provided with a handle end central line which is superposed with a bearing radial central line in the frequency matcher.
2. The radial fixed loading device of frequency matcher according to claim 1, wherein the radial fixed component comprises a double-fork ear (2) and a bolt set (1), the double-fork ear (2) is connected with the frequency matcher (4) through the bolt set (1);
the central line of the handle end of the radial fixing component is the central line of the handle of the double-fork ear (2).
3. The frequency adapter radial fixing loading device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the portion of the stepped threaded rod (10) disposed at the frequency adapter (4) further comprises a hanging section having a gap with the frequency adapter.
4. The radial fixed loading device of frequency matcher according to claim 3, wherein the radial loading mounting assembly comprises a dislocation preventing assembly, a lock nut assembly, a single fork ear (3); wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the anti-dislocation component is arranged in the frequency matcher and is arranged on a suspended section of the stepped threaded rod;
the locking nut component connects the single-fork lug (3) with the stepped threaded rod (10), so that the stepped threaded rod and the frequency matcher are relatively fixed;
the handle end centerline of the radial load mount assembly is the centerline of the handle of the single-pronged ear.
5. The frequency adapter radial fixation loading device of claim 2, wherein the stepped boss is a portion of the stepped threaded rod that has a largest dimension of a portion that protrudes into the frequency adapter.
6. The frequency matcher radial fixing loading device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the lock nut assembly comprises a lock nut (9) and a lock washer (8);
and the part of the stepped threaded rod, which is arranged outside the frequency matcher, is provided with threads.

The radial fixed loading device of frequency matcher according to claim 4, wherein the anti-dislocation assembly comprises a fixed bushing (5), a circular cover plate (6) and a locking screw assembly (7), one end of the fixed bushing is abutted against the stepped threaded rod, and the other end is locked and fixed by the circular cover plate and the locking screw assembly.
