As shown in fig. 1 and 2: the invention provides a tool rack for overturning and overhauling a speed reducer, which comprises a base 2, wherein two opposite sides of the base 2 are respectively and detachably provided with a bracket mechanism 1, the bracket mechanism 1 comprises two vertical rods 101 arranged on the base 2 along the vertical direction and a cross rod 102 connected with the two vertical rods 101, the cross rod 102 is provided with a plurality of fixing mechanisms 4, the fixing mechanisms 4 comprise a cylinder 405 coaxially arranged with the cross rod 102, the cross rod 102 penetrates through the cylinder 405 along the axis of the cylinder 405, so that the cylinder 405 can rotate by taking the cross rod 102 as an axis, the surface of the cylinder 405 is inwards recessed along the radial direction to form a groove structure 403, the upper surface of the base 2 is also fixedly provided with a sleeve 3, and a jack is detachably fixed in the sleeve 3. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to prevent the rotation of the cylinder 405 during the process of placing the speed reducer, the circumferential surface of the cylinder 405 is provided with a plurality of first threaded holes 401 therethrough, and a first locking lever 402 is disposed in the first threaded holes 401, and the first locking lever 402 is rotated such that one end thereof abuts against the surface of the cross bar 102 to prevent the rotation of the cylinder 405. Under the initial condition, cylinder 405 passes through first locking lever 402 locking, and cylinder 405 can not rotate this moment, and after the speed reducer block was accomplished, dismantle the first locking lever 402 on the cylinder 405 on one side, the cylinder 405 of another side is the dead state of lock, at this moment, hangs the lifting rope fixed in one side of speed reducer, and the other side block of speed reducer is on rotatable cylinder 405, continues to lift by crane the upset of accomplishing the speed reducer.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to secure the speed reducer in the groove structure 403 and prevent the speed reducer from slipping in the groove structure 403, a plurality of second threaded holes are provided on the circumferential surface of the cylinder 405, and a second locking rod 404 is provided in the second threaded holes, and one end of the second locking rod 404 is located outside the cylinder 405, and the other end extends through the second threaded holes and into the groove structure 403.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to adjust the height of the cross bar 102 to accommodate the overhauling of different types of speed reducers, a plurality of through holes 103 are disposed on both the vertical bars 101 along the length direction thereof, and two ends of the cross bar 102 respectively penetrate through the through holes 103.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to prevent the cross bar 102 from shaking during the maintenance of the speed reducer, the two ends of the cross bar 102 are respectively provided with a threaded structure 203, and the threaded structure 203 is sleeved with a locking nut 204, where the locking nut 204 is used to lock the cross bar 102 on the vertical bar 101.
