Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a structure for preventing a main shaft of a large-torque grinding machine from fog, wherein the structure comprises a grinding wheel flange plate, a main shaft, a front bearing seat, a rear bearing seat and a main shaft seat, wherein the front bearing seat and the rear bearing seat are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the main shaft seat, a double-row cylindrical roller bearing and a front angular contact bearing are respectively fixedly arranged in the front bearing seat, and a pair of rear angular contact bearings are fixedly arranged in the rear bearing seat. According to the invention, the spindle bearing is arranged in the spindle seat, the water mist generated during grinding is primarily isolated, and meanwhile, the water mist generated during grinding is thoroughly prevented from entering the spindle bearing through two snake-shaped sealing waterproof mist paths formed on the contact surface of the front bearing outer ring gland and the front bearing inner ring gland and the contact surface of the spacer ring and the protective nut, so that the sealing performance of the spindle is greatly improved, the cooling liquid is effectively prevented from being immersed into the spindle bearing, the spindle bearing is damaged, the spindle bearing is invalid, and the service life of the whole spindle is prolonged.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a method and a structure for preventing a main shaft of a large-torque grinding machine from being fogged, and belongs to the technical field of the main shaft of the grinding machine from being fogged.
Background
At present, most of grinding machines seal the main shaft by adopting sealing ring type waterproof treatment, the mode basically meets the processing environment with small cooling capacity, but for the grinding mode in the creep mode, the grinding torque is larger, the cooling capacity is huge, water mist is distributed on the whole end part of the main shaft during cooling, the sealing performance requirement on the main shaft is stricter, cooling liquid can be caused to infiltrate into the main shaft bearing by a little negligence, the main shaft bearing is damaged, the main shaft bearing is invalid, and finally, the main shaft is scrapped to cause huge economic loss.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the anti-fog method and the structure for the main shaft of the large-torque grinding machine, which have the advantages of simple structure, easiness in realization and good sealing performance, so that the sealing performance of the main shaft is greatly improved, the main shaft bearing is effectively prevented from being damaged due to the fact that cooling liquid is immersed into the main shaft bearing, the main shaft bearing is invalid, and the service life of the whole main shaft is prolonged.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a method for preventing the water fog of the main axle of high-torque grinder includes such steps as making one or more annular slots or bosses on the contact surfaces of front bearing and inner ring covers and the contact surfaces of spacer ring and protecting nut, sequentially installing front bearing and inner ring covers, spacer ring and protecting nut between front bearing seat and grinding wheel flange, and embedding the annular bosses on the contact surfaces of front bearing and inner ring covers and spacer ring and protecting nut in annular slots.
In the method, the top of the annular boss is tightly attached to the bottom of the annular groove, so that the aim of sealing and matching is fulfilled.
In the method, the spacer is sleeved on the outer walls of the protective nut, the front bearing inner ring gland, the front bearing outer ring gland and the front end of the front bearing seat, and radial water mist is prevented from entering the main shaft bearing through the isolation effect of the spacer.

Further, a separation plate is arranged on the inner wall of the spacer ring, and the separation plate is mutually embedded and matched with an annular groove or an annular boss on the contact surface of the protective nut.

Embodiments of the invention: the invention discloses a method for preventing a main shaft of a large-torque grinding machine from fog, and a structural schematic diagram of the main shaft of the large-torque grinding machine, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, wherein the method comprises a grinding wheel flange plate 1, a main shaft 2, a front bearing seat 9, a rear bearing seat 14 and a main shaft seat 13, the front bearing seat 9 and the rear bearing seat 14 are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the main shaft seat 13, and a bearing pressing ring 18 and a locking nut 19 are sequentially arranged at the rear end of the rear bearing seat 14. The front bearing seat 9 is fixedly provided with a double-row cylindrical roller bearing 8 and a front angular contact bearing 12 respectively, the rear bearing seat 14 is internally fixedly provided with a pair of rear angular contact bearings 17, the front end of the main shaft 2 is fixed on the double-row cylindrical roller bearing 8 and the front angular contact bearing 12, the rear end of the main shaft 2 is fixed on the rear angular contact bearing 17, the end part of the front end of the main shaft 2 is fixedly connected with a grinding wheel flange plate 1, the main shaft 2 is sequentially provided with a front bearing outer ring gland 6, a front bearing inner ring gland 5, a spacer ring 4 and a protective nut 3 between the front bearing seat 9 and the grinding wheel flange plate 1, the inner wall of the spacer ring 4 is provided with a spacer plate 22, one or one annular groove 20 or an annular boss 21 is arranged on the contact surface of the front bearing outer ring gland 6 and the front bearing inner ring gland 5 and the contact surface of the spacer ring 4 and the protective gland nut 3, so that a sealing path between the two serpentine sealing paths of the two sealing collars are respectively formed on the contact surface of the front bearing outer ring gland 6 and the front bearing inner ring gland 5 and the two sealing ring gland 3. The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, manufacturing one or more annular grooves 20 or annular bosses 21 on the contact surface of a front bearing outer ring gland 6 and a front bearing inner ring gland 5 and the contact surface of a spacer ring 4 and a protective nut 3, then sequentially installing the front bearing outer ring gland 6, the front bearing inner ring gland 5, the spacer ring 4 and the protective nut 3 between a front bearing seat 9 and a grinding wheel flange plate 1 on a main shaft 2, and sleeving the spacer ring 4 on the outer walls of the front ends of the protective nut 3, the front bearing inner ring gland 5, the front bearing outer ring gland 6 and the front bearing seat 9 through the isolation function of the spacer ring 4 to prevent radial water mist from entering the main shaft bearing; then the contact surface of the front bearing outer ring gland 6 and the front bearing inner ring gland 5 and the annular boss 21 on the contact surface of the spacer ring 4 and the protective nut 3 are embedded into the annular groove 20, and the top of the annular boss 21 is tightly attached to the bottom of the annular groove 20, so that the purpose of sealing fit is achieved, two snake-shaped sealing waterproof fog paths are respectively formed on the contact surface of the front bearing outer ring gland 6 and the front bearing inner ring gland 5 and the contact surface of the spacer ring 4 and the protective nut 3, and water fog generated during grinding is prevented from entering the main shaft bearing.
According to the invention, the spindle bearing is arranged in the spindle seat 13, the water mist generated during grinding is primarily isolated, meanwhile, the water mist generated during grinding is thoroughly prevented from entering the spindle bearing through two snakelike sealing waterproof mist routes formed on the contact surface of the front bearing outer ring gland 6 and the front bearing inner ring gland 5 and the contact surface of the spacer ring 4 and the protective nut 3, so that the sealing performance of the spindle is greatly improved, the cooling liquid is effectively prevented from being immersed into the spindle bearing, the spindle bearing is damaged, the spindle bearing is invalid, and the service life of the whole spindle is prolonged.
Claims (3)
1.
