本发明提供一种用于PVC膜生产的具有视觉检测功能的涂布机,涉及塑料加工技术领域,包括机架,所述机架上沿PVC膜走动方向依次设置有辊筒、第一传动辊和第二传动辊,所述辊筒的下方设置有涂布机构,所述涂布机构包括涂料槽,所述涂料槽内设置有涂布轮,所述涂布轮旁设置有刮刀;所述涂料槽旁设置有涂料罐,所述涂料槽通过传输管与所述涂料罐连通,所述涂料槽还设置有注料腔,所述注料腔的底部与所述涂料槽连通,顶部与所述传输管连通,所述注料腔内设置有沉浮球,所述注料腔的上端设置有与所述沉浮球配套的球位。本发明的有益之处是,安全可靠,对操作人员防护性较高,极大降低工伤事故的发生,并且能降低噪声污染。

Description

一种用于PVC膜生产的具有视觉检测功能的涂布机
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料加工技术领域,尤其是一种用于PVC膜生产的具有视觉检测功能的涂布机。
背景技术
涂布机是在材料表面上定量涂布粘合剂或涂料等液体(或熔体)高分子材料的机械,可适用于PVC膜等软性薄膜基材的涂布,简单的说就是把胶涂在薄膜上。当前涂布机中运用较为广泛的涂布方式是通过涂布轮与PVC膜相接触以实现将涂料转印至PVC膜表面,涂布轮设置在涂料槽中,通常在涂布轮旁会设置有刮刀,刮刀用于控制涂布轮上涂料的厚度,将多余的涂料刮回至涂料槽中。但目前使用涂布机存在以下的不足之处:1、往往需要员工不定时查看涂料槽中涂料的水位高度,以堤防出现涂料槽中涂料的水位高度过低不能完成涂布工序,但这不仅加大员工的劳动强度,也容易造成次品的发生;2、涂布后一般设置有烘干工序,用于烘干PVC膜表面上的涂料,但在烘干过程中,涂料挥发会产生氨、硫化氢、甲硫醚以及硫化物等多种恶臭气体或颗粒污染物,对车间员工的身体造成严重的伤害及不适,尽管有部分经济条件较好的车间会加装抽风设备,将恶臭气体及颗粒污染物抽排至室外,以维护室内环境卫生,但抽排至外的污染物也同样对外界环境造成污染,严重时还会影响周边居民生活,不符合当今倡导的绿色发展的理念。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的缺点,提供一种用于PVC膜生产的具有视觉检测功能的涂布机,能极大降低员工劳动量,对涂料槽实现自动上料,减少次品的发生,还设置有空气净化机构,减少生产过程中有害气体及颗粒物的排放。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种用于PVC膜生产的具有视觉检测功能的涂布机,包括机架,所述机架上沿PVC膜走动方向依次设置有辊筒、第一传动辊和第二传动辊,所述辊筒的下方设置有涂布机构,所述涂布机构包括涂料槽,所述涂料槽内设置有涂布轮,所述涂布轮旁设置有刮刀;所述涂料槽旁设置有涂料罐,所述涂料槽通过传输管与所述涂料罐连通,所述涂料槽还设置有注料腔,所述注料腔的底部与所述涂料槽连通,顶部与所述传输管连通,所述注料腔内设置有沉浮球,所述注料腔的上端设置有与所述沉浮球配套的球位;所述第一传动辊与第二传动辊之间还设置有烘干机构,所述烘干机构旁还设置有空气净化机构,所述辊筒和第一传动辊之间还设置相机,所述相机包括镜头,所述镜头与一显示屏连接,所述相机旁还设置有标准光源灯。
进一步地,所述空气净化机构包括吸气口,所述吸气口与一排气管连接,所述排气管与一风机连接,所述排气管上设置有用于吸附恶臭气体和颗粒物的第一净化箱以及用于分解恶臭气体的第二净化箱。
进一步地,所述第一净化箱包括第一空腔,所述第一空腔的上端和下端均设置有连接套,所述第一空腔的上、下流通口还设置有隔离网。
进一步地,所述第二净化箱包括第二空腔,所述第二空腔的上端和下端均设置有连接套,所述第二空腔内还设置有UV紫外灯管。
进一步地,所述沉浮球是泡沫球。
进一步地,所述烘干机构是红外线烘干设备。
进一步地,所述涂料罐上还设置有观察窗。
进一步地,所述涂料罐内还设置有液面感应器,所述液面感应器与一报警灯电性连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)自动化程度高:涂料罐上的涂料经由传输管、注料腔进入到涂料槽,注料腔内设置有采用泡沫材料制作而成的沉浮球,会随着涂料槽内涂料面的高度而下沉或上升,涂料槽内涂料面升高,沉浮球也上升,当沉浮球上升至注料腔上端的球位时,会将传输管进行堵住,停止输送涂料,同理,当涂料面降低时,沉浮球会与球位分离,传输管会重新输送涂料,从而保证涂料槽内的涂料保持一定的高度,避免涂布轮空转,减少次品的发生,同时也降低了员工需频繁给涂料槽进行添料或查看的工作量,降低劳动强度;(2)绿色环保:本发明还设置有空气净化机构,空气净化机构包括第一净化箱和第二净化箱,第一净化箱内可放置活性炭、活性炭纤维或沸石,用于恶臭气体和颗粒污染物的吸收,而第二净化箱内设置有UV紫外灯管,用于流过气体的杀菌和分解,使排放的气体绿色无污染。

以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,是本发明所述一种用于PVC膜生产的具有视觉检测功能的涂布机,包括机架1,机架1上沿PVC膜走动方向依次设置有辊筒2、第一传动辊3和第二传动辊4,在辊筒1的下方设置有涂布机构5,涂布机构5包括涂料槽51,涂料槽51内设置有涂布轮52,涂布轮52旁设置有刮刀53,刮刀53用于控制涂布轮52上涂料的厚度,将多余的涂料刮回至涂料槽51中,在涂料槽51旁设置有涂料罐54,涂料槽51通过传输管55与涂料罐54连通,在涂料槽51还设置有注料腔56,注料腔56的底部与涂料槽51连通,顶部与传输管55连通,注料腔56内设置有沉浮球57,在本实施中,沉浮球57是泡沫球,在注料腔56的上端设置有与沉浮球57配套的球位561,此处的工作原理是,当涂料槽51内的涂料液位降低时,涂料罐54内的涂料通过传输管55流通至注料腔56,再从注料腔56进入到涂料槽51进行补充,当涂料槽51的涂料液面升高时,带动沉浮球57,当沉浮球57升高至套入到球位561,则将传输管55的输出端堵塞,自动停止输送涂料,此设计能自动对涂料槽51的涂料进行补充,减轻员工的劳动量,在涂料罐54上还设置有观察窗541,有利于员工得知涂料罐54中涂料的剩余量,涂料罐54内还设置有液面感应器10,液面感应器10与一报警灯11电性连接,当涂料面低于液面感应器10时,液面感应器10会传递信号至报警灯11,报警灯11闪烁,对操作员工进行提醒;在辊筒2和第一传动辊3之间还设置相机8,相机8包括镜头,镜头与一显示屏连接,操作员工通过观看显示屏,即可了解涂布效果,是否出现质量问题,以便于及时采取措施,在相机8旁还设置有标准光源灯9,使相机8在稳定的光线下采集图像;在第一传动辊3与第二传动辊4之间还设置有烘干机构6,用于对涂布后的PVC膜进行烘干,在本实施例中,烘干机构6是红外线烘干设备,通过红外加热的形式进行烘干;由于烘干过程中,会产生大量的恶臭气体以及固体颗粒物,因此,本涂料机在烘干机构6旁还设置有空气净化机构7,空气净化机构7包括吸气口71,吸气口71与排气管72连接,排气管72与风机73连接,排气管72上设置有用于吸附恶臭气体和颗粒物的第一净化箱74以及用于分解恶臭气体的第二净化箱75,如图2和图3所示,第一净化箱74包括第一空腔741,第一空腔741的上、下流通口设置有隔离网743,第一空腔741内可存放活性炭、活性炭纤维或沸石等具有吸附功能的材料,隔离网743用于将该吸附材料锁定第一空腔741内,第二净化箱75包括第二空腔751,第二空腔751内设置有UV紫外灯管752,用于将流通气体进行杀菌和分解,在第一空腔741和第二空腔751的上端和下端均设置有连接套742,连接套742用于与排气管72套接,当启动风机73后,烘干时所产生的恶臭气体以及固体颗粒物会从吸气口71,经过第一净化箱74和第二净化箱75的加工处理后,可再经排气管72排放至室外,避免污染气体的直接排放,符合绿色环保理念。
