Abstract
本发明涉及家用淋浴设备，尤其是淋浴喷头。
淋浴喷头由手柄、进水器、调节环、出水头、丝网、花酒环、花洒圈、叶轮、冲击块、过水盘、分水盘和卡盘组成，分水盘上有5个分水道，过水盘和分水盘用内紧圈固定在出水头上，卡盘用销子与销孔定位，喷洒部件用外紧圈紧固在手柄上。具有机械性能强、使用寿命长等优点，适合宾馆和家庭使用。
Description
本发明涉及家用淋浴设备，尤其是淋浴喷头。
现有的家用淋浴喷头有普通型和高档型之分。高档型的家用淋浴喷头不但外形美观，更重要的是功能多样、性能良好。但是高档的家用淋浴喷头由于结构等原因，还存在着机械性能不够强、使用寿命不够长等弊病。
本发明目的是公开一种机械性能比较强、使用寿命比较长的淋浴喷头。
淋浴喷头由手柄及固定其上的进水器，装在手柄和进水器上的喷洒部件，装在喷洒部件外的调节环组成。喷洒部件包括出水头，依次装在出水头里圈槽内的丝网、花洒环和花洒圈，依次装在出水头外圈槽内的叶轮和冲击块，依次装在出水头外的过水盘和分水盘。分水盘的外面装有卡盘，卡盘用紧固件固定在出水头的中心柱上。分水盘上有花洒水流、轻冲水流、洒冲水流、冲击水流和喷雾水流5个分水道。过水盘和分水盘用内紧圈紧固在出水头上，卡盘用装在进水器上的销子及卡盘上与销子相配合的销孔定位，喷洒部件用外紧圈紧固在手柄上。
下面结合附图所示的实施例，对本发明作进一步的说明。
附图1和2是本发明实施例一的主视图和左视图，附图3和4是卡盘卡入进水器后的主视图和A-A剖视图，附图5和6是止退帽的主视图和左视图，附图7是分水盘右视图，附图8是过水盘右视图。
如附图1至8所示，淋浴喷头由手柄17及固定其上的进水器16，装在手柄17和进水器16上的喷洒部件，装在喷洒部件外面的调节环1组成。喷洒部件包括出水头2，依次装在出水头2里圈槽内的丝网9、花洒环8和花洒圈7，依次装在出水头2外圈槽内的叶轮10和冲击块11，依次装在出水头2外的过水盘12和分水盘13。分水盘13的外面装有卡盘3，卡盘3用紧固件，例如螺钉，固定在出水头2的中心柱6上。分水盘13上有花洒水流A、轻冲水流B、洒冲水流C、冲击水流D和喷雾水流E5个分水道。过水盘12和分水盘13组合后就不能相对运动了，它们用内紧圈14紧固在出水头2上。卡盘3用装在进水器16上的销子18及卡盘3上与销子18相配合的销孔19定位。销子18装在弹簧20上。卡盘3卡入进水器2以后，就固定不动了。喷洒部件用外紧圈15紧固在手柄17上。内紧圈14和外紧圈15上都有螺纹，与出水头2及手柄17上的螺纹相配合。扳动调节环1，分水盘13与卡盘3作相对运动，调节水流类型或关闭水流。
如附图1、5和6所示，卡盘3和分水盘13的中部装有止退帽4。止退帽4穿过卡盘3，其前端部伸入分水盘13。当卡盘3与分水盘13作相对旋转运动时，连接卡盘3与出水头2的螺钉不会倒退出来。出水头2的中心柱6的外面装有衬套5，其目的在于加强中心柱6的机械强度，防止中心柱6破裂而缩短使用寿命。
如附图7所示，分水盘13上有凹槽22和凸杆24。6条凹槽22分别与进水器16上的凸柱23配合，以确定水流的类型或者关闭水流。凸杆24只能在进水器16的两个小圆柱之间活动，也就是说将卡盘3的旋转限制在5种水流状态或关闭状态的范围内。
如附图1、3、7和8所示，手柄17与进水器16，进水器16与卡盘3，卡盘3与分水盘13，分水盘13与过水盘12，过水盘12与出水头2之间均装有密封件，其目的在于加强部件之间的密封性能和整个喷头的机械性能，防止水流变换时渗漏水，延长喷头的使用寿命。
本发明的工作过程简述如下；水流从手柄17进入，通过进水器16，注入卡盘3。当卡盘3的出水孔21对着分水盘13的F时，水流关闭，出水头2没有水流流出。当卡盘3的出水孔21分别对着分水盘13的A、或B、或C、或D、或E时，水流经过分水盘13，分别进入出水头2的最里圈、次里圈、次里圈和次外圈、次外圈、最外圈，出水头2分别有花洒水流A、轻冲水流B、洒冲水流C、冲击水流D、喷雾水流E流出。
显而易见，本发明具有机械性能强、使用寿命长等优点，是一种高档次的淋浴喷头，适合宾馆和家庭使用。
在附图所示的实施例中，喷头的出水头2的外径尺寸为φ90，分水盘13的外形尺寸为φ74×6，内紧圈14的内螺纹尺寸为M78，外紧圈15的外螺纹尺寸为M86，销子1B的外形尺寸为φ4×7。
Claims (5)
1、一种淋浴喷头，由手柄(17)及固定其上的进水器(16)，装在手柄(17)和进水器(16)上的喷洒部件，装在喷洒部件外的调节环(1)组成，喷洒部件包括出水头(2)，依次装在出水头(2)里圈槽内的丝网(9)、花洒环(8)和花洒圈(7)，依次装在出水头(2)外圈槽内的叶轮(10)和冲击块(11)，依次装在出水头(2)外的过水盘(12)和分水盘(13)，分水盘(13)的外面装有卡盘(3)，卡盘(3)用紧固件固定在出水头(2)的中心柱(6)上，其特征在于分水盘(13)上有花洒水流(A)、轻冲水流(B)、洒冲水流(C)、冲击水流(D)和喷雾水流(E)5个分水道，过水盘(12)和分水盘(13)用内紧圈(14)紧固在出水头(2)上，卡盘(3)用装在进水器(16)上的销子(18)及卡盘(3)上与销子(18)相配合的销孔(19)定位，喷洒部件用外紧圈(15)紧固在手柄(17)上。
2、按权利要求1所述的淋浴喷头，其特征在于卡盘(3)和分水盘(13)的中部装有止退帽(4)，出水头(2)的中心柱(6)外面装有衬套(5)。
3、按权利要求1或2所述的淋浴喷头，其特征在于分水盘(13)上有凹槽(22)和凸杆(24)。
4、按权利要求1或2所述的淋浴喷头，其特征在于手柄(17)与进水器(16)、进水器(16)与卡盘(3)、卡盘(3)与分水盘(13)、分水盘(13)与过水盘(12)、过水盘(12)与出水头(2)之间都装有密封件。
5、按权利要求3所述的淋浴喷头，其特征在于手柄(17)与进水器(16)、进水器(16)与卡盘(3)、卡盘(3)与分水盘(13)、分水盘(13)与过水盘(12)、过水盘(12)与出水头(2)之间都装有密封件。
