For example, a shaving socket comprises a base and a functional piece arranged on the base; the base is provided with a wiring terminal and an output terminal; the functional piece comprises a circuit board, a transformer and a change-over switch, wherein two groups of change-over lines are arranged on the circuit board, the input end of the transformer is connected with a wiring terminal of the base, the output end of the transformer is connected with the two groups of change-over lines, the change-over switch is connected with the circuit board, the change-over switch is used for controlling the change-over of the two groups of change-over lines to be connected in series or in parallel, and the output ends of the two groups of change-over lines are respectively connected with the output terminal.
As another example, a shaving socket includes a base and a functional component disposed on the base; for example, the base is provided with a wiring terminal and an output terminal; for example, the functional component comprises a circuit board, a transformer and a change-over switch, wherein two groups of change-over lines are arranged on the circuit board; the transformer is provided with a coil, the input end of the coil is connected with a wiring terminal of the base, the output end of the coil is connected with two groups of switching wires, the two groups of switching wires are two groups of output wires of the coil, the switching switch is connected with the circuit board and used for controlling the switching of the two groups of switching wires to be connected in series or in parallel, and the output ends of the two groups of switching wires are respectively connected with the output terminal.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment, a shaving socket 10 includes a base 100 and a functional component 200 disposed on the base, where the base 100 is provided with a connection terminal and an output terminal. The connection terminal is used for connecting 220V ac mains supply, and the output terminal is a circuit output end in the functional piece 200.
Specifically, the base 100 is provided with a plurality of screw holes, and the functional element 200 includes a mounting box 210, and the mounting box 210 is fixed on the base 100 by penetrating the screw holes with screws. Thus, when the shaving receptacle 10 is mounted on the 86-type terminal block, the conductive members in the functional member 200 can be easily protected from environmental influences, particularly from the corrosion of humid air in the environment, by closing the conductive members in the functional member 200 by the mounting block 210.
Further, the shaving socket 10 further includes a panel 300, and the panel 300 is covered on the base 100. For example, the panel 300 is provided with a jack 310, and the jack 310 communicates with an output terminal of the base 100. It should be understood that the function member 200 is accommodated in the 86-type junction box, and the panel 300 is used to plug in the electric shaver and start charging by communicating with the output terminal so as to be connected with the circuit inside the function member 200.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5, the functional device 200 includes a transformer 220, a circuit board 230, and a switch 240, wherein two sets of switch wires 260 are disposed on the circuit board 230. The coil of the transformer is wound by adopting 48X30 silicon steel sheets, so that the coil is loaded with 20VA power. Preferably, the circuit board 230 is a printed circuit board, that is, the circuit board 230 is a PCB circuit board, and is used for integrally arranging circuit components, which is beneficial to saving a circuit arrangement space, so that the size of the shaving socket 10 can be reduced, and the fitting and the use of the 86-type junction box can be satisfied. Specifically, the panel 300 is provided with a chute, and the switch 240 is slidably disposed in the chute. For another example, the switch 240 is slidably disposed on a side of the panel 300 facing away from the base 100. When the switch 240 is pushed to slide along the chute from one end to the other end, the two sets of switch wires 260 form a circuit with a series structure, so that the switch controls the output of 230V voltage to meet the requirement of charging the shaver with 230V voltage. Correspondingly, when the switch 240 is pushed to slide along the chute from the other end to one end, the two sets of switch wires 260 form a circuit with a parallel structure, so that the switch 240 controls the voltage of 115V to be output, so as to meet the charging requirement of the shaver with 115V. For example, when the shaver is inserted into the panel 300 through the insertion hole 310, the user can safely and manually push the switch 240 to quickly switch different output voltages so as to adapt to the charging of the shaver with different powers. The input end of the transformer 220 is connected with a connection terminal of the base 100, the output end of the transformer 220 is connected with two groups of switching wires 260, that is, the input end of the coil of the transformer 220 is connected with the connection terminal through a circuit connection wire, and is connected with 220V ac mains supply, and 115V voltage is output after the voltage is reduced and transformed by the transformer 220.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the output ends of the two sets of switching lines 250 are respectively fixed on the circuit board 230 through solder points 260. The two sets of switching lines 250 include a zero line output set and a live line output set, the zero line output set has two zero lines, the live line output set has two live lines, each zero line and each live line are connected with the output end of the voltage transformer. For example, each of the live and neutral wires is respectively fixed to the circuit board 230 through the solder points 260. For example, each of the neutral and live wires of the two sets of switching wires 250 are soldered to the circuit board 230 by a soldering process to form the solder points 260. It should be appreciated that the two sets of the switching lines 250 include four lines, two hot and two neutral lines, respectively, such that the number of tin spots 260 is the same as the number of switching lines 250. That is, when the circuit board 230 is provided with two sets of the switching wires 250, four tin points 260 are correspondingly provided on the circuit board 230, and each of the switching wires 260 is soldered with one tin point 260. Each of the switching wires 250 may be stably fixed to the circuit board 230 through a soldering process.
For example, the switch 240 is connected to the circuit board 230. As an example, referring to fig. 2 to 3, two metal spring plates 270 are disposed on the switch 240, and each metal spring plate 270 is at least movably abutted against the solder point 260. The metal spring plate 270 is a conductive device connected to a circuit, has a certain resistance, and is disposed in the circuit and abuts against one or several tin points 260 used for connecting each of the switching wires 250, so that two groups of switching wires 250 can form a circuit connected in series or parallel. Namely, the switch 240 is connected to the circuit board 230 through a solder point 260 for soldering the switch line 260, and the switch 240 is specifically movably connected to the solder point 260 through the metal spring plate 270, so as to indirectly communicate the switch 240 with the switch line 260, so as to control the switch line 260 to form a series circuit or a parallel circuit, thereby outputting different voltages.
In order to control the series connection of the two sets of switching wires 250 by the switch 240, for example, referring to fig. 4, one of the neutral wires of the neutral wire output set and one of the live wires of the live wire output set are bridged by the metal spring plate 270, and the other of the live wires of the live wire output set is connected with the metal spring plate 270. Namely, two metal spring plates 270 disposed on the switch 250, wherein two ends of one metal spring plate 270 are respectively movably abutted against a tin point of a zero line for fixing the zero line output set and a tin point of a fire wire for fixing the fire wire output set, and the other metal spring plate 270 is movably abutted against a tin point of another fire wire for fixing the fire wire output set. I.e. one of the metal clips 270 abuts against one of the solder points 260, in particular in forming a series circuit. That is, one live wire and one neutral wire of the four output lines are lapped together through the metal elastic sheet 270, and as the tin point 260 has conductivity, one live wire and one neutral wire of two groups of the switching wires in the output end of the transformer 220 can be connected through the metal elastic sheet 270 with conductive property, so that the two groups of the switching wires 250 are connected in series, so as to output 230V voltage, and the shaving razor for supplying 230V voltage is charged for use.
In order to control the parallel connection of the two sets of switching wires 250 through the switch 240, for example, referring to fig. 5, the metal spring plate 270 is bridged between one of the neutral wires of the neutral wire output set and one of the live wires of the live wire output set, and the metal spring plate 270 is bridged between the other neutral wire of the neutral wire output set and the other live wire of the live wire output set. Namely, two metal spring plates 270 disposed on the switch 250, wherein two ends of one metal spring plate 270 are respectively movably abutted against a tin point of one zero line for fixing the zero line output set and a tin point of one live line for fixing the live line output set, and the other metal spring plate 270 is movably abutted against a tin point of the other zero line for fixing the zero line output set and a tin point of the other live line for fixing the live line output set. Namely, one of the metal spring plates 270 abuts against two of the tin points 260, which is realized in forming a parallel circuit. That is, two live wires in the two sets of the switching wires 250 are respectively connected with two neutral wires through one metal spring plate, so as to form a set of parallel circuits, and 115V voltage is formed between each live wire connected through one metal spring plate and one neutral wire, so that the whole parallel circuit outputs 115V voltage, and the charging of the shaver with 115 voltage is facilitated.
Specifically, the tin points 260 include a first tin point, a second tin point, a third tin point and a fourth tin point that are sequentially disposed on the circuit board, where the first tin point is connected with one of the live wires of the live wire output group, the third tin point is connected with another of the live wires of the live wire output group, the second tin point is connected with one of the zero wires of the zero wire output group, and the fourth tin point is connected with another of the zero wires of the zero wire output group. When a series circuit outputting 230V voltage is required to be implemented, for example, the first tin point is connected with the metal spring, and the metal spring is connected between the second tin point and the third tin point. When a parallel circuit outputting 115V voltage is needed, for example, the metal spring is connected between the first tin point 260 and the second tin point, and the metal spring is connected between the third tin point and the fourth tin point. In this way, the four output lines in the two sets of the switching lines 250 are reliably fixed on the circuit board 230 through the four tin points 260, and the two sets of the switching lines 260 are controlled to be connected in series or in parallel through the switch 240, so that the arrangement of complex lines can be effectively saved, the wrong connection lines can be avoided, the design space of the shaving socket can be effectively saved, and the size of the shaving socket can be reduced.
That is, the switch 240 controls the metal spring plate 270 to make sliding contact with different tin points 260, so that a series circuit or a parallel circuit can be formed by the connection relationship between two groups of the switch wires 250 to control the series connection to output 230V voltage and the parallel connection to output 115V voltage, so as to be suitable for charging shavers with different power requirements. Further, the output ends of the two sets of switching lines 260 are connected with the output terminals of the base, that is, the output ends of the two sets of switching lines 260 control the metal spring plates 270 to slide and switch at the tin points 260 through the switch 240 so as to output voltages with different pressures.
As a preferred example, referring to fig. 1 to 5, a shaving socket 10 includes a base 100 and a functional element 200 disposed on the base; the base 100 is provided with a connection terminal and an output terminal; the functional component 200 includes a transformer 220, a circuit board 230, and a switch 240, an input end of the transformer 220 is connected with a connection terminal of the base, an output end of the transformer 220 is connected with two sets of switch wires 260, the two sets of switch wires 250 are disposed on the circuit board 230, the switch 240 is connected with the circuit board 230, the switch 240 is used for controlling to switch the two sets of switch wires 250 to be connected in series or in parallel, and the output ends of the two sets of switch wires are connected with the output terminal.
In the shaving socket 10, two groups of switching wires 250 are arranged on the circuit board 230, and the two groups of switching wires 250 are controlled to be switched by the switch 240 to realize series connection or parallel connection, so that alternating current commercial power connected through the wiring terminals on the base 100 is converted through the transformer 220 to output 230V/115V voltage through the output terminals, thereby meeting the shaving cutters with different powers, and meanwhile, the space occupation ratio of the shaving socket is reduced by adopting a simplified series-parallel switching circuit, so that the shaving socket is matched with an 86-type junction box for installation.
Further, a fuse 280 is connected in series to the input of the transformer 220. Preferably, the fuse 280 is a PTC thermistor, where the PTC thermistor is a semiconductor device with a large positive temperature coefficient, i.e. a temperature sensitive semiconductor resistor, and when the circuit connected to the PTC thermistor exceeds a certain temperature, the resistance value of the PTC thermistor will be increased stepwise with the increase of the temperature, and when the PTC thermistor is used, the PTC thermistor is connected in series with the circuit, and under normal conditions, the resistance value of the PTC thermistor is small, the loss is also small, and the normal operation of the circuit is not affected, but if there is an overcurrent, for example, the temperature of the PTC thermistor will be increased, the resistance value will be increased sharply, and the effect of limiting the current will be achieved, so that the damage to the devices in the circuit can be avoided. When the fault is removed, the PTC temperature automatically drops and returns to a low-resistance state, and normal operation is restored. In this way, when the PTC thermistor is connected in series to the charging circuit of the shaving socket 10, the problem that the shaving socket is easy to burn out when a high-power electric appliance is connected to the shaving socket, so that the use safety is not high and inconvenience is brought to users can be avoided.

It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention.
