In this embodiment, the signals emitted by the plurality of light sources 11 are infrared rays, and of course, in other embodiments, the light sources may be laser light sources, and the laser light sources may emit laser signals of different colors, such as red, blue, green, and the like, and may be set reasonably as needed. The environment detection module 12 is configured to detect environment information where the alarm device is located, and select a specific light source from the plurality of light sources 11 according to the environment information to send a first signal. In this embodiment, the environment information includes light intensity information, and when the intensity of the environment light is greater than a first light intensity threshold (e.g., 10000lx), it indicates that the light intensity of the environment is strong, and the emitted first signal is easily interfered, so that a higher gear of the light source 1 is selected as the signal emitting light source; when the intensity of the ambient light is less than a second light intensity threshold (such as 5000lx), it indicates that the intensity of the ambient light is weak, and the emitted first signal is not easily interfered, so that a lower gear of the light source 1 is selected as a signal emitting light source; of course, in other embodiments, the environmental information may include an ambient temperature, a humidity, and the like, which may be set as appropriate as needed.
Further, because the range of the input signal allowed by different light sources is different, in order to ensure that the light sources can better emit signals, as shown in fig. 3, the signal emitting module 1 further includes a signal generating module 13 connected to the environment detecting module 12 and also connected to the plurality of light sources 11, and generates a modulation signal according to the environment information detected by the environment detecting module 12, and sends the modulation signal to a specific light source among the plurality of light sources 11.
The signal receiving module 2 is used for receiving the second signal and controlling whether the alarm module 3 sends alarm information or not according to the second signal; the second signal is a signal after the first signal is propagated. The signal receiving module 2 is further configured to control the alarm module 3 to send out alarm information when the strength of the first signal and the strength of the second signal are greater than a first predetermined threshold, specifically, because the second signal is a signal obtained after the first signal is propagated, the strength of the first signal is closer to the strength of the second signal under the condition that no power worker enters the electric power, and when the power worker enters the interval by mistake, the strength of the first signal is significantly greater than the strength of the second signal, so that the first predetermined threshold can be set as a judgment basis, and the first predetermined threshold can be reasonably set according to an actual application occasion; and/or when the time interval between the receiving time and the sending time is greater than a second preset threshold value, controlling the alarm module 3 to send alarm information, wherein the second preset threshold value is reasonably set according to the actual application occasion; the receiving time is the time when the signal receiving module 2 receives the second signal, and the sending time is the time when the signal sending module 1 sends the first signal. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the signal receiving module 2 includes a light receiving source module 21, a signal processing module 22 and a single chip microcomputer 23, and the light receiving source module 21 receives the second signal; the signal processing module 22 is connected to the light source receiving module 21 and also connected to the single chip 23, and amplifies, filters, and the like the second signal, and sends the processed signal to the single chip 23, the single chip 23 is connected to the alarm module 3, in practical application, as shown in fig. 5, an obstacle 7 is arranged outside the alarm device for reflecting the first signal, the obstacle 7 can be arranged separately, or devices and the like on the operation site can be used as obstacles, such as fence piles, the second signal is a signal transmitted by the first signal after being reflected by the obstacle 7, when an electric power operator mistakenly enters an interval, the intensity of the second signal can be attenuated and even be cut off, the second signal received by the light source receiving module 21 is an abnormal signal, the signal transmitted to the alarm module 3 by the single chip 23 can trigger the alarm module 3 to send alarm information, otherwise, when no operator mistakenly enters the interval, the second signal is a normal signal, and the alarm module 3 cannot be triggered to send alarm information; of course, in other embodiments, the signal receiving module 2 may also have multiple implementation forms, such as a light receiving source module, a single chip microcomputer or a light receiving source module, a signal processing module, a hardware control chip, and the like, as long as the function can be implemented, and the function can be reasonably set as required.
And the alarm module 3 is connected with the signal receiving module 2, and sends alarm information when the second signal is abnormal, and does not send alarm information when the second signal is normal. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the alarm module 3 includes an alarm device 31 and an alarm control module 32, the alarm control module 32 is connected to the alarm device 31 and is further connected to the single chip microcomputer 23 in the signal receiving module 2, the alarm control module 32 controls the alarm device 31 to send out alarm information according to the received signal output by the single chip microcomputer 23, the alarm device 31 is an audible and visual alarm, the alarm information is audible and visual information, and the sound information may include information such as a power equipment number.
The alarm device integrates sound and light signals into a whole, carries out alarm prompt from the aspects of vision and hearing, is matched with the safety fence for use, improves the warning effect of safety isolation measures, is detachable, has light weight and small occupied volume, and can be arranged on field equipment, a guardrail and other components at any time according to specific electric power operation requirements; the intelligent warning board can also be matched with other electric equipment or warning signs and the like for use, so that the warning effect is enhanced in the aspects of vision and hearing; different light sources are selected for use under different working environments, so that the device can be better suitable for actual operation sites, the requirements of diversified working conditions are met, and the application range is wider.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, the alarm device further includes a power supply module 4, which is respectively connected to the signal transmitting module 1, the signal receiving module 2, and the alarm module 3, and is configured to provide power required by the signal transmitting module 1, the signal receiving module 2, and the alarm module 3. Because the lithium battery has the advantages of small volume, light weight, high energy density, low cost and the like, the power supply module 4 is a lithium battery in the embodiment, and of course, in other embodiments, the power supply module 4 may be a rechargeable battery or a storage battery or a button battery, and the like, and is reasonably arranged as required.
Since there are many high-pressure chambers that cannot be detected by infrared in the electric power operation site, the doors of the high-pressure chambers cannot be opened under normal conditions, and in order to avoid the operator from entering the high-pressure chambers by mistake, it is also necessary to install an alarm device on the doors, and further, on the basis of the above alarm device, as shown in fig. 8, the device further includes a suction device 5 connected in series with the power supply module 4 and the alarm module 3 for sending out alarm information when the door state changes. Because the ferromagnetic attraction device is convenient to install, convenient to use, low in power consumption and low in cost, in the embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the attraction device 5 is a ferromagnetic attraction device and is connected with the alarm device 31 in the alarm module 3; the attraction device 5, the power supply module 4 and the alarm device 31 form a series alarm loop, the attraction device 5 is an adsorption switch arranged on the door 8, the adsorption switch adopts magnetic adsorption, the moving contact iron sheet 51 is adsorbed on the permanent magnet 52 when the door is closed, the contact of the alarm loop is reliably disconnected, the moving contact iron sheet 51 returns to the original position when the door 8 is opened, and the audible and visual alarm is reliably connected after returning to the original position; of course, in other embodiments, other types of suction devices may be used, such as an electromagnetic switch, or other switches that can achieve similar functions, and the suction devices may be reasonably arranged according to needs. In the present embodiment, the fixing devices are a suction device 61 and a binding device 62, wherein: the adsorption device 61 has magnetism and can be directly adsorbed and fixed with metal, and the adsorption device is a sticker with magnetism and can be conveniently adsorbed on the surface of metal equipment; the binding device 62 can be bound and fixed with nonmetal or metal, and the binding device 62 is two ropes which can be tied on metal equipment or other special components; the alarm device is easy to install and convenient to detach, and in other embodiments, the fixing device 6 can be a clamping device and can be reasonably arranged as required.
