The end cover 7 is structured such that the opening of one of the battery slots 20a is exposed to the outside, and the battery 6 in the battery slot 20a can be replaced and repaired without disassembling the end cover 7; compared with the prior art, the end cover 7 is smaller in size, so that the size of the spoke motor is reduced, the structure is more compact, the assembly of the end cover 7 on the spoke motor is facilitated, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
