The invention is suitable for mechanical arm feeding and manual feeding, the bottom plate is designed to be used for placing a mobile phone in a profiling way, then the SP is placed on the middle plate of the mobile phone for outer frame shaping and inner cavity shaping, and then the SP is pressed by an upper die for laser welding, so that the middle plate is connected with the SP without manual operation, and the manpower resource is greatly saved.
4. The invention adopts two-dimension code recognition to avoid the occurrence of the phenomenon of tool confusion.

a long-side cylinder connecting plate 7 is fixed on the outer side end surfaces of two long sides of the jig seat 1 through a supporting sleeve 6 respectively, 1 large round hole is formed in the center of the upper part of the long-side cylinder connecting plate 7, and 3 small round holes are formed in the lower part of the long-side cylinder connecting plate 7 side by side; the outer side surface of the long-side cylinder connecting plate 7 is fixedly provided with 1 large cylinder 8 and 3 small cylinders 9; the telescopic rod of the large cylinder 8 passes through the large round hole on the long-side cylinder connecting plate 7 and then is connected with a long-side extrusion block 10, the long-side extrusion block 10 is positioned on the upper surface of the long side of the jig base 1, long-side limiting blocks 11 are arranged on the long-side extrusion block 10, the left end and the right end of the long-side extrusion block 10 are respectively provided with an outer pressing block 16, and the left and the right outer pressing blocks 16 are both fixed on the upper surface of the long side of the jig base 1; the telescopic rods of the 3 small cylinders 9 respectively pass through the small round holes on the corresponding long-side cylinder connecting plates 7 and then are connected with the bottom ends of the vertical sections of the 3 inner support sliding blocks 12, and the front end of the horizontal section of each inner support sliding block 12 respectively passes through the corresponding inner support sliding block channel and is connected with one inner support block 5;
a short-side cylinder connecting plate 13 is fixed on the outer side end surfaces of two short sides of the jig base 1 through the supporting sleeve 6 respectively, 1 large round hole is formed in the center of the upper part of the short-side cylinder connecting plate 13, and 2 small round holes are formed in the lower part of the short-side cylinder connecting plate 13 side by side; 1 large cylinder 8 and 2 small cylinders 9 are fixed on the outer side surface of the short-side cylinder connecting plate 13; the telescopic rod of the large cylinder 8 passes through the large round hole on the short-side cylinder connecting plate 13 and then is connected with a short-side extrusion block 14, the short-side extrusion block 14 is positioned on the upper surface of the short side of the jig base 1, a short-side limiting block 15 is arranged on the short-side extrusion block 14, the left end and the right end of the short-side extrusion block 14 are respectively provided with an outer pressing block 16, and the left and the right outer pressing blocks 16 are both fixed on the upper surface of the short side of the jig base 1; the telescopic rods of the 2 small cylinders 9 respectively penetrate through the corresponding small round holes in the short-side cylinder connecting plates 13 and then are connected with the bottom ends of the vertical sections of the inner support sliding blocks 12, and the front ends of the horizontal sections of the inner support sliding blocks 12 respectively penetrate through the corresponding inner support sliding block channels and are connected with one inner support block 5.
Further, a guide post 17 is respectively disposed at the left and right ends of the long-side cylinder connecting plate 7 and the left and right ends of the short-side cylinder connecting plate 13, and the left and right ends of the long-side extrusion block 10 and the left and right ends of the short-side extrusion block 14 are respectively sleeved on the left and right guide posts 17.
Further, a bus plate 18 for air pipe connection is commonly arranged on the large cylinder 8 and the small cylinder 9 on any surface.

After the mobile phone middle plate is placed on the jig base by the six-axis manipulator or manually, the mobile phone middle plate is symmetrically extruded before the long-side extrusion block, then the short-side extrusion block is extruded, the inner support block supports the inside of the mobile phone middle plate (the inner support block has a little floating to cope with the shaping position of the middle plate product) inside the mobile phone middle plate, finally, the SP is placed on the SP locating pin, and then the mobile phone middle plate enters the radium welding machine for laser welding.
