Description

Operation method and device for NFC application in electronic terminal
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to an operating method and an operating device for an NFC application in an electronic terminal.
Background
Near Field Communication (NFC) is a short-range, high-frequency radio technology that allows contactless point-to-point data transmission and exchange of data between electronic devices.
Due to the high security of NFC, NFC technology is becoming popular, and many electronic devices have integrated NFC functionality, such as televisions, mobile phones, speakers, shared bicycles, and so on.
An NFC-enabled electronic device includes three functional entities, namely a Device Host (DH), an NFC controller (NFCC), and a Security Element (SE).
Among them, DH is responsible for NFCC management, such as initialization, configuration, and power management; the NFCC is responsible for physical transmission of data through a radio frequency interface and an antenna; the SE provides a secure execution environment for the NFC application, such as authentication, authorization, and the like.
At present, NFC applications do not form a unified specification, and multiple parties such as a mobile operator, an electronic device manufacturer, and an application manufacturer respectively dominate customization of SEs, so that multiple SEs may exist in one electronic device.
When using the NFC application, a user needs to manually configure routing information of the NFCC, and connect a corresponding SE to operate according to the routing information.
For example, a certain brand of mobile phone names its SE as "NFC security chip" which contains two sub-parts named: "card 1: operator name "," built-in security chip "; another brand of cell phone names its SE: "Default wallet," which contains two subparts named: the NFC operation can be performed by using the wallet, the Pay, the bus card (where "×" is a brand name), and the HCE wallet, after the user clicks a corresponding option.
The routing information of the NFCC is different due to different SEs, and the mode of manually configuring the routing information of the NFCC is complex in operation and consumes more time, and a user can easily select the wrong SE, so that the operation is problematic.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of an operation method of an NFC application in an electronic terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 101, initializing a routing table.
In specific implementation, the embodiments of the present invention may be applied to electronic terminals such as mobile terminals, for example, mobile phones, tablet computers, personal digital assistants, wearable devices (such as glasses, watches, and the like), and the like.
The operating systems of these electronic terminals may include Android (Android), IOS, Windows Phone, Windows, and so on.
A DH, NFCC, SE, and other functional entities are configured in the electronic terminal, and the NFCC is connected to the DH and to one or more SE(s), for supporting the running of NFC applications, such as a payment application (also called wallet), a card emulation application, and so on.
In a particular implementation, the NFCC of the electronic terminal is configured to instantiate an air interface that other devices, external or remote, may use to communicate with the SE.
In the electronic terminal, various types of SEs may be provided.
For example, the SE may be a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card, which is also called a Single Wire Protocol (SWP) SIM card, and the SWP SIM card may be addressed via a communication channel.
Also for example, the SE is addressed by an electronic terminal's secure chip (eSE), which may be addressed via a communication channel.
Also for example, the SE is a Host-based card emulation module (HCE) in the operating system of the electronic terminal, and the HCE may be addressed via a communication channel.
Of course, the above SE is only an example, and when implementing the embodiment of the present invention, other SEs may be set according to practical situations, for example, a removable SD Card (Secure Digital Memory Card), a UICC (universal integrated Circuit Card), and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention. In addition, besides the above SE, a person skilled in the art may also use other SEs according to actual needs, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to this.
Different SEs may host (host) various NFC applications by providing storage, processing, and/or security functions, and if an NFC application is hosted by a different SE, in this embodiment of the present invention, in order to enable the NFCC to determine a correct SE and establish a correct communication channel, corresponding routing information of the NFC controller may be configured in advance for the different NFC applications to generate a routing table.
Step 102, receiving an operation request of the NFC application.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the NFC application in the electronic terminal is called, and relevant operations, such as payment, card swiping, and the like, may be performed.
Step 103, inquiring the routing information of the NFC controller corresponding to the NFC application in the routing table according to the operation request.
In a specific implementation, a corresponding relationship between the NFC application and the routing information of the NFC controller is recorded in the routing table, and if an operation request of the NFC application is received, the routing information of the NFC controller corresponding to the NFC application may be searched in the routing table according to the corresponding relationship.
In one embodiment of the present invention, step 103 may comprise the following sub-steps:
and a substep S11 of querying an application identification of the NFC application according to the operation request.
And a substep S12, querying the routing table for the routing information of the NFC controller corresponding to the application identifier of the NFC application.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the NFC application may be characterized by an application identifier, where the application identifier may refer to information capable of representing a uniquely determined NFC application, for example, a package name (Packages name).
Therefore, the correspondence between the application identifier of the NFC application and the routing information of the NFC controller is recorded in a preset routing table, and an example of this may be as shown in the following table:
Key-String Value-Int
Packages-Name NFCC-Route-Value
wherein, Key-String records the application identifier (such as packet name) of the NFC application, and Value-Int records the corresponding routing information of the NFCC.
And 104, calling a corresponding safety unit SE according to the routing information of the NFC controller.
If the routing information of the NFCC is determined, a communication channel between the NFCC and the SE may be established according to the routing information.
The SE provides a safe storage for sensitive information and a safe execution environment for transaction transactions, the NFC chip serves as a non-contact communication front end, transmits a command received from an external reader-writer to the SE, and then the command is processed by the SE and replied through the NFCC, so that operations such as payment and card swiping are performed.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the routing information of the NFC controller corresponding to the NFC application is inquired in the preset routing table according to the operation request of the NFC application, and the corresponding safety unit is called to operate according to the routing information of the NFC controller, so that the routing information of the NFC controller is automatically configured, manual selection by a user is not needed, the simplicity and convenience of operation are greatly improved, the consumed time is reduced, in addition, the routing information of the NFC controller is automatically configured, even under the condition that the number of safety units is large and the routing information of the NFC controller is different, the correct routing information of the NFC controller can still be accurately inquired, the correct safety unit is linked to carry out operation, the correctness of operation is ensured, and the problem of operation is avoided.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating steps of another method for operating an NFC application in an electronic terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 201, identifying the type of NFC application.
In specific implementation, development of each NFC application needs to comply with a certain NFC specification, and a related service for implementing an NFC card simulation function needs to be provided, so that it is possible to distinguish which applications support NFC and which applications do not support NFC in an operating system.
In one embodiment of the present invention, step 201 may include the following sub-steps:
sub-step S21, the application identification of the NFC application is queried.
And a substep S22, matching the application identifier of the NFC application with the application identifier in a preset NFC application table.
And a substep S23, when the matching is successful, extracting a type corresponding to the application identifier in the NFC application table as the type of the NFC application.
By applying the embodiment of the present invention, since application identifiers (such as package names) of different types of NFC applications may be recorded in advance and recorded in an NFC application table, examples thereof may be shown in the following table:
Key-Int Value-String
Packges-Id Packages-name
wherein, Key-Int records the unique Id number (Packages-Id) of the NFC application, and Value-String records the application identification (such as package name) of the NFC application.
In a specific implementation, a listener (e.g., a packagememotor) may be set in the operating system to listen to the application in the operating system.
When a certain application triggers a condition (such as installation, update, and the like), an application (i.e., an NFC application) supporting an NFC function in an operating system is read, for example, a PAYMENT application (PAYMENT _ paymate) meeting an industrial standard, and then each NFC application and an NFC application table are traversed in a loop, so as to determine the type of the NFC application, perform initialization of the NFC application, and finally form a routing table.
Step 202, determining a secure element SE according to the type of the NFC application.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the NFC applications of the same type have the same or similar specifications, and the same or similar SE is selected, so that the corresponding SE may be determined according to the type to which the NFC application belongs, so as to initialize the NFC application.
In one example of an embodiment of the present invention, the types include one or more of a first type, a second type, a third type, and a fourth type, and in this example, step 202 may include the following sub-steps:
substep S31, if the NFC application belongs to the first type, reading the first SIM card or the second SIM card selected by the user.
Substep S32, determining whether the first SIM card or the second SIM card supports a secure element SE as NFC; if yes, go to substep S33.
Sub-step S33, determining that the first SIM card or the second SIM card is a security element SE.
For a mobile terminal customized by a mobile operator, if NFC is supported, an NFC application of the mobile operator is usually preset, and an SWP-SIM-based NFC application is supported.
For a mobile terminal customized by a non-mobile operator, if NFC is also supported, after the SWP-SIM card is replaced, an NFC application of the mobile operator may also be installed.
In this example, the first type may include NFC applications where the mobile operator supports dual SWP-SIM cards.
When the NFC card simulation service runs, the NFC application of the current mobile operator is read first, and then the SE selected by the current user, that is, the first SIM card and the second SIM card, is read.
It should be noted that, if the first SIM card is the SWP-SIM1, the second SIM card is the SWP-SIM2, and if the first SIM card is the SWP-SIM2, the second SIM card is the SWP-SIM1, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
Since not all SIM cards support SE as NFC, it is necessary to detect whether the SIM card selected by the user supports SE as NFC, and under the premise of support, it may be determined that the selected SIM card is SE as NFC.
Substep S34, if the NFC application belongs to the second type, reading a specified SIM card;
substep S35, determining whether the specified SIM card supports a secure element SE as NFC; if yes, go to substep S36.
Sub-step S36, determining said designated SIM card as the security element SE.
In this example, the second type may include NFC applications where the mobile operator supports a single SWP-SIM card.
It should be noted that the NFC chip may support dual SWP-SIMs as the SE of NFC, the mobile operator may make an explicit support description for the customized mobile terminal, and specify the SIM card in the support case, and for the non-customized mobile terminal, the mobile terminal manufacturer determines the support case of the SWP-SIM as the SE of NFC, and specifies the SIM card in the support case.
Generally, the NFC application of the mobile operator supports SWP-SIM1 as an SE for NFC, and thus, SWP-SIM1 may be set as an SE in the case where it supports an SE as NFC as a designated SIM card.
Of course, in the case that the NFC application of the mobile operator supports the SWP-SIM2 as the SE of NFC, the SWP-SIM2 may also be used as a specified SIM card, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
And a substep S37, reading a secure chip as a secure element SE if the NFC application belongs to the third type.
In this example, the third type may include an NFC application of the mobile terminal vendor.
The NFC application of a mobile terminal manufacturer is usually based on eSE as SE of NFC, and the NFC application of each mobile terminal manufacturer cannot be used for mobile terminals produced by other mobile terminal manufacturers, but can only be used for mobile terminals produced by itself, and is pre-installed in the mobile terminals when leaving a factory.
Thus, for the third type of NFC application, eSE may be taken as the SE of NFC.
Substep S38, if said NFC application is of said fourth type, reading a host-based card emulation module as a security element SE.
In this example, the fourth type may include NFC applications of the application producer, such as payment applications of the unions and banks.
And the fourth type of NFC uses HCE based on an operating system as SE of NFC and does not use hardware of the mobile terminal as SE of NFC, core data of the user is stored to the cloud end through the network, and the NFC application is connected with the cloud end to acquire the core data for operation during operation.
The NFC application of the fourth type may install multiple different NFC applications in the same mobile terminal, and the NFC applications are various and users may change the NFC application used at any time, so records of multiple NFC applications may be stored in the routing table, and when the NFC application changes (such as addition, deletion, update, and the like), the routing table also needs to be updated at any time.
Of course, the above-mentioned manner of determining the SE is only an example, and when implementing the embodiment of the present invention, other manners of determining the SE may be set according to actual situations, such as using an SD card as the SE of NFC, and the like. In addition, besides the above-mentioned manner for determining SE, a person skilled in the art may also use other manners for determining SE according to actual needs, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Step 203, determining routing information of the NFC controller based on the secure element SE.
And 204, recording the corresponding relation between the NFC application and the routing information of the NFC controller in a routing table.
If the SE corresponding to the NFC application is determined, the routing information of the NFCC may be configured for the SE and recorded in the routing table.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the NFC application may be characterized by an application identifier (e.g., a packet name), and in an embodiment of the present invention, a corresponding relationship between the application identifier of the NFC application and the routing information of the NFC controller may be recorded in a routing table.
Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart illustrating steps of a method for operating an NFC application in an electronic terminal according to another embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 301, recording routing information of the NFC controller selected by the user in the NFC application.
Step 302, recording a corresponding relationship between the NFC application and the routing information of the NFC controller in a routing table.
In the embodiment of the invention, the routing information of the NFCC can be automatically learned by analyzing the user operation.
In specific implementation, usage habits (such as a bank card, a mobile terminal, and a SIM card) of a user are not changed frequently and are stable within a certain time, so that when an NFCC route is selected for the first time, the user can manually select NFCC route information of each NFC application, and each time the NFCC route information is selected, the current NFC application and NFCC route information can be recorded in a route table.
When the user uses the NFCC routing information for a period of time, a stable routing table can be formed, and at this time, the NFCC routing information can be automatically configured by switching to the selection option of the default NFCC routing information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the NFC application may be characterized by an application identifier (e.g., a packet name), and in the embodiment of the present invention, the application identifier of the NFC application may be queried, and a corresponding relationship between the application identifier of the NFC application and the routing information of the NFC controller is recorded in a preset routing table.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the illustrated order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the embodiments of the present invention. Further, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no particular act is required to implement the invention.
