For example, some operations/steps may be decomposed, and some operations/steps may be combined or partially combined, so that the actual execution sequence may be changed according to the actual situation.
FIG. 1 shows a flow diagram of disease specific criteria field precipitation according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the specific disease standard field precipitation method may include the following steps:
step S110, acquiring the definition of the disease-specific standard field from a standard field definition set based on the identifier of the disease-specific standard field;
step S120, receiving user input and determining the value range and the processing method of the special disease standard field based on the user input;
and S130, precipitating the disease-specific standard field based on the definition, the value range and the processing method of the disease-specific standard field.
According to the special illness standard field precipitation method in the present exemplary embodiment, the definition of the special illness standard field is acquired from the standard field definition set based on the identifier of the special illness standard field, and the definition of the special illness standard field can be standardized and normalized; the special disease standard field is precipitated based on the definition, value range and processing method of the special disease standard field, and the special disease standard field can be precipitated through unified standards, so that the reusability of the special disease standard field can be improved.
Next, the specific disease standard field precipitation method in the present exemplary embodiment will be described in detail.
In step S110, the definition of the disease-specific standard field is acquired from the standard field definition set based on the identifier of the disease-specific standard field.
In the present example embodiment, the standard field definition set may be a set of common standard field definitions made according to the specialist standard specification. The Identifier of the disease specific standard field may be a definition ID (Identifier) of the disease specific standard field in the standard field definition set. The definition of the disease specific standard field may be obtained from a standard field definition set based on the definition ID of the disease specific standard field.
In step S120, a user input is received and a value range and a processing method of the disease-specific standard field are determined based on the user input.
In this example embodiment, the content of the disease-specific standard field may include a field definition, one or more value ranges of the field, one or more methods of processing the field, and an accompanying relationship of the field. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, after the definition of the disease-specific standard field is obtained, the user may select the value range and the processing method of the disease-specific standard field according to the definition of the disease-specific standard field, and when receiving the selection operation of the user, the value range and the processing method of the disease-specific standard field may be determined according to the selection operation of the user.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a set of referenced value ranges may be selected before the value ranges are newly created. When a value range is newly created, a page for editing a value range object is popped up, for example, the value range 1 is "liver parenchyma fibrosis degree", the data type of the value range is a binary variable, and the data type of the value range may also be an enumerated value. Furthermore, the value range can be referred to as an independent object by other disease-specific standard fields. Further, in the present example embodiment, the processing method may include: the method comprises the following steps of paper medical record source, processing difficulty grading, processing logic text description, version of PP (Patient Profile, namely all relevant medical data sets of Patient dimension), PP source path, L3 field (scientific research field) processing code logic, information such as whether the field is a Patient field, Patient access measurement, corresponding available value domain correspondence and the like. The processing method of the disease-specific standard field can be determined according to the selection operation or the input operation of the user. In addition, the processing method of the special standard field can be determined by referring to the processing method information of the field imported by other items.
Further, in the present exemplary embodiment, the value range of the disease-specific standard field may also be determined from the value ranges of fields imported from other disease-specific projects. In this case, the value range information of the fields of other disease-specific items can be acquired by selecting "value range information reference" shown in fig. 2.
Further, in the exemplary embodiment, the processing method may be associated with a value range, such as a "disease-specific criteria field a" (e.g., "age" field), definitionsid: 1234 xxxxxx, version id: 0; attribute definition, encoding: 0; two ranges are referenced, namely "range B" and "range C," and "range B" (e.g., "0 to 150 years old") is encoded: 5678XXX, version ID: 0, "value domain C" (e.g., value domain "childhood, adolescent, young age, middle age, old age"): 9012XXX, version ID: 0. two machining methods such as "machining method D" and "machining method E" may be set for this field, where "machining method D (for example," machining method manually input ") is common to both value ranges, and" machining method E (for example, "machining method" of selecting age value from case top page) "is tried only in" value range B ".
Next, in step S130, the disease-specific standard field is deposited based on its definition, value range, and processing method.
In the present exemplary embodiment, after the definition, the value range, and the processing method of the special disease standard field are obtained, the special disease standard field may be saved in the standard field set. The standard field set is a set of standard fields formed by standardization and a directory structure. The special disease standard field is precipitated, so that the special disease field can be normalized and standardized, fields do not need to be redefined and data processing does not need to be carried out in a special disease project, and the project efficiency can be improved.
In addition, the disease-specific standard field may also include the concomitant relationship of this field, such as the relationship of the dosage and the dosage unit, and the derivative relationship, such as the relationship of leukocytes and first leukocytes after surgery. The companion relationship or derivative relationship of the disease-specific standard field can be obtained through the field directory structure.
Further, in the present exemplary embodiment, the corresponding standard field in the standard specialty project may also be updated based on the identifier of each of the specialty standard fields. For example, the identifier of the disease-specific standard field may include a version number of the disease-specific standard field, and when the disease-specific standard field is updated, the version number of the disease-specific standard field may be changed, and then, information of the disease-specific standard field may be acquired based on the version number of the disease-specific standard field, so that the corresponding standard field in the standard disease-specific project is updated according to the information of the disease-specific standard field of the new version number. In addition, when the special illness standard field is updated, the change information of the special illness standard field can be recorded through a log.
FIG. 4 shows a flowchart for generating a specific illness template according to an exemplary embodiment of the invention.
Referring to fig. 4, in step S410, a disease-specific standard field corresponding to a disease-specific template is obtained from the disease-specific standard fields of the sediment.
In the present exemplary embodiment, the disease-specific template is a set and directory structure of customized standard fields and non-standard fields preset for a disease-specific, mainly for an operation requiring selection of many fields from a standard field set and/or a non-standard field set.
Further, in the present exemplary embodiment, the corresponding field may be acquired from the precipitated disease specific standard field according to the identifier of the disease specific standard field. In addition, the non-standard fields may be acquired from the non-standard field set, and the non-standard fields may be standardized, or corresponding fields may be selected from other specific disease templates.
In step S420, the value range and the processing method of the acquired disease-specific standard field are determined, and the disease-specific template is generated based on the value range and the processing method of the acquired disease-specific standard field.
In this exemplary embodiment, after the disease-specific standard field is obtained, the value range and the processing method of the disease-specific standard field may be obtained, and the corresponding disease-specific template is generated based on the obtained value range and the processing method of the disease-specific standard field.
FIG. 5 shows a schematic diagram of a disease specific template according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 5, the specific disease is "colorectal cancer", and the fields required by the specific disease template may include: process fields, diagnostic records, substrate information, visit records, pathology records, examinations, molecular pathology, pre-treatment examinations, physical examinations, radiotherapy records, chemotherapy records, targeted therapies, immunotherapy, surgical records, physician's advice information, and the like. The definition, value range and processing method of the fields can be obtained, and the disease-specific template is generated based on the definition, value range and processing method of each field.
Fig. 6 shows a schematic flow diagram for generating a standard disease-specific project according to a third embodiment of the invention.
Referring to fig. 6, in step S610, a special illness criterion field corresponding to a standard special illness item is obtained from the special illness criterion field of the sediment.
In the exemplary embodiment, when generating the standard special disease item, the special disease standard field corresponding to the standard special disease item may be obtained from the special disease standard field containing the precipitate, the non-standard field may be obtained from the non-standard field set, and the required field may be obtained from the special disease template, which is also within the protection scope of the present invention.
In step S620, the value range and the processing method of the acquired disease-specific standard field are determined, and the standard disease-specific item is generated based on the value range and the processing method of the acquired disease-specific standard field.
In this example embodiment, after the disease-specific standard field is obtained, the value range and the processing method of the disease-specific standard field may be obtained, and the corresponding standard disease item is generated based on the obtained value range and the processing method of the disease-specific standard field.
In addition, in order to improve the efficiency of generating the standard special disease project, the special disease template, the value range of the acquired special disease standard field and the processing method can be combined to generate the corresponding standard special disease project.
FIG. 7 illustrates a schematic diagram of an interactive interface corresponding to a set of criteria fields, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 7, in the present exemplary embodiment, after the disease specific standard field is generated, the disease specific standard field may be edited on the standard field set interface. The disease-specific standard field shown in fig. 7 is "gastric cancer", and the attributes of the standard field, i.e., the chinese name, english name, field definition, and field value field, can be edited. The processing method of the standard field may be edited, and for example, the processing method information of the field into which another item is introduced may be referred to.
FIG. 8 illustrates a diagram of importing a disease specific criteria field in a standard disease specific project according to an example embodiment of the invention. Referring to fig. 8, when "import item" is clicked, an interface pops up first to select a category directory of a standard field set as an import directory, and then the interface pops up as follows. After the import is completed, the fields (containing a secondary directory structure) in the selected leaves in the item are imported into the target classification directory. In the fields after the standard special disease items are imported, the attribute contents partially filled in the standard fields can be defined according to the fields in the items, and the method comprises the following steps: the system comprises a field Chinese name, a field English name, a field definition, a value range information reference (comprising a value range, a unit, a value range standard and a data type), a processing method information reference (comprising a paper medical record source, a processing difficulty rating, a processing logic text description, an item PP version, a PP source path, an L3 field processing code logic, a patient field, a patient access strategy and the like).
