The driving assembly 30 in the embodiment of the invention is supported on the ground, the lower surface of the driving assembly is fixedly connected with the ground, the upper end of the driving assembly is provided with a lifting arm, the lifting arm is connected with the lower end of the furnace wall cover 10, and the furnace wall cover 10 can move up and down along with the lifting arm. The crane opens the basket and the scrap in the basket falls into the bath of the electric arc furnace 40 and generates a large amount of smoke. Because the dust removing component is opened, negative pressure is formed in the dust suction hole 14 and the hollow cavity 13 of the furnace wall cover 10, and the generated smoke dust sequentially passes through the dust suction hole 14, the hollow cavity 13 and the dust removing pipeline 20 on the furnace wall cover 10 and then enters the dust removing fan, so that the purpose of collecting and removing the smoke dust is achieved.
