本发明涉及一种可自动追光的LED射灯,其特征在于,包括LED射灯和支撑架,所述的支撑架的上端设置有红外定位装置和自动旋转控制器,所述的支撑架的下端外侧设置有旋转电机,所述的旋转电机上设置有伸缩杆,所述的伸缩杆与伸缩板相连接,所述的伸缩板外侧与旋转卡块相连接,所述的LED射灯上设置与固定卡块,所述的固定卡块之间设置有固定卡槽。所述的LED射灯反射器表面镀有防眩光涂层。本发明,实现了灯具的照射角度的调节,实现人的定位照明和自动追光,其自动化程度高,安全性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED照明技术领域,具体涉及一种可自动追光的LED射灯。
背景技术
目前LED光源是目前最具有发展前景的照明光源,具有节能环保、使用寿命长、体积小和光照效果好的优点,跟传统的白炽灯、荧光灯和节能灯相比具有更大的应用前景。根据人们生活工作环境的各不同,我们现已经生产满足需要的不同LED灯,其中包括LED射灯。
应用于家庭中的LED射灯都是固定安装,照射的角度和面积均是固定,这样并不能满足人们的更好的生活需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种可自动追光的LED射灯。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种可自动追光的LED射灯,其特征在于,包括LED射灯和支撑架,所述的支撑架的上端设置有红外定位装置和自动旋转控制器,所述的支撑架的下端外侧设置有旋转电机,所述的旋转电机上设置有伸缩杆,所述的伸缩杆与伸缩板相连接,所述的伸缩板外侧与旋转卡块相连接,所述的LED射灯上设置与固定卡块,所述的固定卡块之间设置有固定卡槽;
所述的LED射灯包括灯壳、驱动电源、散热装置、LED陶瓷基板、LED光源和反射器;所述的灯壳内设置有驱动电源,所述的灯壳前端设置有LED陶瓷基板和反射器,所述的LED陶瓷基板正面上均匀设置有LED光源,所述的LED陶瓷基板背面设置有散热装置,所述的散热装置为呈放射状的导热管,所述的散热装置通过石墨导热片与LED陶瓷基板相连接,所述的LED陶瓷基板连同LED光源放置在所述的反射器中。
进一步地,所述的红外定位装置包括红外传感器和单片机。
进一步地,所述的反射器为镀有防眩光涂层的铝制反射器。
进一步地,所述的灯壳开设有通气孔,所述的通气孔一侧设置有防水通气膜。
进一步地,所述的旋转电机为双转向步进电机。
本发明的有益效果是:可实现通过红外定位装置对人的位置进行定位,通过自动旋转器对伸缩杆和旋转电机的控制实现了对灯具的照射角度的调节,可实现人的定位照明和自动追光,其自动化程度高,安全性能好。

如图1所示,一种可自动追光的LED射灯,其特征在于,包括LED射灯11和支撑架1,所述的支撑架1的上端设置有红外定位装置2和自动旋转控制器3,所述的支撑架1的下端外侧设置有旋转电机5,所述的旋转电机5上设置有伸缩杆6,所述的伸缩杆6与伸缩板7相连接,所述的伸缩板7外侧与旋转卡块8相连接,所述的LED射灯11上设置与固定卡块9,所述的固定卡块9之间设置有固定卡槽10;
所述的LED射灯11包括灯壳4、驱动电源12、散热装置14、LED陶瓷基板16、LED光源17和反射器18;所述的灯壳4内设置有驱动电源12,所述的灯壳4前端设置有LED陶瓷基板16和反射器18,所述的LED陶瓷基板16正面上均匀设置有LED光源17,所述的LED陶瓷基板16背面设置有散热装置14,所述的散热装置14为呈放射状的导热管,所述的散热装置14通过石墨导热片15与LED陶瓷基板16相连接,所述的LED陶瓷基板16连同LED光源17放置在所述的反射器18中。
进一步地,所述的红外定位装置2包括红外传感器和单片机。
进一步地,所述的反射器18为镀有防眩光涂层的铝制反射器。
进一步地,所述的灯壳4开设有通气孔13,所述的通气孔13一侧设置有防水通气膜。
进一步地,所述的旋转电机5为双转向步进电机。

1.一种可自动追光的LED射灯,其特征在于,包括LED射灯(11)和支撑架(1),所述的支撑架(1)的上端设置有红外定位装置(2)和自动旋转控制器(3),所述的支撑架(1)的下端外侧设置有旋转电机(5),所述的旋转电机(5)上设置有伸缩杆(6),所述的伸缩杆(6)与伸缩板(7)相连接,所述的伸缩板(7)外侧与旋转卡块(8)相连接,所述的LED射灯(11)上设置与固定卡块(9),所述的固定卡块(9)之间设置有固定卡槽(10);
所述的LED射灯(11)包括灯壳(4)、驱动电源(12)、散热装置(14)、LED陶瓷基板(16)、LED光源(17)和反射器(18);所述的灯壳(4)内设置有驱动电源(12),所述的灯壳(4)前端设置有LED陶瓷基板(16)和反射器(18),所述的LED陶瓷基板(16)正面上均匀设置有LED光源(17),所述的LED陶瓷基板(16)背面设置有散热装置(14),所述的散热装置(14)为呈放射状的导热管,所述的散热装置(14)通过石墨导热片(15)与LED陶瓷基板(16)相连接,所述的LED陶瓷基板(16)连同LED光源(17)放置在所述的反射器(18)中。
