Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型管道,包括保温层、空隙挡板、发电蓄能装置、恒温自控装置。所述保温层包裹于管道外壁,所述电阻环片放置在管道外壁与保温层之间,所述发电蓄能装置包括微型发电机、皮带、发电导线以及驱动风扇,蓄能装置由金属导线与微型发电机相连,通过蓄电池储能,所述空隙挡板位于进水口与发电蓄能装置之间,所述恒温自控装置与蓄能装置相连,恒温自控装置包括导线、恒温自控系统和电阻环片,所述恒温自控系统与蓄电池相连,所述电阻环片与恒温自控系统相连,实现了水资源的再利用,起到了节能环保的效用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型管道,属于给排水工程领域。
背景技术
现有的管道只是单纯的作为传输流体的工具,但其对于特定流体温度的控制却难以达到要求,因而会造成有效能源的浪费。
因此,确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足,如何有效控制水流量同时实现水资源的再利用,确保水源终端的用水条件需求,仍是人们亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题的而提供一种设计合理,结构简单,具有广泛应用前景的一种新型管道。
本发明提供的技术方案是:
一种新型管道,包括管段、保温层、空隙挡板、发电蓄能装置及恒温自控装置;保温层包裹于管段外壁;发电蓄能装置包括微型发电机、皮带、驱动风扇、发电导线和蓄电池,驱动风扇置于管段本体内部,皮带将驱动风扇和微型发电机连接;空隙挡板设置于水流上游与驱动风扇之间,发电蓄能装置设置于空隙挡板与水流下流之间;恒温自控装置包括导线、恒温自控系统和电阻环片,电阻版置于管段表面与保温层之间,电阻环板置于管段的外侧一圈,外部由保温层包裹;管段工作时,水流经过空隙挡板后速度加大,冲击发电蓄能装置中的驱动风扇使其旋转,通过皮带驱动微型发电机产生电流,电流通过导线流入蓄电池中储备。恒温自控系统中自带温度传感器,用于检测管段中实时的流体温度,当流体温度低于控制限时,温度传感器发出警报,恒温自控系统开始工作,蓄电池开启,电流通过导线流入加热装置中,使电阻环片起到工作的效用。
所述驱动风扇包括风扇筋骨和风扇滤网。
所述的空隙挡板包括挡板筋骨和挡板滤网。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明设计合理,结构简单,具有广泛应用前景。通过恒温自控装置对流体温度进行实时监控并及时做出调整,通过发电装置和蓄能装置给管道内充流体进行加热保温,实现了水资源再利用,起到了节能的作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的描述。
如图1、2,一种新型管道,包括管段1、保温层12、空隙挡板13、发电蓄能装置14及恒温自控装置15;保温层12包裹于管段1外壁;发电蓄能装置14包括微型发电机141、皮带142、驱动风扇143、发电导线144和蓄电池145,驱动风扇143置于管段本体内部,皮带142将驱动风扇143和微型发电机141连接;空隙挡板13设置于水流上游与驱动风扇143之间,一方面满足了对流动水速的要求,另一方面增强水流流速,为发电装置有效发电做能源储备,发电蓄能装置14设置于空隙挡板13与水流下流之间;恒温自控装置15包括导线151、恒温自控系统152和电阻环片153,电阻版153置于管段1表面与保温层12之间,电阻环板153置于管段1的外侧一圈,外部由保温层12包裹;管段1工作时,水流经过空隙挡板13后速度加大,冲击发电蓄能装置14中的驱动风扇143使其旋转,通过皮带142驱动微型发电机141产生电流,电流通过导线151流入蓄电池145中储备。恒温自控系统152中自带温度传感器,用于检测管段1中实时的流体温度,当流体温度低于控制限时,温度传感器发出警报,恒温自控系统152开始工作,蓄电池145开启,电流通过导线151流入加热装置中,使电阻环片153起到工作的效用。所述驱动风扇143包括风扇筋骨1431和风扇滤网1432。
如图3,所述的空隙挡板13包括挡板筋骨131和挡板滤网132。

1.一种新型管道,其特征在于,包括管段(1)、保温层(12)、空隙挡板(13)、发电蓄能装置(14)及恒温自控装置(15);保温层(12)包裹于管段(11)外壁;发电蓄能装置(14)包括微型发电机(141)、皮带(142)、驱动风扇(143)、发电导线(144)和蓄电池(145),驱动风扇(143)置于管段本体内部,皮带(142)将驱动风扇(143)和微型发电机(141)连接;空隙挡板(13)设置于水流上游与驱动风扇(143)之间,发电蓄能装置(14)设置于空隙挡板(13)与水流下流之间;恒温自控装置(15)包括导线(151)、恒温自控系统(152)和电阻环片(153),电阻版(153)置于管段(1)表面与保温层(12)之间,电阻环板(153)置于管段(1)的外侧一圈,外部由保温层(12)包裹;管段(1)工作时,水流经过空隙挡板(13)后速度加大,冲击发电蓄能装置(14)中的驱动风扇(143)使其旋转,通过皮带(142)驱动微型发电机(141)产生电流,电流通过导线(151)流入蓄电池(145)中储备,恒温自控系统(152)中自带温度传感器,用于检测管段(1)中实时的流体温度,当流体温度低于控制限时,温度传感器发出警报,恒温自控系统(152)开始工作,蓄电池(145)开启,电流通过导线(151)流入加热装置中,使电阻环片(153)起到工作的效用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型管道,其特征在于,所述驱动风扇(143)包括风扇筋骨(1431)和风扇滤网(1432)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型管道,其特征在于,所述的空隙挡板(13)包括挡板筋骨(131)和挡板滤网(132)。
