The invention relates to a valve body handle convenient for quick installation, which comprises a handle and a connecting cylinder, wherein the handle is fixedly assembled at the top end of the connecting cylinder; the connecting cylinder is internally provided with a through jack, the inner wall of the jack is provided with a connecting plate, a gap is reserved above the connecting plate, the connecting plate is connected with the inner wall of the jack through at least two contacts, and the connecting plate, the contacts and the inner wall of the jack are integrally injection molded; the lower end of the jack is provided with a sleeve, the top end of the sleeve is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the connecting plate, and the valve rod of the valve core of the valve body is fixedly inserted into the sleeve. The handle is mounted on the valve rod in a very simple and fast way, can improve the mounting efficiency by more than 1 time compared with the common mounting way, and has very firm mounting and long service life; the structure of the connecting cylinder and the connecting plate enables the handle firmly connected with the valve rod to be separated in a simple knocking mode, the handle can be reused, and the utilization rate of the handle is improved.

Background
The faucet on the market is generally assembled by manufacturers. Because the handle of the tap adopts the product obtained by the way of gluing and fixedly connecting the valve rod of the valve core, the handle is simple and firm to install and has low production cost, and therefore, a plurality of existing tap handles are assembled by gluing. However, when the tap product with problems in returning goods or quality inspection needs to be disassembled, the disassembly operation of the glued valve rod and the jack is quite difficult, and the valve core cannot be disassembled due to the blocking of the handle, so that the tap needs to be scrapped for the whole product, the resource waste is caused, and the maintenance cost is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a valve body handle convenient to install rapidly, which solves the problem that the existing handle is difficult to disassemble.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the valve body handle convenient to install quickly comprises a handle and a connecting cylinder, wherein the connecting cylinder consists of a shell and a connecting seat which are integrally connected; the bottom of the handle is provided with a convex ring, and the handle is fixedly assembled at the top end of the connecting cylinder. The connecting cylinder is internally provided with a through jack, the jack is arranged in the connecting seat, the inner wall of the jack is provided with a connecting plate, a gap is reserved above the connecting plate, the connecting plate is connected with the inner wall of the jack through at least two contacts, and the connecting plate, the contacts and the inner wall of the jack are integrally injection molded. The lower end of the jack is provided with a sleeve, the top end of the sleeve is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the connecting plate, the valve rod of the valve core of the valve body is fixedly inserted into the sleeve, and preferably, the valve rod is inserted into the sleeve through AB glue.
Further, the thickness of the contact is 0.3-0.7 mm, preferably 0.5mm; the width of the contact is 1 to 5mm, preferably 2mm.
Further, the distance between the outer side wall of the sleeve and the inner wall of the insertion hole is 0.02-0.1 mm, preferably 0.025mm.
Further improved, the connecting plate is connected with the sleeve through the locking, and the bottom surface of the connecting plate and the top surface of the sleeve are respectively provided with tooth patterns which are in meshed connection.

The handle is separated from the valve body, the operation is simple and convenient, the components do not need to be destroyed, undamaged components can be recycled, and the maintenance cost of the faucet is reduced. In addition, the size of the sleeve and the size of the jack are configured, so that the integral structural strength of the handle before the contact point of the connecting plate breaks is ensured, the contact point breaking condition can not occur in normal use, and the glue distribution amount between the sleeve and the jack can be effectively reduced during secondary assembly, and the connection strength of the sleeve and the jack is enhanced.

Embodiment one
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the valve body handle of the present embodiment, which is convenient for quick installation, includes a handle 1 and a connecting cylinder 2, the connecting cylinder 2 is composed of a housing 21 and a connecting seat 22 integrally connected, and an accommodating chamber 20 is defined by an inner side wall of the housing 21 and an upper outer surface of the connecting seat 22. A counterweight body 23 is arranged between the shell 21 and the connecting seat 22 in a sealing way, and the counterweight body 23 is preferably assembled in the accommodating cavity 20; the weight body 23 is preferably of an annular structure and made of iron, the weight of the handle is increased due to the fact that the weight body 23 is additionally arranged, the damping sense of the rotary handle is enhanced, the use hand sense is better, the structural strength of the handle can be enhanced, and the service life of the handle is prolonged. With continued reference to fig. 1 and 4, the handle 1 is fixedly mounted to the top end of the connecting tube 2. The bottom of the handle 1 is provided with a boss 12, a rectangular slot 120 is arranged in the boss 12, the top end of the connecting seat 22 is fixedly inserted into the slot 120, the bottom of the handle 1 is provided with a convex ring 11, and the convex ring 11 and the inner side wall of the shell 21 are fixedly adhered in the slot; with continued reference to fig. 4, the inner side wall of the slot 120 is provided with uniform small insections 121, and one flat insection 122 is arranged in the small insection 121 on one side wall so as to prevent the assembly direction of the handle 1 from being wrong; the outer side wall of the top end of the connecting seat 22 is provided with matched teeth.
With continued reference to fig. 1 to 3, the connecting cylinder 2 is provided with a through jack 24, the jack 24 is arranged in the connecting seat 22, the inner wall of the jack 24 is provided with a connecting plate 25, a gap is reserved above the connecting plate 25, the connecting plate 25 is connected with the inner wall of the jack 24 through two to four evenly distributed contacts 26, and the connecting plate 25, the contacts 26 and the inner wall of the jack 24 are integrally injection molded. The lower end of the jack 24 is provided with a sleeve 27, the top end of the sleeve 27 is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the connecting plate 25, the valve rod 3 of the valve core of the valve body is fixedly inserted into the sleeve 27, and preferably, the valve rod 3 is inserted into the sleeve 27 through AB glue. Further improved, the thickness of the contact 26 is 0.3 to 0.7mm, preferably 0.5mm; the width of the contacts 26 is 1 to 5mm, preferably 2mm; the length of the contact 26 is 1 to 3mm, preferably 1.5mm. The distance between the outer side wall of the sleeve 27 and the inner wall of the insertion hole 24 is 0.02 to 0.1mm, preferably the width of the sleeve 27 is 14.28mm, and the width of the inner wall of the insertion hole 24 is 14.33mm, i.e., the distance between the outer side wall of the sleeve 27 and the inner wall of the insertion hole 24 is preferably 0.025mm. The minimal spacing between sleeve 27 and receptacle 24 is for: firstly, the deformation amount of the contact 26 when the handle assembled for the first time is pulled is effectively reduced, so that the service life of the contact 26 is prolonged; secondly, avoid hammering split handle and valve rod 3 when hammering effort take place to deflect, reduce the separation degree of difficulty of two, avoid needing many times hammering, reduce the harm to the handle. In addition, the size configuration of the sleeve 27 and the jack 24 ensures the integral structural strength of the handle before the contact 26 of the connecting plate 25 breaks, the contact 26 does not break in normal use, and the glue distribution amount between the sleeve 27 and the jack 24 can be effectively reduced during secondary assembly, so that the connection strength of the sleeve 27 and the jack 24 is enhanced.
With continued reference to fig. 1 to 3, the connecting plate 25 and the sleeve 27 are locked and connected by a screw 28, and a small amount of glue can be further used on the connecting surface of the connecting plate 25 and the sleeve 27 to enhance the connection strength of the connecting plate and the sleeve; the bottom surface of the connecting plate 25 and the top surface of the sleeve 27 are respectively provided with tooth patterns which are engaged and connected. With continued reference to fig. 1 to 3, the secondary connection tube 29 is disposed at the upper end of the insertion hole 24, a protruding edge 291 is disposed at the upper end of the secondary connection tube 29, the protruding edge 291 is interposed between the top edge of the insertion hole 24 and the handle 1, and the lower end of the secondary connection tube 29 extends into the insertion hole 24. The distance between the bottom surface of the secondary connection tube 29 and the top surface of the connection plate 25 is 1 to 3mm, preferably 2mm. The bottom surface of the secondary connection tube 29 and the top surface of the connection plate 25 are respectively provided with teeth engaged with each other.
With continued reference to fig. 1-3, the handle of the present embodiment is used in the following manner: the handle that first equipment was accomplished is as shown in fig. 2, through AB fixed assembly on valve rod 3, when the valve body needs to be reprocessed, strikes along jack 24 central line direction through the hammer for contact 26 between connecting plate 25 and the jack 24 inner wall breaks, and the handle can break away from valve rod 3, and at this moment, sleeve 27 and connecting plate 25 are fixed connection on valve rod 3. In the secondary assembly process, the knocked handle is only required to be directly inserted on the valve rod 3 with the sleeve 27 and the connecting plate 25 (as shown in fig. 3), and is fixedly connected through AB glue, so that the handle can be reused. The connecting cylinder 2 is structurally arranged, so that a handle firmly connected with the valve rod 3 can be separated in a simple knocking mode, the handle can be reused, the utilization rate of the handle is improved, and the use cost is reduced.
Second embodiment
The present embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that: referring to fig. 5, 6 and 7, the bottom of the handle 1 of the present embodiment is integrally provided with a secondary connection post 13, and the lower end of the secondary connection post 13 extends into the insertion hole 24; the distance between the bottom surface of the secondary connection post 13 and the top surface of the connection plate 25 is 1-3 mm; the bottom surface of the secondary connecting column 13 and the top surface of the connecting plate 25 are respectively provided with tooth patterns which are engaged and connected. The handle of the present embodiment is used in the same manner as the handle of the first embodiment.
The foregoing is merely illustrative of specific embodiments of the present invention, but the design concept of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any insubstantial modification of the present invention by using the design concept shall fall within the scope of the present invention.
