Abstract
The embodiment of the invention provides a device and a method for controlling heat-washing for reducing consumption of a thickened oil water-doped well in an oil field, wherein the device comprises the following components: a central controller, a parameter setting mechanism and a hot washing mechanism; the hot washing mechanism comprises a water tank, a first pipeline, a first electromagnetic valve, a second pipeline, a second electromagnetic valve and a heating device; the water tank of the hot washing mechanism is connected with a ground water-mixing viscosity-reducing pipe network of a thickened oil water-mixing well through a first pipeline provided with a first electromagnetic valve, and is provided with a heating device, an anti-scaling device and a water supply pump; the water tank of the hot washing mechanism is also connected with a ground water-mixing viscosity-reducing pipe network of the thickened oil water-mixing well through a second pipeline provided with a second electromagnetic valve so as to carry out ground water-heating washing, and the hot washing mechanism also comprises a circulating water pump which is connected with the ground water-mixing viscosity-reducing pipe network of the thickened oil water-mixing well through a second pipeline provided with the second electromagnetic valve so as to pump water from underground for self-circulation hot washing; the first electromagnetic valve, the second electromagnetic valve, the water supply pump and the circulating water pump are all connected with the central controller.
