本发明一种海底埋设机,铰接杆(4)的顶部铰接于机架(1)上,铰接杆(4)的底部铰接于前滑撬(2)上,前调节油缸一(5)的油缸座铰接于机架(1)上,前调节油缸一(5)的活塞杆铰接于前滑撬(2)上,前调节油缸二(6)的油缸座铰接于机架(1)上,前调节油缸二(6)的活塞杆铰接于铰接杆(4)上,后滑撬(3)的顶部铰接于机架(1)上,后调节油缸(7)的油缸座铰接于机架(1)上,后调节油缸(7)的活塞杆铰接于后滑撬(3)上;所述机架(1)上铰接有喷嘴调节杆(8),所述喷嘴调节杆(8)位于前滑撬(2)和后滑撬(3)之间,所述喷嘴调节杆(8)上安装有多个喷嘴(8.1)。本发明一种海底埋设机,结构简单、使用维护方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种海底埋设机,尤其是涉及一种在海底进行掘沟铺缆的装置,属于海洋工程设备技术领域。
背景技术
目前,在海底电缆挖沟作业过程中大多采用喷冲挖沟,其结构繁杂,维护不便,且面对复杂的海底工况无法自如应对,为此,本公司申请了中国专利CN201310062160.4一种“大功率潜水射流前后喷冲气举海底管线挖沟机及挖沟工艺”,其利用两台喷冲泵的高压水进行对冲挖沟;但是在实际使用中发现,该种装置结构过于复杂,面对多变的海底环境容易发生故障,因此亟需一种结构简单、使用维护方便的海底线缆敷设用埋设机。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种结构简单、使用维护方便的海底埋设机。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种海底埋设机,所述海底埋设机包含有机架,铰接杆的顶部铰接于机架上,铰接杆的底部铰接于前滑撬上,前调节油缸一的油缸座铰接于机架上,前调节油缸一的活塞杆铰接于前滑撬上,前调节油缸二的油缸座铰接于机架上,前调节油缸二的活塞杆铰接于铰接杆上,后滑撬的顶部铰接于机架上,后调节油缸的油缸座铰接于机架上,后调节油缸的活塞杆铰接于后滑撬上;
所述机架上铰接有喷嘴调节杆,所述喷嘴调节杆位于前滑撬和后滑撬之间,所述喷嘴调节杆上安装有多个喷嘴;角度调节油缸的油缸座铰接于机架上,所述角度调节油缸的活塞杆铰接于喷嘴调节杆上,所述机架底部安装有犁体,所述犁体为锥形结构。
本发明一种海底埋设机,所述犁体前部安装有破土锥。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明结构简单、利用锥形结构的犁体进行掘沟作业,并且在犁体前端设置破土锥先行进行破土,从而提高了挖沟效率;同时,在犁体掘沟的过程中利用喷嘴进行喷冲辅助,从而实现了快速掘进;并且掘进好后电缆直接放置进入掘进好的沟槽内,从而实现了边掘进边铺缆的作业。

参见图1,本发明涉及的一种海底埋设机,所述海底埋设机包含有机架1,铰接杆4的顶部铰接于机架1上,铰接杆4的底部铰接于前滑撬2上,前调节油缸一5的油缸座铰接于机架1上,前调节油缸一5的活塞杆铰接于前滑撬2上,前调节油缸二6的油缸座铰接于机架1上,前调节油缸二6的活塞杆铰接于铰接杆4上,后滑撬3的顶部铰接于机架1上,后调节油缸7的油缸座铰接于机架1上,后调节油缸7的活塞杆铰接于后滑撬3上;
使用时,通过前调节油缸一5、前调节油缸二6和后调节油缸7对前滑撬2、后滑撬3进行调节,从而使得前滑撬2、后滑撬3均能够贴合在海底沙土面上;
所述机架1上铰接有喷嘴调节杆8,所述喷嘴调节杆8位于前滑撬2和后滑撬3之间,所述喷嘴调节杆8上安装有多个喷嘴8.1;角度调节油缸9的油缸座铰接于机架1上,所述角度调节油缸9的活塞杆铰接于喷嘴调节杆8上,所述机架1底部安装有犁体10,所述犁体10为锥形结构,利用其前部锥形尖角进行破土,从而实现挖沟作业;
进一步的,所述犁体10前部安装有破土锥11,利用该破土锥11在犁体10进行挖沟前先行进行破土,从而提高了作业效率。

1.一种海底埋设机,其特征在于:所述海底埋设机包含有机架(1),铰接杆(4)的顶部铰接于机架(1)上,铰接杆(4)的底部铰接于前滑撬(2)上,前调节油缸一(5)的油缸座铰接于机架(1)上,前调节油缸一(5)的活塞杆铰接于前滑撬(2)上,前调节油缸二(6)的油缸座铰接于机架(1)上,前调节油缸二(6)的活塞杆铰接于铰接杆(4)上,后滑撬(3)的顶部铰接于机架(1)上,后调节油缸(7)的油缸座铰接于机架(1)上,后调节油缸(7)的活塞杆铰接于后滑撬(3)上;
所述机架(1)上铰接有喷嘴调节杆(8),所述喷嘴调节杆(8)位于前滑撬(2)和后滑撬(3)之间,所述喷嘴调节杆(8)上安装有多个喷嘴(8.1);角度调节油缸(9)的油缸座铰接于机架(1)上,所述角度调节油缸(9)的活塞杆铰接于喷嘴调节杆(8)上,所述机架(1)底部安装有犁体(10),所述犁体(10)为锥形结构。
