Abstract

本发明涉及一种皮带输送吊架,包括架体,所述架体的下部右侧以及上部分别对应设有竖槽、横槽,所述竖槽、横槽内均安装有一号转轴;一号转轴可在竖槽、横槽内进行转动和滑动;所述架体的下部左侧通过轴承安装有二号转轴。一号转轴、二号转轴均连接有带轮;三个带轮之前设有将三者传动相连的皮带;所述皮带的下侧排布安装有挂钩。本发明通过上侧的一号转轴提升,实现控制下侧的一号转轴滑移,继而实现能够自动缩短皮带的水平滑移长度,达到便于调整搬运距离的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种皮带输送机,具体的说是一种皮带输送吊架。
背景技术
在加工或是装配中,免不了要将元件送至指定的装配点或是加工点进行处理,而这么做的前提就是需要人工或者是机械进行搬运,而人工搬运比较耗费力气,而机械搬运的距离又是恒定的,难以进行调整,运用起来十分麻烦。
发明内容
现为了节省人力,实现方便调节运输距离,本发明提出了一种皮带输送吊架。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种皮带输送吊架,包括架体,所述架体的下部右侧以及上部分别对应设有竖槽、横槽,所述竖槽、横槽内均安装有一号转轴;一号转轴可在竖槽、横槽内进行转动和滑动;所述架体的下部左侧通过轴承安装有二号转轴。
一号转轴、二号转轴均连接有带轮;三个带轮之前设有将三者传动相连的皮带;所述皮带的下侧排布安装有挂钩。
一号转轴连接有电机,位于架体上部的二号转轴通过轴承连接有气缸。
所述电机、气缸均固装在架体上。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过上侧的一号转轴提升,实现控制下侧的一号转轴滑移,继而实现能够自动缩短皮带的水平滑移长度,达到便于调整搬运距离的效果。

如图1至图2所示,一种皮带输送吊架,包括架体1,所述架体1的下部右侧以及上部分别对应设有竖槽1b、横槽1c,所述竖槽1b、横槽1c内均安装有一号转轴4;一号转轴4可在竖槽1b、横槽1c内进行转动和滑动;所述架体1的下部左侧通过轴承安装有二号转轴3。
一号转轴4、二号转轴3均连接有带轮6;三个带轮6之前设有将三者传动相连的皮带7;所述皮带7的下侧排布安装有挂钩8。
一号转轴4连接有电机2,位于架体1上部的二号转轴3通过轴承连接有气缸5。
所述电机2、气缸5均固装在架体1上。
在本发明中,挂钩8用于悬挂所要运输的物体,通过电机2带动二号转轴3以及带轮6旋转,即可实现将悬挂的物体进行水平传输。
作为本发明的第二种实施方式,可通过气缸5将上侧的一号转轴4向上拉动,使得位于右下侧的一号转轴4向左侧滑移,使得皮带7下部的水平长度缩短,继而起到了缩短水平输送距离的效果。

1.一种皮带输送吊架,包括架体(1),其特征在于:所述架体(1)的下部右侧以及上部分别对应设有竖槽(1b)、横槽(1c),所述竖槽(1b)、横槽(1c)内均安装有一号转轴(4);一号转轴(4)可在竖槽(1b)、横槽(1c)内进行转动和滑动;所述架体(1)的下部左侧通过轴承安装有二号转轴(3);
一号转轴(4)、二号转轴(3)均连接有带轮(6);三个带轮(6)之前设有将三者传动相连的皮带(7);所述皮带(7)的下侧排布安装有挂钩(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种皮带输送吊架,其特征在于:一号转轴(4)连接有电机(2),位于架体(1)上部的二号转轴(3)通过轴承连接有气缸(5)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种皮带输送吊架,其特征在于:所述电机(2)、气缸(5)均固装在架体(1)上。
