The embodiment of the invention discloses a full-automatic cup cover printing machine, which comprises an automatic cup cover discharging device, a plastic printing device and a conveying belt, wherein the automatic cup cover discharging device comprises a spacing adjusting device and at least three rotating devices, the rotating devices are provided with rotating bodies in contact fit with the edges of cup covers, the spacing adjusting device comprises a base and a swing arm, and the rotating devices are arranged at the tail ends of the swing arm; the plastic cover printing device is characterized in that the rotating wheel and the rotating roller are arranged on the circumference of the rotating wheel at equal intervals, the upper die is provided with a convex die head, and the circumference of the rotating roller is stuck with a rubber patch. The invention effectively controls the accurate falling of the cup cover, ensures the accuracy and stability of output, completes the printing of the cup cover by matching the stickable rubber patch with the upper die, can change the upper die and the corresponding rubber patch according to the shape of the cup cover, can meet the production requirement, and is convenient for changing the die.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a printing device for a plastic container cover, in particular to a full-automatic cup cover printing machine.
Background
Common beverage cups are typically disposable paper and plastic cups, which are used primarily as beverage carriers in everyday dining. The cup has a packaging cup cover in the packaging field, the common cup cover is generally made of PVC, PET, PP, PS, BOPS plastic, and in order to carry out later beautifying printing or other processing such as punching and the like on the cup cover, the produced stacked cup covers need to be sequentially conveyed to equipment for next processing, wherein the falling and printing problems of the cup cover are related, in order to ensure the normal operation of a printing procedure, the cup covers need to be ensured to enter the printing to avoid production failure and stop, the printing equipment needs to replace different upper dies and lower dies according to different printing patterns, the replacement process is complex and long in time consumption, and because the cup cover has various product sizes and quick product update period, a large number of dies are wasted, the structure of the existing printing device needs to be improved, and the requirements of production efficiency and production cost saving can be met.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the embodiment of the invention is to provide a full-automatic cup cover printing machine. The printing patterns can be quickly replaced according to the printing requirements, and abnormal shutdown of the printing machine caused by error of the lower cup cover is avoided.
In order to solve the technical problems, the embodiment of the invention provides a full-automatic cup cover printing machine, which comprises an automatic cup cover discharging device, a plastic stamping device and a conveying belt arranged between the automatic cup cover discharging device and the plastic stamping device, wherein the automatic cup cover discharging device comprises a spacing adjusting device and at least three rotating devices, the rotating devices are provided with rotating bodies in contact with and matched with edges of cup covers, the spacing adjusting device comprises a base and a swing arm rotatably arranged on the base, and the rotating devices are arranged at the tail ends of the swing arm; the plastic cover printing device is characterized in that the rotating wheel and the rotating roller are arranged on the circumference of the rotating wheel at equal intervals, the upper dies are provided with protruding dies, and the circumference of the rotating roller is stuck with a rubber patch with the shape equivalent to that of the contact surface of the dies.
Further, a plurality of equidistant spacers which are horizontally arranged are arranged on one side of the vertical surface of the side wall of the rotating body, a material blocking body is arranged on the lower edge of the other side of the vertical surface of the side wall of the rotating body, the cup cover falls between the spacers and falls from the interval between the material blocking body and the lower part of the spacer under the rotation action of the rotating body, and the other vertical surface opposite to the spacer is a smooth side wall.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, for the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent.
Reference is made to the schematic structural diagram shown in fig. 1.
According to the full-automatic cup cover printing machine disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the automatic cup cover discharging device 1, the plastic cover printing device 2 and the conveying belt 3 arranged between the automatic cup cover discharging device 1 and the plastic cover printing device 2 are used for conveying the cup cover 4 accurately fallen by the automatic cup cover discharging device 1 to a station of the plastic cover printing device 2.
Reference is made to the schematic structural diagrams shown in fig. 2 and 3.
The automatic lid-down device according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a distance adjusting device 10 and at least three rotating devices 20, and in this embodiment, four rotating devices are preferable.
As shown in fig. 4, the rotating device 20 is provided with a rotating body 21 in contact fit with the edge of the cup cover, one side of the vertical surface of the side wall of the rotating body is provided with a plurality of equidistant spacing bodies 22, the lower edge of the other side of the vertical surface of the side wall of the rotating body 21 is provided with a material blocking body 23, the spacing between the spacing bodies 22 is satisfied that only one edge of the cup cover is placed, the cup cover 4 falls into the space between the spacing bodies and is matched with the spacing bodies of other rotating devices, and the edge of the cup cover 4 is clamped. The other vertical surface opposite the spacer 22 is a smooth sidewall 24.
And more preferably, a plurality of equidistant spacers 22 are arranged in a horizontal arrangement.
The rotating bodies 21 rotate synchronously, so that the smooth side walls 24 are opposite, the stacked cup covers arranged on the rotating bodies slide downwards along the smooth side walls 24 and are supported by the material blocking bodies 23, the cup covers are respectively placed between the spacing bodies 22 under the intermittent rotation of the rotating bodies 21, and the cup covers below the lowest material blocking bodies 23 fall smoothly, and the rest cup covers on the cup covers are still effectively supported between the spacing bodies 22, so that the defect that a plurality of cup covers fall down at one time is avoided.
The distance adjusting device 10 comprises a base 11, four swing arms 12 rotatably arranged on the base 11, and a rotating device 20 arranged on the tail ends of the swing arms 12.
The interval adjusting device 10 further comprises a rotating wheel 13 and a worm 14 for driving the rotating wheel 13, a sliding column 15 is arranged on the swing arm 12, an arc-shaped sliding groove 16 is correspondingly arranged on the rotating wheel 13, the sliding column 15 is matched with the sliding groove 16, and the swing arm 12 is linked to rotate.
The base 11 is provided with a groove 17 avoiding the rotating device 20, and the groove 17 is positioned at the center of the base and is in a square structure.
In this embodiment, the worm 14 is preferably a hand worm.
When the cup covers with different diameters are matched to fall, the rotating wheel 13 is driven to rotate by the hand-operated worm, and then the swing arm 12 is linked to swing to adjust the interval between the rotating devices 20 on the swing arm, so that the requirements of different cup cover sizes are met.
In the present embodiment, the rotating body 21 of the rotating device 20 is provided with a first rotating mechanism 25, and the swing arm is provided with a second rotating mechanism 26 that links the first rotating mechanism 25. In the present embodiment, the second rotation mechanism 26 is preferable.
More specifically, the first rotation mechanism 25 includes timing pulleys 25a, 25b disposed on the head end surface and the tail end surface of the swing arm 12, and the second rotation mechanism 26 includes a timing pulley 26a disposed on the head end surface of the swing arm 12, the timing pulley 26a interlocking with the timing pulleys 25a, 25b, more preferably, the timing pulley 26a is disposed at the lower end of the timing pulley 25a, the timing pulleys 25a, 25b are connected by a timing belt (not shown), and the timing pulleys 26a on the different swing arms 12 are connected and driven by the timing belt (not shown).
As shown in the schematic structural diagrams of fig. 5 and 6, the plastic printing device 2 includes a rotating wheel 100 and a rotating roller 200, wherein a plurality of upper dies 300 are equidistantly arranged on the circumference of the rotating wheel 100, and the upper dies are provided with protruding dies 310.
The rotary roller 200 is attached with a sticker 210 having a shape corresponding to the contact surface of the die 310 on the circumference.
The upper mold 300 further includes a base 320, the die head 310 is fixedly disposed on the base 320, the base 320 is detachably disposed on the circumference of the rotating wheel 100, and as one embodiment, it may be fixedly disposed on the circumference of the rotating wheel 100 by screws.
As shown in fig. 6, the surface of the die head 310 presents a cambered surface structure, and the surface of the die head 310 is provided with a transfer rubber 330, and accordingly, the sticker 210 presents an elliptical structure.
A plurality of stickers 210 may be attached to the circumference of the roller 200, and in this embodiment, one sticker is preferably attached.
When the sticker 210 is set to one, the circumferential length of the rotation roller 200 is equal to the interval between the several upper molds on the circumference of the rotation wheel 100. In the present embodiment, six upper molds 300 are preferably disposed on the circumference of the rotating wheel 100, but the present embodiment is not limited thereto.
In the production process, the transfer printing patterns are adhered through the transfer printing rubber 330 of the die head 310, the die head 310 is matched with the stickers 210 adhered on the circumference of the rotary roller 200 in the rotation process, the plastic cup covers are subjected to press printing, and when different cup covers are printed, a new production process can be quickly carried out by only replacing an upper die and the corresponding stickers 210, so that the waste of the die is effectively avoided, and a large amount of die cost investment is saved.
The above disclosure is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it is needless to say that the scope of the invention is not limited thereto, and therefore, the equivalent changes according to the claims of the present invention still fall within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. The full-automatic cup cover printing machine is characterized by comprising an automatic cup cover discharging device, a plastic printing device and a conveying belt arranged between the automatic cup cover discharging device and the plastic printing device, wherein the automatic cup cover discharging device comprises a spacing adjusting device and at least three rotating devices, the rotating devices are provided with rotating bodies in contact fit with the edges of the cup covers, the spacing adjusting device comprises a base and a swing arm rotatably arranged on the base, and the rotating devices are arranged at the tail ends of the swing arm; the plastic cover printing device comprises a rotating wheel and a rotating roller, wherein a plurality of upper dies are equidistantly arranged on the circumference of the rotating wheel, the upper dies are provided with protruding die heads, and rubber patches which are equivalent to the contact surface of the die heads are adhered on the circumference of the rotating roller; a plurality of equidistant spacers which are horizontally arranged are arranged on one side of a vertical surface of the side wall of the rotating body, a material blocking body is arranged on the lower edge of the other side of the vertical surface of the side wall of the rotating body, the cup cover falls between the spacers and falls from the interval between the material blocking body and the lower part of the spacer under the rotation action of the rotating body, and the other vertical surface opposite to the spacer is a smooth side wall; the upper dies are detachably arranged on the circumference of the rotating wheel.
2. The full-automatic cup lid printer of claim 1, wherein the spacing adjustment device further comprises a runner and a worm driving the runner, the runner being linked to the swing arm for rotation by a spool.
3. The full-automatic cup cover printer according to claim 2, wherein the slide post is fixedly arranged on the swing arm, and a runner is provided with a chute in sliding fit with the slide post.
4. A fully automatic cap printer according to claim 3, wherein the base is provided with a slot which avoids the swivel means.
5. The full-automatic cap printer of claim 4, wherein the rotating device further comprises a first rotating mechanism linked with the rotating body, and the swing arm is provided with a second rotating mechanism linked with the first rotating mechanism.
6. The full-automatic cup lid printer of any one of claims 1-5, wherein the die surface is provided with transfer rubber.
7. The full-automatic cup lid printer of claim 6, wherein the die surface presents a cambered surface configuration.
8. The full-automatic cap printer of claim 1, wherein the circumferential length of the roller is equal to the spacing between the plurality of upper dies on the circumference of the wheel.
