Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a manufacturing technology of a titanium alloy seamless pipe, in particular to a rotary joint matched with a process trolley for use in hot rolling of the seamless pipe.
Background
In rolling seamless tubes, particularly titanium alloy tubes, it is necessary to use process trolleys to install rotary joints to transport cooling fluids, inert gases and solid powders through feed tubes. a mandrel capable of rotating around an axis is arranged in the rotating mechanism, a shaft hole is formed in the mandrel along the axis, the left end of the mandrel is communicated with a feeding pipe, the right end of the mandrel is communicated with a feed box, and the air inlet pipe is in threaded connection with the feed box through an adjusting nut;

The left end of the air inlet pipe 13 extends into the storage box 12 to be in contact with the transition pipe 161, the right end of the air inlet pipe 13 extends out of the storage box 12, and the left port of the air inlet pipe 13 is a bevel and an included angle between the left port and the axis of the pipeline is 20-30 degrees.
