Compared with manual cleaning by divers, the underwater bridge pile 200 provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of higher cleaning efficiency and better cleaning effect.
According to the underwater bridge pile cleaning device 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, as the cleaning spray gun 130 for cleaning the underwater bridge pile 200 and the camera 120 for shooting the underwater bridge pile 200 are arranged, compared with manual cleaning by a diver, the underwater bridge pile cleaning device 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention has higher efficiency and better cleaning effect.
In some embodiments, the mount 110 is provided with a slide rail on which the camera 120 and cleaning spray gun 130 are slidably disposed. Thus, the cleaning gun 130 can move relative to the underwater bridge pile 200, and the underwater bridge pile 200 can be cleaned more comprehensively.
In particular, the skid rails are formed in a ring shape adapted to be disposed around the underwater bridge pile 200. Thus, the cleaning lance 130 may be moved around the underwater bridge pile 200 to fully clean the underwater bridge pile 200. Here, the slide rail may be formed in a square ring shape or a circular ring shape, and the specific shape of the slide rail is not limited.
More specifically, the skid rails are formed in a spiral shape adapted to be disposed around the underwater bridge pile 200. It will be appreciated that if the tracks are arranged in spaced circles, then the movement of the cleaning spray gun 130 between adjacent two circular tracks requires additional auxiliary tracks. The sliding rail is in a spiral line shape arranged around the underwater bridge pile 200, and the cleaning spray gun 130 and the camera 120 can not only move around the underwater bridge pile 200, but also move up and down relative to the underwater bridge pile 200, so that the underwater bridge pile cleaning device 100 of the embodiment of the invention can clean the underwater bridge pile 200 more comprehensively.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-2, the underwater bridgework cleaning apparatus 100 further comprises a skid 140 slidably fitted on the skid rails, and the camera 120 and cleaning lance 130 are provided on the skid 140. The slide table 140 is provided in the height direction, and the camera 120 and the cleaning torch 130 are provided on the slide table 140 to be slidable up and down. It will be appreciated that the sliding table 140 may slide relatively to the sliding rail, and the camera 120 and the cleaning gun 130 may slide up and down relatively to the sliding table 140, so that the camera 120 and the cleaning gun 130 may have two movement directions, one is a sliding direction relative to the sliding rail, and the other is a sliding direction up and down relatively to the sliding table 140.
Of course, it should be noted that the movement modes of the camera 120 and the cleaning gun 130 are not limited to the above-mentioned modes, and the fixing frame 110 may be provided with a cable for binding the camera 120 and the cleaning gun 130, or the underwater robot may climb on the fixing frame 110 to complete the cleaning operation.
In some embodiments, the camera 120 is a laser camera 120. At present, the detection of the underwater foundation basically adopts a professional diver to conduct underwater exploration, and bridge professional technicians can only judge according to the exploration and description of the diver, so that intuitiveness is lacking. Conventional underwater visual inspection by divers is generally difficult to perform due to low underwater visibility, especially when the water quality is cloudy. Unlike in-air imaging techniques, the characteristics of the aqueous medium are strong scattering effects and rapid absorption power decay, so that the normal camera 120 is directly applied to the water, and the image is noisy and distance limited due to the strong scattering effects. With the laser camera 120, the imaging system can be used in not only ordinary water but also turbid water, and can be observed even on the black seabed, because the laser imaging technology comprises laser scanning underwater imaging and range gating laser underwater imaging. Therefore, the laser camera 120 is selected to better shoot the state of the underwater bridge pile 200, so that a constructor can more clearly judge the cleaning state of the underwater bridge pile 200, thereby better realizing the control of the cleaning spray gun 130 and improving the cleaning effect of the underwater bridge pile cleaning device 100.
In some embodiments, cleaning lance 130 is a submersible high pressure water gun. Therefore, the cleaning spray gun 130 can spray high-pressure water columns, so that impurities such as parasites, defects and poor-quality concrete on the surface of the underwater bridge pile 200 can be thoroughly washed away, and the cleaning capability of the cleaning spray gun 130 is improved.
In some embodiments, the underwater pile cleaning device 100 further comprises a display (not shown) electrically connected to the camera 120, the display being adapted to be disposed above the water surface for viewing the condition of the underwater pile 200 captured by the camera 120. Therefore, constructors can judge the cleaning degree of the underwater bridge pile 200 according to the display result of the display, so that the cleaning force of the cleaning spray gun 130 is controlled more optimally, and the cleaning quality and efficiency are improved.
An underwater pile cleaning apparatus 100 and a method of using the same according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 2:
