the mobile terminal is used for acquiring operation and maintenance information generated in the operation and maintenance process of the transformer substation and uploading the acquired operation and maintenance information and the corresponding transformer substation mark to the server; the mobile terminal also comprises a positioning module used for determining the position generated by the operation and maintenance information and sending the position generated by the operation and maintenance information and the operation and maintenance information to the server; the server is used for receiving the operation and maintenance information sent by each mobile terminal according to the transformer substation mark, calling an operation and maintenance performance evaluation model to evaluate the operation and maintenance performance of the transformer substation, and feeding performance evaluation information back to the mobile terminal corresponding to the transformer substation mark according to the transformer substation mark; the server is specifically configured to identify a device management and control KPI index corresponding to the operation and maintenance information according to the received operation and maintenance information, send the operation and maintenance information to a corresponding operation and maintenance evaluation subunit to calculate an operation and maintenance evaluation value of the operation and maintenance information, and determine a qualitative evaluation result of the operation and maintenance information according to the operation and maintenance evaluation value and a preset index evaluation criterion; the operation and maintenance performance evaluation model is generated by an operation and maintenance evaluation subunit, and the operation and maintenance evaluation subunit is constructed by equipment management KPI indexes acquired by a server;
the equipment management KPI indexes comprise a special maintenance plan completion rate, a defect elimination timeliness rate, a main equipment available coefficient, a main equipment forced outage rate, a main equipment average outage life, a power transmission line tripping coincidence success rate and a protection correct action rate.

The system for evaluating the operation and maintenance performance of the transformer substation according to claim 1, wherein the server is further configured to set an evaluation formula of the operation and maintenance evaluation values corresponding to the operation and maintenance evaluation subunits, respectively, and set an index evaluation criterion corresponding to the index at an output end of each operation and maintenance evaluation subunit.

The evaluation system of the operation and maintenance performance of the transformer substation according to claim 2, wherein the server is configured to obtain an index corresponding to the operation and maintenance information according to the received operation and maintenance information, and call an operation and maintenance evaluation subunit of the index; acquiring an operation and maintenance evaluation value corresponding to the operation and maintenance evaluation subunit according to an evaluation formula set by the operation and maintenance evaluation subunit; and acquiring performance evaluation information corresponding to the operation and maintenance information according to the operation and maintenance evaluation value and the corresponding index evaluation criterion.

The system for evaluating the operation and maintenance performance of the transformer substation according to claim 2, wherein the server is further configured to invoke an operation and maintenance performance evaluation model, transversely compare the operation and maintenance evaluation values output by the same operation and maintenance evaluation subunit, and obtain operation and maintenance performance evaluation information including ranking information of the operation and maintenance performance of different transformer substations according to the transformer substation markers.

The system for evaluating the performance of the operation and maintenance of the transformer substation according to claim 1, wherein the mobile terminal is further configured to receive performance evaluation information fed back by the server, display the performance evaluation information through a display screen, and prompt an unreachable index item or information related to the unreachable index.

The evaluation system of the operation and maintenance performance of the transformer substation according to claim 1, wherein the mobile terminal is further configured to receive updated operation and maintenance information input by the operation and maintenance personnel, upload the updated operation and maintenance information to the server again, and acquire performance evaluation information corresponding to the updated operation and maintenance information fed back by the server.

The evaluation system of the operation and maintenance performance of the transformer substation according to claim 1, wherein the mobile terminal is further configured to store the performance evaluation information, and when a search instruction of historical performance evaluation information is monitored, display historical performance evaluation information corresponding to the content of the search instruction.

s3: the server receives operation and maintenance information sent by each mobile terminal according to the transformer substation mark, and calls an operation and maintenance performance evaluation model to evaluate the operation and maintenance information to obtain performance evaluation information corresponding to the operation and maintenance information;
the server is specifically configured to identify a device management and control KPI index corresponding to the operation and maintenance information according to the received operation and maintenance information, send the operation and maintenance information to a corresponding operation and maintenance evaluation subunit to calculate an operation and maintenance evaluation value of the operation and maintenance information, and determine a qualitative evaluation result of the operation and maintenance information according to the operation and maintenance evaluation value and a preset index evaluation criterion; the operation and maintenance performance evaluation model is generated by an operation and maintenance evaluation subunit, and the operation and maintenance evaluation subunit is constructed by equipment management KPI indexes acquired by a server;
the equipment management KPI indexes comprise a special maintenance plan completion rate, a defect elimination timeliness rate, a main equipment available coefficient, a main equipment forced outage rate, a main equipment average outage life, a power transmission line trip reclosing success rate and a protection correct action rate;
s4: feeding the performance evaluation information back to the mobile terminal corresponding to the transformer substation mark according to the transformer substation mark;
s5: and after receiving the performance evaluation information, the mobile terminal displays and prompts the performance evaluation information.
9. The method for evaluating the performance of the operation and maintenance of the transformer substation according to claim 8, further comprising the following steps after the performance evaluation information is displayed and prompted:
