本发明公开了一种植物生根助剂,包括质量份数如下的各种组分:氨基酸80~100份、氮0.8~1.3份、磷1~3份、钾1~3份、钙2~3份、萘乙酸1.3~1.5份、米醋1~1.5份、白糖20~50份、生根剂0.8~1.5份、阿司匹林1~2份、维生素B12 3~5份、蜂蜜1~5份,所述生根剂为式Ⅰ所示的化合物:

技术领域
本发明涉及农业领域,更确切地说是一种植物生根助剂。
背景技术
生根液是一种诱导植物快速生根提高植物成活率的一种药剂,主要因为添加有吲哚乙酸、吲哚丁酸、萘乙酸等促生根物质,所以具有诱导植物快速生根的效果。但传统的生根液成份比较单一,没有添加氨基酸和其他相应的营养型微量元素,所以导致扦插成活率较低,出苗移栽慢,尤其对于本来插扦繁殖较慢的重要植物来说,传统的生根液难以满足要求。
比如,红豆杉属于浅根植物,其主根不明显、侧根发达,是世界上公认濒临灭绝的天然珍稀抗癌植物。由于用红豆杉种子繁殖苗木具有出芽较慢(需两年)周期长、种子发芽率底、实生苗生长缓慢等缺点,所以采用插扦繁殖方法繁殖红豆杉是比较理想的选择。由于采用传统较为单一的生根液,所以扦插成活率较依,出苗移栽慢,移栽成活率较低,一般一吨枝条成活8到10万株,18到20个月才能移植,难以满足快速大规模插扦繁殖红豆杉以利于抗癌应用的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种植物生根助剂,其可以利于提高成活率,特别利于提高生根困难植物成活率。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种植物生根助剂,包括质量份数如下的各种组分:
氨基酸80~100份、氮0.8~1.3份、磷1~3份、钾1~3份、钙2~3份、萘乙酸1.3~1.5份、米醋1~1.5份、白糖20~50份、生根剂0.8~1.5份、阿司匹林1~2份、维生素B12 3~5份、蜂蜜1~5份,所述生根剂为式Ⅰ所示的化合物:
各组份的质量份数如下:
氨基酸90份、氮1份、磷2份、钾2份、钙2.5份、萘乙酸1.4份、米醋1.5份、白糖30份、生根剂1.2份、阿司匹林1.5份、维生素B12 4份、蜂蜜2份,所述生根剂为式Ⅰ所示的化合物:

本发明的优点是:所以扦插成活率高,用于浸泡生根困难植物的枝条,能够显著提高插扦成活率,,扦插成活率可达85%以上,出苗移栽快,移栽成活率高,移栽成活率可达90%以上。

实施例4
化合物3通过以下方法制备得到:
将0.1mol化合物1加入三口瓶中,然后加入乙酸乙酯溶解,室温下搅拌滴加0.12mol的丙二胺,室温下搅拌至通过TLC监测反应结束,然后水洗反应液,并进行分液,干燥并去除溶剂后,浓缩得到到化合物3。
化合物5通过以下方法制备得到:
将0.1mol化合物3加入到烧瓶中,然后用甲苯溶解,回流脱水,至无水脱出时,然后向其中滴加0.13mol的化合物4,室温下搅拌至通过TLC检测至反应结束,得到化合物5。
式Ⅰ所示的化合物通过以下方法制备得到:
将0.1mol的化合物5加入到1烧瓶中,然后加入吡啶8mL,氮气保护,向其中加入DMAP 0.03mmol,乙酸酐0.3mol,40度搅拌3小时,然后降至室温,加入水中,然后乙酸乙酯萃取,然后浓缩有机相,然后柱色谱纯化,得到化合物Ⅰ。
1H NMR(CDCl3,300MHz):δ7.93-7.82(m,2H);δ7.57-7.49(m,3H);δ7.17-7.18(m,2H);δ6.93(m,1H);δ4.50(m,1H);δ3.37-3.24(m,5H);δ2.66(t,2H);δ2.27(s,6H);δ1.77(m,2H);δ1.46(m,2H);δ1.29(m,4H)。
实施例5
苗木部分,阔叶树(插穗)杨树品种:小X黑(populus sp),银中杨(populus alba×P.berilinensis)。其他品种桑树(Morus alba linn),花楸(sorbus pohuashanensis),插穗长20cm,直径0.5cm。针叶树换床(移栽)苗落叶松S1-o(Larix gmelini),樟子松S1-o(pinus sylvestris Var.mongolica),云杉S2-o(piceaKoraiensis),红松S2-o(pinuskoraiensis)。
先把苗木、插穗浸在各种配成溶液中12小时,针叶树苗浸泡前要洗去根所带的泥土,对照用清水浸泡。每一个苗木插穗总数为30株,10株一组,共分三组。浸后栽培到花盆或培养箱中,每天浇水二次,上下午,每组一次浇水100ml,共试验15天后,取出测根数、根长、侧根等。以上试验在室温20-25℃下进行。颗粒剂施用方法是:在苗木(或插穗)周围打6个洞,深度10CM左右,将规定剂量混沙拌均放入洞中,然后封土。
采用实施例4得到的植物生根助剂后不但增加一、二级侧根还增加三级侧根与细根根系,对苗木促生根明显。

1.一种植物生根助剂,其特征在于,包括质量份数如下的各种组分:
氨基酸80~100份、氮0.8~1.3份、磷1~3份、钾1~3份、钙2~3份、萘乙酸1.3~1.5份、米醋1~1.5份、白糖20~50份、生根剂0.8~1.5份、阿司匹林1~2份、维生素B12 3~5份、蜂蜜1~5份,所述生根剂为式Ⅰ所示的化合物:
